I worked for Mike Cary 38 years ago at the Sears Auto center in Redding He then was a young service manager He is an awesome man Awesome Mechanic and Still years later a very honest PersonHis reviews are a fact to this man's character. Best wishes to another great 35 years owner of Carys auto Mike . My very best to you Tim Mitchell.

Mike does a great job of keeping my car on the road. He makes it easy for me to understand what is going on with my car and what he is doing to fix the problems. Also, great place to buy your tires!

I ve never left a review on any business, but Cary s deserves to be the exception.Mike & Nick are terrific. I ve been going to them for a few years and Mike has always explained anything that I don t understand, and has always gone above and beyond. They do excellent work and have amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed - choose Cary s!

Mike (the owner) helped me out with inspection of tires and confirmed there were no leaks. My TPSM kept coming on but luckily there were no big issues with the tires. Even though the job was free, I really appreciate the effort put into helping me get back on the road.A fantastic local business! Thanks Mike!

I don't know of a better business in all of Redding. Cary's Tire will do anything they can for ya. We need more Mike's in this community! Paul Stower's Automotive on Shasta Street is also reputable, and trustworthy. Happy to know you, M. Cary. Thank you.

Nick and Mike are friendly guys. Very helpful, and competitive pricing. Good service. I pulled up at 10 min to 6 pm with a flat and Nick put on the spare and fixed the tire in the morning. We have bought tires from Mike for the last 11 years we have been in Redding.

Mike and Nick are amazing and always take care of my Jeep! They take the time to explain whatever issues are going on with it and how they fixed it. I trust them completely and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I can't thank Mike and his crew enough for finding a rare-size replacement tire for my car when I was getting close to being really desperate. It was Sunday and I was going back home to the Bay. Suddenly my tire got flat (first time in the past 8 years) so I had to tow the car and spend a night in Redding since no shops were working at the time I got to the city. Monday morning I called a bunch of shops and was told over and over that they can only get me a tire the next morning. I called Mike as well and was told the same but somehow they actually found a tire and called me back. So in a couple of hours, I towed my car to Mike's and was greeted with a family-like atmosphere like they've been working on every car of my family starting from great parents. In just a half-hour the car was fixed, checked, and good to go. I had a bittersweet moment when leaving the shop and hitting the road on my way home. I will definitely drop by next time I pass by Redding just to say hi.Overall, If you ever have any issues with a car and happen to be near Redding, this is the place to go. This is one of the rare Auto Shops when mechanics actually look deep into the issue and try to fix it instead of simply suggesting to swap a part. They really CARE.Thank you, Mike! Cheers!

What a day I have had today! Thankfully the best part of my day was having a flat tire and meeting Mike. Mike might seem a little rough around the edges but all the best people are. They had me in and out in no time; even working with the warranty company to help save me some money. He took all my playful jabs in stride and I'd like to think we're friends now. 10/10 would recommend if you need quality, honest and friendly service. I almost look forward to my next flat tire in Redding. I'm kidding of course but consider Mike and his team over at Cary's for your car/truck needs. Thanks guys!

This is my first time submitting a review for any business, but I felt the need to share my experience. I recently purchased a new set of tires for my car did not know which brand to select. Mike gave me a short lesson on tires and, with that information, I was able to make a choice based on that bit of knowledge. Honest, caring and reasonable pricing, Mike and his crew set the bar pretty high. So happy Cary's was recommended to me!

Mike and his team are exceptional! Along with their high caliber customer service, they are honest, fair, and truly care about their quality of work. Mike has called to check on me more than once, knowing I'm out on long road trips with my old beater vehicles (trying to push them way into their 200 K miles). They care and can be trusted!

Mike Cary, the owner is a great guy! Our family has used his service the 3rd time today from my older son s car overheating last year, my daughter s car stopped cooling earlier this year, and my younger son s tire blowing up while he was driving this morning. We ve had nothing but great experiences from Mike and his crew. Their prices were reasonable with friendly and good old local type of personal service we don t see around anymore.

Fantastic service. Drove in without an appointment and they helped me right away. They made suggestions on improving the safety of the tire repair and I left feeling confident with the work they had performed.

I want to say a HUUUUGE thank you to Mike and his team, they did a great job with our truck. The problem was fixed in a few hours and for very reasonable price. Mike was so nice and even gave us some advice on the future issues.Totally recommend and for sure coming back (let'sjust hope that it's not happening very soon haha)!

Mike Cary takes excellent care of his customers, getting repairs fixed and charging a fair price. His knowledge is hard to beat and if he doesn't have the answer he'll find it for you. He has taken great care of my cars and trucks for 10+ years.

I used to tell everyone what great prices and how well they did there job.. I referred them to countless people .. but the last time I went there for an alignment pick up my car and it was like they hadn't even tried .. apparently I need some bushings and the gentleman who worked on it felt it not necessary to tell me that bit of info.. Carey is awesome ,his helper not so much..

Had a tire with a slow air leak. Called these guys and they took me right in and fixed it quickly, even though they were short staffed. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Mike is always a life savor. He bends over backwards to accommodate his customers. He has great deals and a good product. He told me about a recall and saved me 1600$Thank You Mike

My mom had a flat and went into Cary s. The tires seem to be fixed. However, the tire did go flat after a day. She called and spoke to Cary, the owner. He stayed after hours for her to come in and get it fixed. He was able to repair it. Gave her her money back for the inconvenience. I recommend you coming in for some old-school customer service.

Mike helped us out at short notice when we were stuck with a rental car with potentially serious problems. He assessed what to do, fixed it and even checked and rectified under inflated tires. What amazing service! Highly recommended. Ian and Janet

Great price and service when they worked on our '65 Pontiac, so when I needed tires on the family suburban, I called Cary's. Very nice guys, great service, and the best price he can give you. Very happy with this repair shop!

They will not even try to look for parts only in business to do easy jobs will not call to give updates really bad pr all the guys are good just the head of auto repair is not professional at
