Phoned and was told by Shauna that the owner would probably not want to sell a vehicle to me because I was hoping to drive ride share part time (because of miles put on car). Left message for Jake to call me. Left two additional messages in the week or two that followed. Never heard from them. Last call told Shauna that, if necessary, I could just get a regular job. Doesn't seem right. My part time ride share miles same as the average driver's commute miles.

We have been going to Bailey Motors for 15 years and will no doubt but our next car from them as well. They are trustworthy, honest and reliable. They truly care about their customers and it is a pleasure to support such a quality family business. Our first car is still going strong at 300k miles thanks to their excellent care and we purchased a second car from them as well. The purchase process was easy, the in house financing was reasonable and we have had no problems with the car in 7 years.Yesterday my car window was smashed in a snatch and grab robbery. I called all of the glass repair shops and nobody had the window in stock, nobody could fix it for at least a day or two. I called Jake and they had the window fixed the same day and even spent half an hour cleaning every bit of glad out of the inside of my car! They made a traumatic experience into no big deal with their usual high quality technical service as well as their amazing customer care.

Awesome fast service. I called this morning because we are on a road trip and we've encounter a bunch of migrate of bugs on windshield but from our last behicle repair back in Las Vegas they did something wrong and the windshield fruit sprayers do not work. The girl in the office got us in right away and the repair guys located the issue and repaired the problem. We were in and out of there in an our. The staff was very nice and friendly. We highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bailey motors. The staff are very friendly. I took my car in to have a few repairs worked on . Jake was fair and honest with the pricing. His staff took care of all the repairs that I had asked to be completed. My car run absolutely wonderful. As well as fixing a few cosmetic issues. Thank you. Melissa Wallaceq

You can't go wrong by purchasing your car here. They are the most amazing people . The majority of the company is ran by family members and they make you feel like your one of the family. I had the best experience buying my car through them. They make the process so easy, much easier then anywhere else I have been in the past. I got exactly what I was looking for and the process couldn't have gone any easier. You will never want to go buy a car anywhere else once you meet the wonderful people at Bailey Motors!!!!!!

Honesty, integrity, and a true dedication to customer satisfaction is what sets Bailey Motors apart. I bought two cars from them and had them repair vehicles I bought there or elsewhere, and never once have I been disappointed. Can they fix every possible problem? Of course not, but if they say they can fix something, they will provide a quality repair at an unbeatable price and they will stand behind their repairs long after most places will honor their work. I have actually been talked out of things or repairs I thought I needed because they were more concerned with saving me money then making a quick buck. You should also see the magic they work on damaged vehicles restoring them to near new condition!

When my car broke down en route from Los Angeles to Seattle, Jake, Margie & the rest of the Bailey Motors team came to the rescue with friendly, high quality service. And a special shout out to Todd, who not only diagnosed the problem but stayed 2 hours after closing on a Friday to get me back on the road! Just fantastic service all around - thank you!

This place is a gem! If you're in the market for a vehicle, even if you have poor credit, make this place your first and last stop. You won't regret it! The owners are AMAZING PEOPLE who are fair and honest. I just wish I knew about Bailey Motors a long time ago. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you see Jake and get your next vehicle here! I can't speak highly enough about the Baileys'!

By far one of the best Auto Repair shops I have been to. My girlfriend and I were on a road trip from NY and had a few issues that brought us here. We had the pleasure of having Todd work on our vehicle and he made us feel right at home. Todd was incredibly knowledgable and even went out of his way to teach me a few things about my Diesel engine. Knowing we weren t locals, Todd gave us his personal info just in case we had any questions during our travels. Aside from the great work and speedy repair, the warmth from the mechanics and shop owners was top tier!

Jake and crew are the best. I just had bodywork done on my car at Bailey motors and my car came out excellent. If you are in need of Collision Repair. Bailey Motors is the place to go!!! And if your in the market for a quality used car they are awesome for that as well.

I have bought several cars here Jake and his people are the best. The last car I bought I drove all the way from Texas to pick it up the car has made four trips to Texas and never had a problem and still hasn't. The mechanics to the body shop are friendly and the best. I would give this place a 10 if I could.Thanks Haley'sTerry L Horton

My family has been using this shop for over 15+ years! Best place to go for honest and reliable services! My mother would bring her car here for services, bought a car here, and would only recommend Bailey motors! So when I was 16 this is where we got my first car. I only trust bailey motors with my car needs!

Bailey Motors took great care of our family with genuine concern for giving us honest maintanance/repair advice. Now that we can buy a newer car, I look often for used cars they have available because I can't imagine trusting anyone else the way we do them.

Jake Bailey is the most Honest, kind hearted and knowledgeable person you'll ever meet on a used car lot. Well he's that anyways off the lot too. I've known Jake for over 35 years. If your looking for a car/truck this has to be your 1st stop!!

Jake and Company handle maintenance and repair well and cheerfully, but it is the expertise and willingness to explain that I appreciate almost most...only second to the ability to purchase vehicles in which I have learned to have the utmost confidence. We're on car number five from Bailey Motors, by the way.

This is the best mechanic shop in town! Its family ran and if you're looking for a new car you'll find reasonable prices on new and used cars. I dont take my business anywhere else when it comes to cars.

The staff are friendly, the owner is a kind and honest man. They don't try and sell you something you don't want if they don't have what you are looking for. A great place to check out if you are car shopping.
