My boyfriend thought that someone cut his gas line due to the valve popping through. We stopped in her and they were very professional from the start and mentioned they would get us back on the road today. They offered us a ride where ever we needed to go and picked us up after. They made this issue a quick and easy fix and we will definitely be recommending to others in the future.

This business is amazing. I absolutely love how organized and professional this business is. We had a loose screw in a break and they helped us as soon as they could. I think they saw we were on our vacation too. They provided great customer service and I love how they took photos of the problem and then another photo of it fixed. My husband and I highly recommend this mechanic shop. You guys helped us keep our vacation going. Thank you.

I m happy to be a long time customer of Advanced Automotive. Before I buy a vehicle, I check with Advanced to make sure they approve of the purchase and can service the vehicle. They give as much care to our 21 year old truck as they do to our new car. The team at Advanced Automotive takes great care of us.

This company is top-notch! Their service writer, Haley, is a great listener and communicator. She knows her stuff, and it's clear to me she values the customer and the business she works for.I chose Advanced Automotive to diagnose and repair some issues that were not addressed or fixed by another local dealership. I was also looking to have the 30,000 mile service performed as well.Advanced Automotive stepped up to the plate and fixed the issues as reported to them and completed the 30,000 mile service at a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me.The technician did a great job communicating to Haley and Haley did a fantastic job keeping me informed during the whe process.I now have a relationship with an independent shop that I can trust and value! I don't feel unheard here and I don't feel like just a number!

We were on our way from Fort Mohave Az to Portland Or on I 5 when our car stalled. We called s tow truck and while waiting I called Advanced Automotive to see if they had time to look at it. They said to bring it in. They worked us into their busy schedule. We needed a new fuel pump. Needless to say they fixed our car so we could continue our trip. The people there were very nice and honest. They told us up-front what the cost was. I highly recommend them if you any repairs done in Redding Ca.

Lori bought her 1995 gmc sierra from a family member. Little did we know it stopped running. No spark. Advance auto found the problem right away. They also did a full truck check. They fixed everything. Radiator. Oil lines. Wheel seal was leaking. They really know their stuff we give them and their crew a ten plus. Thank you.

People who care, who will tell you what is wrong, what needs to be done, what should be done, and do it all with the service you expect. If there is a problem, big or small, they communicate it to you promptly, and they will listen to everything you have to say. To put it simply, great people doing great work.

I've been here for random repairs on my Prius and for regular inspections and oil change. They have done a great job with my car every time. The staff is polite and upbeat.. there's a fun energy in their office. They are very reasonable with their prices too. At times, they have been gracious enough to not charge me for inconclusive or small things. Really appreciate their level of service. I brought my car in for a diagnosis. They went above and beyond. Got me in promptly. And throughly checked over my car. They are so very friendly and amazing. The customer service is super star level on the phone and in person; and they answered all my questions. The guys are amazing and informative. I picked Advanced Automotive because of its location. I wanted to be able to walk home after dropping off my vehicle. I didn't need to because they have a service that will take you home. That was a couple years ago. I don't even remember what was wrong with my vehicle but they fixed it. We've taken all three of our vehicles in to have this or that done. We will continue using them because they are honest, reliable and reasonable.

These folks are AWESOME . . . 90,000 mile service yesterday on my Subaru . . . great job, reasonable price, very professional . . . as always, been going here for over 25 years . . . Cody and his team do a great job . . . every time . . . I could not more highly recommend a business . . .

Was very nice experience and they were able to fix a ongoing issue that the dealership couldn't even find let alone fix in three weeks and $500 later the dealership just replaced the same part I just replaced a few weeks before plus it wasn't fixed and still had the same issue. Yet Advanced auto found the problem and fixed it for around the same price. But just in one day not three weeks. Very kind people and easy to work with and with my AAA insurance card I even got a 10% discount. Super nice . I plan on coming back to Advanced auto if I need anything else worked on.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I had my front struts replaced, including a wheel alignment.They also checked everything else, too, so I am confident that my car is in good shape. I took my 2017 Honda Civic that was not blowing cold on the AC to this place and they were able figure out that my ac evaporator core was defective which other people online mentioned that their evap core was also defective. My car AC now is blowing colder than ever thanks to Advanced Automotive. This place seems to be the most professional mechanic shop I ve ever been to. They even thoroughly checked over pretty much everything on my car as a courtesy and they said my car is doing really good. They also did a courtesy check a week or so later to make sure everything was still functioning on the AC which I thought was very generous of them because they don t charge you anything to do a courtesy check. I feel that these mechanics at the shop are very trustworthy and do honest work. They are real nice to you there and they treat you really well. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future if I ever have any more problems. I just can t say enough good about this place. They are absolutely amazing.

