I was very pleased with the service and the cost for the repair work needed on my vehicle. Robert was one of the first people to return my call and give me a quote. They offered the lowest price for the type of repair I needed. Robert offered to pick up my vehicle at work and return it before I got off of work, which showed me that they were willing to take the extra step and provide excellent customer service. This was very helpful as I did not need to arrange for someone else to provide me with transportation. I was very pleased that, once they took a look at the item needed, that the cost was not increased too excessively. I've had that happen with other repair shops that kept on tagging on more things that needed to be repaired before they could fix the original problem. This did not happen with C&S. I will refer business their way, as they were the cheapest I found and went the extra step. I will definitely use them for any future vehicle repairs needed.

I have been taking my cars to Robert at C&S for years. I always get great work and the best pricing and n Redding. Once you find a good auto shop with great pricing you should keep it forever, and that s what I did.

These guys are really good. They do great work and they are the lowest priced. Its that simple. They fixed my Malibu a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. They are very friendly and I recommend them highly.

Took car in to have it diagnosed due to check engine light on they drive it to get lunch worked on it for about 2 whole minutes and never said why my light was on or what was causing the check engine light on . They just took the light off and said hopefully that would take care of the problem and if not bring it back and have it redianosed. Just doesn't make since to me .But they were friendly

This is the most reasonable and honest auto repair shop in Redding Ca I would recommend this shop to anyone I have been very pleased with the work they have been doing for the past seven years on my vehicles and will continue to use them

Horrible. My lady dropped her car off to get a specific problem fixed the blower motor for the a.c... When we got the car back it had a new belt a flush, oil change a full tune up but the blower motor for the a.c was still broken... He simply "forgot" thats what we wanted, its cool tho he offered to do it in a week or two.. But when we contacted him 2 weeks later about it he blew up and was rude as F!#$ to my lady...

These guys are amazing! They don't BS you and are totally real about repairs. They don't try to sell you on crud you don't need. They are a blessing in disguise.

They weren't able to help me because they were booked solid for about a week out. The guy I talked to seemed honest but I had to go someplace else.
