Blvd Body Shop did a fantastic job! My 4 Runner looks great and it was done very quickly! We highly recommend Blvd Body Shop for anyone needing auto body work done!

Took my car here for repair. Paid full insurance deductible and car left here for a week. When I pick it up, the car was not repaired AND the shop told us that the cars come that way nowadays . So not only did they not do their research before fixing the vehicle, but they argued with their customer to the point it felt like a scam. Insurance had to fight for them to repair it. Turns out fixing the problem required extensive replacement parts and repairs in which the body shop felt they would rather just spray paint over a couple scratches. They have rescheduled but I called back in October and the repairs won t even be possibly fixed until the end of February now. Pretty disappointed. Would have given them one star but they did agree to pay for my rental car while they do the second repair. Unsure if this was their consideration or a recommendation from the insurance, but it does make a difference in the service they have provided. I sure hope they carry out their business in a more professional way with others.

I hate going to a Body Shop. Usually means something bad just happened, or I'm going crazy on another toy I don't need. Love my Hot Rods. But every time I go to Blvd Auto in Redding Ca, my stuff comes back just as promised.. Thanks,Steve

They did a really good job repairing our Honda Odyssey. They met the estimated date they gave us and the car looks nice and clean now.

I highly recommend Blvd Auto Body! The service was excellent from start to finish! My car was finished on time(actually a little early) and on budget. Customer Service was superb!

I love this shop! Over 25 years I have used BLVD. to do body and paint and all other work needed after car accidents. THEY COMMUNICATE clearly about what needs to be done, how long it will take to do the work. They also are very helpful with car rental when needed. Carrie reminded me of appointments as well.My car is always washed after they are finished with the body and painting work. They make a difficult situation easier.

I had a pretty nasty blow out resulting in alot of body damage and had my truck towed to this shop. Insurance would cover the damage on the bed of my 2011 ram 2500 but i decided to put a flatbed on the truck instead of fixing it. I ended up not having this shop do any work but I am here to say this shop deserves 10 stars just for there customer service. I have never had better customer service at any other shop. If I ever need body work done i will definitely come to this shop just for the great customer service. Thank you Erik and the team for your great work.

I took my truck in for a repair estimate for an insurance claim. They went above and beyond to get me the right estimate!! I m talking crawling on the ground and doing more than the average place!! Great work guys!! I appreciate it so much especially since I m on a deadline to move soon!! They made me feel confident that they do great work and treat every customer well!!

These guys were great so professional and courteous, the job I needed done on my car was cosmetic and small compared to the volume that they do there, but it was done well and completed in one day. The office so nicely decorated not at all what you would expect in a body repair shop ,nice bronze and copper wall decorations beautiful granite countertops, I highly recommend and we'll be using them in the future for sure

You all deserve more than 5 stars. Excellent service! Professional, kind and always called, thank you Julie, to keep me informed. When I took my car in it was neglected, and dirty and broken. When I got the car back not only did they repair it to look fantastic but they cleaned it, even the inside. I will recommend you as number 1. Thank you to all!!!

I've had them do multiple cars for me. My ex wife used to wreck cars for a living and they are the only ones I trust to work on my cars. I had town motors do the body work on my Camry and had to have Blvd body do the work after they screwed it up. If you want you car to come back like a new car go with Blvd Body Shop. I have had ZERO issues with their work. They will stand behind their work 100 percent. I highly reccomend them.

Blvd Body Shop in Redding did excellent work restoring my damaged car to original condition. Everybody there was friendly and honest while not deviating from the original estimate. My car was returned washed and vacuumed as an extra bonus. I am a satisfied customer who won't hesitate to return.