Our truck broke down on the interstate on the 4th of July. We were traveling thru from out of state. After telling them our situation the morning of the 5th they worked us into their schedule and had our repairs done on the 6th. Absolutely loved our experience so the Advanced Automotive from start to finish. Our check engine light started flashing at us on our way down to Southern California just as we were leaving Redding and we could hear knocking from the engine. Not a great way to start a trip! After an overnight at a nearby hotel, we called Advanced Automotive around 6:30 am, thanks to some great reviews and an early opening time. I couldn t be happier that we did. We brought in the car and Paul talked us through our options and made it super easy to understand what they would be doing to diagnose the car and how much it would cost. They even provided a shuttle to the car rental office, which was a fair distance away! After diagnosing the vehicle, Paul reached out and explained that the issue was something that would require the Dealership to look into, even adding that in his experience it was an issue they would be covered under warranty, which they did. Everyone at Advanced Automotive was amazing, kind, and communicated perfectly. Would 100% recommend, and if we lived closer, would bring all our cars there!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great people at advanced, I had an odd growling noise on my challenger at freeway speeds and when making hard turns. They found the center support bearing in the 2 piece drive shaft had failed. They dealt directly with my insurance company and all I had to do is drop it off and pick it up. The best part is it was done the next day.

We had our car to 3 different dealer s mechanic shops for a weird electrical glitch and got absolutely nowhere. We took it to Advanced Automotive and they worked on it and tested it and worked on it some more. It was a long, frustrating process but they stuck with it and were eventually successful!! They were so professional and pleasant the whole time.

When my grandsons Camry unexpectedly quit running he took it to a Toyota dealership in southern CA. This dealership mis diagnosed the problem, made a couple unneeded repairs, then sent the car home without repairing it and with the advice that the vehicle possibly had a burnt valve and needed a new engine.Since my grandson needed the car for school, his parents immediately purchased him a new one.I offered to see what I could do to fix the car so that it could be sold or that my granddaughter might be able to use it.I would consider myself a better than average do it yourself repair guy. I restore cars as a hobby and have been tinkering with cars for more than fifty years. I do lack the equipment and knowledge to repair the more modern cars.After determining the Dealership was mistaken and this car did not have a burnt valve, I began attempting to repair the car by replacing a few parts however I was not successful in finding the problem. I realized that finding the problem was probably beyond ability.I contacted Advanced Automotive and was immediately impressed with the person who took my call and listened to my story. I was able to tow the car to Advanced Auto the same day and within less than two business days the car was running and ready to be picked up.During the diagnosis process and repairs I was kept up to date with what the technician had found and what the cost for repair would be. I never felt uncomfortable with what I was being told and have never been so pleased by any other repair shop.Everyone I spoke to at Advanced Auto was very pleasant and treated me as if I was the only customer even though I could see for myself that they were very busy.Thank you everyone at Advanced AutoServices: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

They are great! I love this shop! They do a great job, you never have to second quess their work. Efficient and do a great job inspecting everything and suggesting any thing that needs to be done. They are thorough and fair. They are very professional and I love how they have you approve a job via text. They are nice enough to give you a ride if you need it. Happy to be a return customer of Advanced Automotive in Redding CA. This business values their customers and goes above and beyond to provide quality, honest service with integrity you can rely on. You can trust these folks!Without telling a long story... let me just say that our family had an experience with this shop over a year ago that tested everybody's patience and developed into quite an epic. LOL. BUT that experience is the reason for this review and why we are confident endorsing this automotive repair shop to any readers who are vetting a reputable auto service shop. I want to highlight that the owner of this business, his front office staff, along w/ their skilled mechanics - got to the bottom of the issue with our truck. It was complicated but they communicated clearly and in the end they took care of us 100%. I had my older truck air conditioning repaired and a leak from our intake manifold on our car repaired. Advanced Automotive did excellent work and got it done quickly! The biggest surprise was when they finished the manifold gaskets replacement, they informed me that their work was covered by a nationwide 3-year, 36,000 mile warranty!!! They are also extremely friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. They even charged me less than the estimate! I would highly recommend them!!!!!Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair
