Before you go believing people with less than 100 reviews read mine first. Yet they have the audacity to be rude. They don t seem to care. I m going to make sure I write a letter/email to corporate about how terrible the fat,bald, and rude man that works there. The worst help I have ever had. Terrible customer service. They don t care about anything or anyone. AVOID THIS AUTOZONE AT ALL COST! If you want lazy worker that hope you know everything so they can do nothing this is your place!

Needed to investigate an engine light. Borrowed a scanner and they printed out the results.Once solution is found, I will go back for parts.Great customer service!

I'd have to say this is the best Autozone in Shasta County. Usually always have exactly what I need at a good price. Michael Clements also makes the environment very welcoming and his vast knowledge on parts makes each trip less daunting. All the employees have great customer service, thank you all!

Stopped by to have my battery swapped out after it was starting to fail on us during a road trip and I believe it was one of the managers that helped us out... so stoked to have great customer service that was above and beyond my expectations. They kindly helped out with swapping the battery and putting the new one in as well as cleaning the cables. I really really appreciate the kindness and effort from him. Thanks for your help!

I know good service is hard at chain store auto parts stores. I had good service every time I go here. On my last visit, Robert was awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service!

We drove in to get a head light and they ended up putting it in for us. Very nice people. I believe it was the manager or assistant manager and a very nice co worker. They didn't hesitate to help either. Thank you lake blvd. Auto zone for being awsome

Assistant manager David helped with a loaner tool return as well as a purchase. David honored rebate on a product that had expired 6 months prior, he explained because it was printed on the packaging he would honor the rebate. I frequently shop at this location and the sales people are great! Thanks again David!

Super great service. Micheal at Lake Blvd store has a really positive and uplifting attitude. Actually the entire staff is positive and friendly. The manager is a good leader and that is awesome to see. Keep it up. It is much appreciated .

Our car was behaving badly and saying it needed inverter coolant. I was scared, having come from Humboldt County with my 5 year old, not wanting to get stranded on the 4th of July. Fortunately, they were open, and Robert Latham helped us find out that they had what we needed, and even helped us with pouring it in. Thanks, guys!

Would not sell me what I asked for, told me my part was stripped out and crooked, I explained that the manufacturer drilled it at an angle on purpose. Sales person told me they wouldn't do that , I left store and went to junk yard and got it myself. Thanks Pick-N-Pull.

Went in for a car battery change and they did it for free!! I had to just pay for the battery cost and rest was all done by them. Thanks to Austin, he was very informative and changed my car battery within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you for the great service by Austin and his manager, would definitely go here in future!

Brakes went metal to metal when I was 6hrs from home.. they had the parts I needed in stock and loaned me a wrench and a brake caliper depressing tool.. knocked it out in their parking lot in an hour, back on the road! Thanks guys

Had to go in and get new wiper blades and the cashier was very helpful. He took me to the section of where they were and told me about a $10 rebate on some rain-x blades so we purchased those and then he went out and put them on our car for us which was very helpful and kind of him. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Very nice customer service but the very first range of the year and no one should wiper that I needed for the Prius they didn't have it and stock on lake boulevard that was a bummer. Great staff though

Typical auto zone I ordered parts on the phone. When I went to pick up the next evening it was not even what was discussed on the phone with staff. Wrong parts. So when in store tried to order the correct part it proved to be very difficult for staff to figure out I need 2 of said item and when I left the store I has to go back to make sure they ordered 2 because it said 1 on my receipt. His response to my question was a stall and ya..... worst auto zone experience.

Terrible customer service, the male clerk was extremely condescending and rude. I felt very uncomfortable as a female who is naive in the car world. Would not go back again.

Appreciated the assistance when I called AND visited the shop looking for tire chains. The rep was very helpful and made sure that I got the right size for my truck. The AutoZone website was wrong and the rep helped us get the correct, in-stock chains from a nearby AutoZone.

These last few times going there was because my only vehicle's engine blew out the spark plug and coil pack. They went above and beyond. They were kind and understanding when o bought the wrong things twice and had to return them without receipts. Great job AUTOZONE team members. Good looking out.

I left something plugged in my cigarette lighter and I completely drained my van battery and I put on a slow trickle charger overnight and waited a few days but it just I burnt up to sell so I need a new battery I went to AutoZone cuz it was an AutoZone battery in there and yeah they just totally took the old battery out and put a new one in for free $199 battery for free that was amazing I tried to get a couple of other parts but they didn't have them in stock so I was disappointed in that but hey overall I didn't have to spend $200 for a new battery I think that's amazing and they even put it in for me I didn't have to lift a finger thank you great job AutoZone
