We have had AAA Insurance and roadside assistance for about 4 months now, and we are extremely happy with the people and the services. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly and helpful, even when I had to have my car towed home. Our agent is helpful and doesn't mind that I prefer to pay my bill in the office. You can pay for both insurance and roadside assistance at the same time, I'm the same place, whether you want to pay in person, mail, or on the AAA website or app.When we needed a tow, the driver got there within a half hour, much sooner than the operater predicted. He looked at my problem first to see if he could do a quick fix, and when that didn't work out, he chatted with me while he very professionally and with great care hooked up my car so it could be towed home. I rode in the truck with him the short distance back to my house, where he unloaded my car just as carefully as he had loaded it. He even got it into my parking spot, which is no mean trick since I live in a very mobile home park with very tiny parking spots!I have the least expensive plan that only allows for 10 miles of towing to an auto repair shop, but he took me to my house with no problem and said it was exactly 10 miles. If you do need help and can afford to go to a repair shop they will take you to wherever you choose, but they also have designated AAA shops or associate shops where you can get a discount on parts and labor for being a AAA member. You can also get plans that cover rental cars that they will arrange for you.One day, I hope to be able to upgrade my plan to cover longer tows and more rental car coverage, as well as other benefits! I love AAA!!

Took my car to a body shop. Body shop charged me deductible but didn t fix the car to original condition. Stated those cars normally look like that . Told the story to my insurance- they never doubted me. Contacted body shop immediately, showed them pictures of what a normal version of my car looks like, made them schedule a second repair and convinced them to pay for my car rental during second repair. I m thankful for AAA!

Lee was great to talk with! He answered all my questions and there was no pressure to sign anything. Prices are competitive with other top insurance agencies even with the yearly membership fees. Highly recommend talking to Lee should you go into AAA

Always helpful and friendly. Sooooo much easier than going to DMV and they do almost everything that DMV does. so glad we have AAA

Very help full someone stole my fianc�e tags well the middle portion of them. We went filled out one form and $25 later had a replacement in our hands. No muss no fuss.

Great spot if you need to get your DMV stuff done cause they seem to be almost empty every time I've been....although....what I found strange is when I walked in first time I was literally THE ONLY customer I could see...they took my info and directed me to sit down and wait to be seen...I then watched as nearly 15-25 employees were talking to one another, laughing, getting up and down from their desks running back and forth...I waited for like 15/20 minutes before I was called and I'm still not sure why...weird..but it beats the DMV line any day so I'll keep going.

With all the issues insurance companies are having in California right now, I had to leave my previous insurer. AAA got me in, got me quoted, and got me insured the same day. I'm paying slightly higher than I was before but it's worth it to have great customer service.

It seems to be a good place to have insurance and they helped me with Disneyland passes.so I think they do good business

Very friendly and professional. Getting a disability placard was fast and easy. Much better than the DMV. Requires a AAA' membership. I will do all of my vehicle registration here.

This was my first time getting roadside assistance on my own and it was as easy as handing my driver's license to the staff and paying for the services. In and out in less than 10 minutes and every question I had was answered. Will be changing over my auto insurance as soon as my current policy is over

Always helpful with dmv services, travel and other services. We've never had a bad experience here!7/11/2023AAA saves the day! Farmers Insurance canceled me for no reason after 10 years of service and no claims. Ron at AAA got me equal coverage at half the price!On top of the great deal, Ron was super friendly, efficient, a fun to talk with. Customer service and the right people make AAA great!

The ease and kindness of the staff while tending our DMV transaction is appreciated. Somewhat disappointed that there are not any travel agents available in our local office.

August 13 2023 my 78 year old sister's car caught fire in the driveway of her new home. After being extinguished by Redding fire department she filed a claim that day to the total destruction of the car, and damage to the garage door. It took until August 22nd for an independent agent to be sent from Rancho Cucamonga Ca. to determine the cause as a broken wire in the wirring harness. After calling for removal of the burned shell she is informed she cannot move the shell until an investigation team has done another inspection in 3 to 4 weeks. What in heavens name kind of service is this? I would never recommend AAA to anyone ever! I rest my case!

Redding fixed my initial issue, but my first call was at 9 am, and I waited until 5:30 pm for a truck to tow my RV in Monterey/Seaside.

Not only can you pay your insurance there, you can also do most of your DMV transactions there.

Went to register a trailer. Super fast! Helpful, and had everything I needed. Didn't even have to wait in a line. Friendly and courteous as well. Reccomend to anyone looking for a good auto service. Sad I didn't get names to praise them personally.

I was going to be in Redding for an event and was hoping to also get some additional DMV business done so I looked up the location to determine if it would work in my schedule. I usually go to the Chico location but glad to know this is an option as well.

This is the worst aaa office iv been too incredibly rude here .There useless and lazy and do there bare minimum that they can get away with instead of there jobs dmv is a better experience in Redding.

I have the premium roadside assistance and boy do I love the fact that I can do all of my DMV stuff at AAA. Staff are nice and friendly and they get you out really quickly. I had a little bit of a complication with my registration this year because I had gone to DMV to pay the fees and I have some questions because I was having issues getting my car to smog. And that helped me up a little bit longer but normally I'm in and out in 5 minutes with tags in hand which I love. But this time I had some complications and it literally took maybe 15 minutes tops I doubt it though. They are the nicest people I've ever talked to the towing is great they tow you over 200 miles and are very helpful!!

I got the driver named Matt, he was on time, very sufficient, and nice. He great at driving and backing your car up even into a small space. If I had the money, I would've tipped him. Thank you again for your driver's service.

I really appreciate the services my AAA membership provides me including many DMV services. On my last visit I did find the clerk at the DMV window to be less than satisfactory. She rushed through instructions on what to sign and fill out and then told us to go elsewhere with a clipboard to fill out the paperwork. When we looked at the paperwork it didn't make a lot of sense but we filled things out as best we could. After realizing we'd made an error that same clerk appeared bored and still not very helpful in giving us more paper to fill out to remedy our error. Luckily after filling the 2nd form out we were able to deal with a very kind, friendly clerk who took care of our needs. I glanced at the original clerk who was now looking more bored than ever as she was texting or playing a game on her phone while staring at it. Next time if she's there I'll wait for another clerk.

Sooooo much nicer than waiting around the DMV to get my 2022 tags. Those folks at AAA really know their business inside & out. They're friendly, helpful, and provide timely services while smiling, occasionally laughing, and providing easy conversation. Most personable professionals I've ever met.

The woman checking people in was friendly and very helpful. They are still doing dmv services, which was nice. Dan helped me at the counter. As some others have said he's not the best. He has the dmv attitude down pretty well. Got what I needed though.
