I see other reviews that say honest and professional. They are the furthest thing from that. They came to repair my heater, during the cold spell.They said it worked, left. Charged me a huge amount of money then within hours. First time I tried it after they left. It wasn't working. They finally got back to me the next day. And said you will be required to pay a trip fee. And. Labor to fix what we already fixed. might be something else. Professional would've checked it over and over. It was doing the exact same thing it is before the first repair. They charged an older gentleman. The same day do fix his sewertrap over a thousand dollars. Overpriced and under promise, not a man of his word would a joke.

So..I've never met the man but as a traveler I'm at a rest stop and fired my rooftop AC then..bam shuts down and takes a lot of other components out with it. Called Cronic and although I was out of his service area he walked me through 2 possible issues and he was correct in his over the phone diagnosis and now I'm back up and running..can't thank him enough .

John Cronic is the most knowledgeable and reliable repair guy aroundShasta county. Because of this , he quite busy. We wont call anyone else.

I can t say enough good things about John and his company. I feel like he has gone above and beyond to take care of my broken down fridge. He has jumped through hoops dealing with the vendor and their warranty process. He answers any questions or concerns I have no matter the time of day. He even made an after hours trip to get this fixed for me quickly. I would recommend Chronic Mobile RV Repair to anyone!

It's 10:30 at night and I'm really tired and I'm super hungry. I say this because I'm waiting until after I write this review to eat and go to bed because I can't get the positive experience I had with this company out of my brain. John came out for the job at the last minute and I felt very important, I felt like my safety in my rig mattered and I felt like he was genuinely interested in doing an excellent job. He knew a lot of valuable information that helped me save a lot of money. In a world full of wonky encounters, I was absolutely delighted to experience an authentic exchange. Huge Thank You for some seriously good vibes from a company that cares about people.

Very knowledgeable of my electrical problems. KOA in Singletown he came to my campsite and diagnosed the problems and ordered for next day delivery. He came back the following day and installed the parts and had me on my way by 10:00 am. Would highly recommend Tom.
