There was a gal in there that was really helpful and just in a great mood. What a great employee to have. It's a rare thing to find such good service skills. Because of her, I will probably go into that location again if I need something, and I'm in the area. A nice interaction can get a lifetime customer. The same is true for the other side of it. As an owner you may make your business. But an employee makes your business successful.

Needed a new windshield wiper. Staff was very helpful and even installed it for me for free Quick service. Was in and out in maybe 10-15min!

I was sent here from Midas to talk with Rae the commercial manager. She is absolutely amazing! Helped me top off my fluids, taught me all the ins and outs of our engine. Even went as far as checking under the car as a leak was detected. I really appreciate you, thank you! Certified badass and a great example of woman being able to do it all! :)

Went there the other day, to buy 3 parts for my SUV. All 3 parts were the wrong number by 1 digit. And they still haven't credited my money back on my card. Go to Napa

Nice that so many employees tried to offer assistance in our attempt to purchase a holder for our license plate, we appreciated their help.

Very helpful staff. They have a customer reward points program. Very easy to apply and can use directly in the store. No long wait like at big box stores, and knowledgeable staff unlike big box stores.

I had a terrible time there this one employee named Joshua was very rude, unprofessional, all around not a good person to interact with. I will not be shopping here anymore because of him, he even called me slurs repeatedly, most notably the n-word. Below is a picture of me leaving disappointed, there is also a photo of me cursing him and all who enter this establishment in the future. Please take my review seriously and fire this person ASAP. Thank you for reading my review.

I had trouble getting my front license plate off today so I stopped here today to see if there was a tool I could buy. Rae actually came out to my car to find out what I was dealing with, helped me pick out new bolts because the old ones had been stripped and she even came out and worked on replacing them. Fast friendly and excellent customer service.

Always friendly staff who are there ready to help and answer questions when I have any. There always clean and well stocked and if they don't have a item they will order the item always being there the next day and sometimes having it come the same day I order it.

Above and beyond service. Rae & Nai we're so helpful figuring out my Jeep issue. Not only did Rae literally lay on the burning hot 105 temp concrete to check under my car, she also found and arranged for me to pick up the part I needed. Amazing service. Thank you Rae & Nai and the cashier lady I didn't get her name...I'll be back!

1st, a quick shout to Corey (not sure on spelling) the district manager for taking care of what was a very frustrating experience.I deleted my initial post because I felt it was too harsh for what ultimately transpired.Long and the short of it. An employee that may, or may not have been under the influence sold me the wrong part. When I tried to get the situation resolved, the manager wasn't very helpful. I then left a harsh review that has been revised to the above statement.That being said, Corey (again, not sure on spelling), got a hold of me within an hour of my review, wanting to resolve the situation.He called ahead to a store that had the correct part to have them pre-pull it and gave me a discount for my troubles.Dakota at the Lake Blvd location is great! He found out the possible reason for the part mix-up, he was knowledgeable, polite, and even apologetic for a problem he was at no fault for.Thank you Corey.Thank you Dakota.Churn Creek....eh.

Excellent service. I usually go to O'Reillys, I think I'm switching to AutoZone. Really impressed with the guys help. The guys s on lake boulevard I'll take the bow and arrow right here start of the good service and then when I went to the guys on churn Creek it was just as good.

This parts store almost always has what we need when we stop in. The staff are friendly and helpful at this location and are always ready to help you trouble shoot, borrow the loaner tools, or find what you're looking for. Convenient location and a good sized lot with plenty of space to do quick fix work like switching out a light, filling oil, etc.

Although SOME of the staff is friendly and helpful, I often end up leaving without what I came for because they either don't have it in stock, or their equipment isn't working to check my engine light.

I was pulled over for a burned out license plate light... so I pulled into the Auto Zone... Went right up to the counter, asked them for the correct part, he took me right to it... paid for it then I asked if they had a screwdriver so the guy came to look at the mounting... and just took care of it right there for me! 2 bulbs bought and installed... Wham-Bam and done in less than 10mins! Such great and friendly service!

The Auto Zone staff was friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable with the product of windshield wipers i needed. They even installed the windshield wipers for me. I was so happy!!

Today is October 18, 2020. Careful with the weekend manager at the Churn Creek location. His incompetence is on a whole new level, I mean how hard is it to cross reference names and phone numbers. The awesome gentleman at the lake blvd location had it figured out in less than a minute. Hope this helps. SHOP WISELY!

I highly recommend Paul his customer service was outstanding, I was coming from Goodyear Arizona with my fiance who is a 4th stage cancer patient at Cancer Treatment Centers of America,we made it to a rest stop just after leaving Sacramento and noticed I had a coolant leak, the coolant leak was coming from the reservoir. I still had a couple more passes to cross before getting into Oregon..Paul jumped in to action showed me how easily it was to replace my reservoir, also they happen to have the part in stock he was very hospitable and made a very stressed out situation seem soo easy, literally I was finished replacing it within 10 minutes. Paul did an outstanding job making sure that I had everything I needed to get the job done quickly,because breaking down with my fiance would have not been an option and could have been very very crucial thank you Paul for everything you do. I would also like to reach out to the GM and thank him for hiring such a good employee that is so dedicated to his job, because I know for a fact that good employees are very very rare these days, again thank you.

:Churn creek Store manager: I've been going to Autozone for years. Going To several different store locations throughout those years. In Oregon, Montana, and California. And I'm usually not even a person to post a Google review. But I just gotta say that the store manager at the Churn Creek Autozone in Redding CA. Is by far one of the rudest, unhelpful employees I've ever had the displeasure of purchasing an item from. He did everything but help another employe who asked for his assistance while i was turning in a battery for Store credit. Another Customer asked him "which kind of body wax would you suggest for a truck?" A reasonable and easy question to answer. And the manager held up is hands and Shrugged while he shook his head no. (Whilst looking at the Customer as one would look at a loaf of moldy bread) I EVENTUALLY HELP THE CUSTOMER....so what i woild do next time is go to the Lake Blvd location...they are MUCH more helpful.

I called and asked if I buy a car battery if they would install it. Of course we will, they responded. When I got there, they refused, saying that it will take too long. I asked if I could do it myself, and if they would lend me a small wrench to unscrew the screws. They refused! Salesman said I asked, but boss man said no..

This place is beyond awesome. Huge assortment of cool stuff & accessories for your vehicle. Parts that need to be ordered ship there in no time at all. They are extremely helpful, and they (most of the employees that is) seem to really keep the customer in mind.The only compliant i can think of, is that "some" of the cashiers try way too hard to sell you thoes little $2.50 "one time use" packets of useless goop for whatever project it is that your planning to do.Aside from that, its one of the best and the cheapest auto parts store around. They will match anyone's price also, so keep that in mind if somewhere else has the same part for cheaper.They also have a great rewards program, spend over $25 on five separate occasions and you get a $20 credit. It used to be $20 5 times, but they raised it to $25..Still a highly recommended place to go.

One stop shop for my automotive needs. If they don't have what I need in stock, they will order it and a lot of the time they'll have it the next day! Friendly employees. They have very knowledgeable people working there and they don't hesitate to look at your vehicle, to help get the right part needed.

Tried to sell my friend a 117.00 part, all that was needed was an 8 dollar aftermarket fitting, the fact that they didn't suggest the cheaper alternative says they don't know what their selling, just a hundred dollar difference....who's got an extra 100 to spend on an idiots wages... Overall left with a feeling like they only know what the screen tells them, no real world experience!

Had previously had a really bad experience there, and never planned on going back but I was greatly surprised at this trip. Robert was super helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Give that man a raise!
