Absolutely horrible customer service. My car recently had to go into the shop, upon inspection at hilt collision center they verified that the engine oil pan bolt was backed out 3/8 of an inch from improper instillation and not being torqued down to the correct specification. Upon going in he had an attitude immediately and pretty much told me it was my fault for not calling them first. Absolutely unprofessional. Will never be going back and will never recommend them again.

We had to make an spur of the moment run to South Dakota and our mechanic shop was too busy to do an oil change on our big Ram diesel truck. That is how we found Cassidys!I am so happy we did! Amazing folks, doing an amazing job! John took us right in and had us on the road right away! Hot coffee and a piece of candy in the lobby, service with a smile!We were so pleased we're back with our Tundra. Cassidy's has become our go too place for all our oil changes! Local family owned shop that provides quality work, friendly service, and great prices!!!

Cassidy's bailed us out! Had a little issue with the rear-end differential of our van coming over the pass. I was going to crawl under the car and fix it myself, but Cassidy's was 350 feet away from Oreilley. They topped us off with gear oil, and we were on our way in no time. Thanks!

I took my older Jeep here and they over filled the oil. Even I know an older car gets build up and you can never drain it all out in a quick change, so you can t put the amount the manufacturer suggests. You have to check it as you fill it. A mechanic that is way to mechanical, no learned experience. A machine could replace them.

I have been living here since 1997 and I thought they had been here longer than 10yrs. I have always serviced my own truck. I started to go there and they are the only ones that can do it to my high standards. Back in the day $$72., today $108. Well worth every penny.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Been coming here for many years and every time we go in for an oil change, it s always so fast! Their customer service is very good. You can see them work on your car right in front of you through their windows. We purchased lifetime oil change from Lithia when we purchased our new Toyota but when we don t want to go through the hassle of waiting all day for them to do oil change, we just stop by here. I 100% trust the job they do.Service: Oil change

This place is excellent! NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES BULL! Just pull in and your greeted with a smile.Your asked what you want to be done and that is it!! Beautiful! No 250...300 dollar surprise oil change like other places around here.I highly recommend them to everyone.

Always so nice and fast. I really like the gal that works in the office. She's super nice without being barfy. Just a really cool lady. The guys work so fast and are very thorough. I love going here, rather than the overpriced place where everyone yells all the time.

Went mainly for 30 pt inspectionThey Said can't reach transmission when reasonable access, then told me not 4 wheel drive so no transfer case . I Don't trust work, checking they tightened drain plug now ... 4 guys working and I was only car, they can't see drive shaft, read back, see transfer case, its absolutely unbelievable ... we had vehicle 8 years, I personally swapped engine, transfer case , and transmission ... but didn't have easy underneath access for 30 point inspection -- told him soHow can they claim to do any inspection when they falsely invented stories not to check anything requestedOil change is meaningless if work vehicle isn't checked , transmission and transfer case cost a fortune too

Don't go at closing, second time something bad happened. I Think the last hour there in a rush. They are always nice and polite unfortunately they did not Tighten something after an oil change, my oil leaked out all over my driveway. (We verified it was the issue )

The customer service here is outstanding and the service is expediant. I frequently pop in early in the morning for an oil change and they have me in and out in 20 minutes. We take all our vehicles here and have always had a great experience every time. Today I came in for an oil change and a transmission flush for our suburban and they got me in immediately. I had my dog with me and they were very accomodating. The pricing is competitive and the staff does not push any extra sales.

I've been going to this Cassidy's Auto Lube located on Lake Blvd. Redding CA for over ten years. They are honest and very helpful and knowledgeable. They don't nickel and dime you like Jiffy lube. If you need anything like a new air filter they'll inform you. Otherwise they charge you what's on their price board. No more no less. They are the best
