Great service and prompt delivery. We use 1-800-Radiator for almost all of our Radiator, Condenser and Fan/Shroud needs they are very friendly and professional and we almost always get our parts the same day we order them which is about 2 days faster then any other supplier, I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting fast and accurate parts at great prices.

We always find the parts that we need and at a very good price, at the moment we order them they bring them to us immediate. The personal are very friendly when we talk on the phone, and regularly have excellent offers. we are very grateful for the good service they have given us, I personally recommend to anyone who needs these services to speak to them by phone immediately. Wow what can I say, if i could give more stars I would. I had broke down, car over heated. I was desperate for an affordable radiator. I called 800 radiator and was greeted by a live person imediatly, no wait. I forgot the exact specs of my van and I had to ask kim to wait while I got the engine size. These days I would expect attitude or rudeness but kim was so patient. She listened to me ramble, and let me know they had the radiator in stock, said she would send pics to confirm, within minutes I was able to confirm it was right part. I sent cc info via voice mail and before i could send her a text to check her voice mail she was calling me back. Problem, I was traveling and didn't have a local address. Kim, handled it before I even realized there was a problem, she put me on hold and found an associate of hers that was willing to receive my delivery. I confirmed the next morning that the radiator was in route. She called and said it had missed the original delivery but it was in route by special delivery. She is amazing, absoulutly amazing. From the start to the finish. The radiator was the right one, I had it installed and I'm back on the road. Kim went above and beyond, she was personable, attentive to my needs, she didn't have any responsibly to find a business to accept my deliver, she did exactly what she said she would do, there was no cover up when the radiator missed the courier, she just ordered a special courier to ensure I was taken care. She sent me a text when the package was delivered. These days I cant remember when I was satisfied with any customer service. I'm used to, " I understand your frustrations" by someone in another country, with a strong accent that I can't understand, that has no authority to help you. Kim is an asset to 800 radiators, I hope they know how amazing she is. Thank you Kim.

Awesome customer service,Wednesday, I called in for a radiator to be picked up on Saturday, well they were going to be closed (Easter Weekend) 15 minutes later they call back and asked me if I could be there by 8 am Saturday I told them I would be there!Well the next day I get a call asking me if I knew where Gibbs Auto was at in Red Bluff? I said 1 block away and they delivered it to me while on a trip to Sacramento to get parts. 2 days earlier then I expected to get it. At an affordable price! Awesome Customer Service!Great people going out of their way.

I had great experience buying a radiator for my 1996 Chevy pickup. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I was able to get a radiator on Saturday, the only time I had in my schedule, quick and for a good price with lifetime warranty on the product. They also provide a/c and radiator components for commercial vehicles.

We order many times per Month from them, They nearly always have the product we need in stock and at a cheaper price than anyone else.If they don't have the product in stock it might be 1 day wait.Service has been perfect for years now and Kim is super easy to deal with.

My battery died in front of their store on a hot Redding summer day. They jumped my car for me free of charge. Everyone there is SUPER nice and friendly. Plus, they have an adorable little Dachshund that greets you. She loves her belly scratched.

They have the best parts especially radiators and great prices. As a business owner it's important not to have to modify new components before installing them on vehicles or taking them back out to make adjustments. Plus they have great fast service...

If you need a radiator today and for a decent price, this is your place. I once was disappointed when a unit I bought from them failed 3 weeks outside the 1 year warranty and was offered zero recourse, but that is a risk one takes when buying aftermarket.
