I brought my truck in for an alignment and while there asked if they could fix the loud clunking I hear when shifting. I was there for quite some time which told me they are thorough. The cost was less than the quote, the service was excellent, and the workforce is efficient. On my drive home I thought I was driving a Rolls-Royce. An excellent alignment and smooth shifting. Bryant Automotive is now on speed dial!

They offer very reasonable prices, and if they think another place will do a similar job for a better price, they'll tell you.They're pretty timely on their work; my truck needed a new rear axle, and they were able to have it done to be picked up by next day.They offer transport and pickup services while your vehicle is getting worked on.They offer complimentary beverages.

Had my steering go out on a Friday at 3:00. Was lucky to call Bryant s and they were able to replace the Pittman arm quickly and had me back on the road before 5!! Very Happy ! Super people and very family oriented!Thanks Guys and Gals! .and pup!

I've been very pleased with Services offered by Bryant Automotive these several years I have been using it. The friendly and knowledgeable staff remember you and your auto even if you haven't needed service in a couple of years. I will stop by to chat even I don't need service. I was initially referred by a dear friend in Shingletown and am pleased I found it.

This was a very good experience for us. Our Yukon stopped starting reliably when we came down to Northern California to visit family. The mechanics in Chester were out until December; and AAA gave us the name of Bryant s to have our Yukon towed to. It was in a Friday, and they couldn t get to it until Monday understandably. They checked different things, and put a strong battery into it. They quoted me a diagnostics fee, but they did not charge all of it.I am very grateful to Bryant s that they even got the vehicle in, we re able to work on it, and gave us some peace of mind for our drive home.

I have used Bryant Automotive several times and have always been extremely satisfied with the service I received. I feel that I can trust that I will not be charged for anything my car doesn't need! I am always able to get right in and they keep me updated with the progress of the repairs. Staff are super friendly and helpful! I will definitely continue bringing my vehicles here! Extraordinary Customer Service! While traveling cross country, our truck broke down, leaving us stranded. The needed coolant tubing was going to take weeks to get from the manufacturer. Their techs hunted everywhere for the part. When they couldn t find it they used commercial grade semi truck coolant tubing to make the needed part and get us back on the road with higher quality parts than the originals. Tried to tip them $100. They wouldn t take it. Best auto repair experience ever. They saved the day!Service: Engine repair

I hit a tire while driving down I-5 that damaged my radiator which started to leak. Obviously I can't drive all the way down to San Diego with a leaky radiator so I stopped in Redding to get it fixed. After hours dealing with several different mechanic shops each saying they cant fix it and pointing to each other saying "go there" I ended up calling Bryant Automotive. They got on it right away! They were very kind and professional. Giving us brunch recommendations while we waited the couple hours it took for them to work on the car. We were back on the road in a matter of hours instead of days like other mechanic shops were quoting us. Bryant Automotive was a life saver for us! It's a great shop with fair, competitive prices and I highly recommend them!

Our alternator gave out right the middle of a long road trip from Washington state. Rainy day, stuck in the middle of the street, absolutely awful.Bryant Automotive got us in at the crack of dawn, figured out the problem, put in the effort to find an OEM part from a few towns over (a HUGE deal with the Forester's alternator! The 3rd party versions are notoriously garbage), and did an inspection to give us a heads up on other issues to be aware of for the rest of the trip. No attempt at further sales, just a friendly list of stuff to keep an on eye and get looked at later. AND they did all this same day. Put up with a lot of questions, and gave great, clear answers.Literally saved our trip, very happy with their service and how they treated us.

As you all know customer service is not what it used to be. But somehow Bryant Automotive has managed to keep this art form alive. From the start Bob was quick to assist and Mac to deliver the needed quote and fast appointment options.The work was completed on time and under estimate. I have had work done in the past years ago and felt the same way as I did today.Much appreciation for their professional and more importantly quality auto repair at a fair price! Keep it up!

How do you handle it when things do not go as expected? I arrived ahead of my early morning appointment and was greeted and checked in quickly by friendly and efficient staff. The customer waiting area was clean and close to the customer service desk, so I did not feel shuffled off to a "holding room" I was soon told that the tech scheduled to service my car had called in sick.Many places may have just rescheduled, but Bryant's rose to the challenge! It took a few minutes for them to work their "Bryant Magic" and my car went in and was done in a timely manner.Great costumer services is alive at Bryant Automotive!Service: Auto emissions testing

My car broke down,on mother day, I sent it to Bryant Auto shop, I had no idea what was wrong ! The way they treated me and my car, was wonderful, they call me, they kept me informed! The price was, great, and I am happy, with the job, they did ! Over joyed!!! Thank for a great Job! And being real nice guys !!! Carla Oh, and my car, thanks you!!!! Im new in the area and looking for a new place to service my vehicle. Called bryant automotive and felt good to the person i spoked with, he sounded knowledgeable with what they do. My first time at Bryant Automotive and I was truly impressed with their customer service and how quickly they repaired my car! Kudos to Steve who initially walked me through the process on the phone and then called me and explained, in detail, exactly what the issues with my car were and what they did to repair it. Went in there to get a diagnosis of why my car windows weren't working and it cost 186 dollars for them to tell me I needed a new master switch for the windows. Was told the part was going to cost me 900 dollars and an additional 200 if I didn't get it done right then while they had the door apart. Check this out I went on Amazon and purchased the part for 36 dollars and replaced it myself. Just wanted to come and warn others about this.Services: Electrical repair, Auto power window repair
