The passenger side molding was not sitting flush because my winshield wasn't all the way in! The weatherstripping was messed up when they replaced the window. The windshield top molding/seal wasn't placed in correctly. There was a loud wind noise that I noticed later. Also car was not cleaned after work was completed, dust and little pieces of the seal. Red Bluff Glass charged my insurance for a calibration that wasn't performed. No retention tape was put on after the installation. The manager refused to fix when I expressed the problems. He told me that I'm only complaining because I wanted my deductible back. I let the owner know my concerns the next day and still nothing. Red Bluff Glass did a terrible job and had to have it redone!Service: Auto windshield repair

Excellent service. They went to picked up my car from my job , when my car was ready they called me to let me know and brought it back. Very nice people . My second time taking my car to replace windshield. 100% recommended. Best place in North California.

Three years ago my car was vandalized while I was working graveyard shift. The thief caused $300 damage for a $20 video iPod. This was the beginning of a very bad day.The motor of that window had not worked in over 6 months and I was told that would need to be replaced or they could not install the window. I was looking at a lot of money that I didn't have and Fred said he would work with me on the motor. He gave me a ride across town so I could get some sleep and told me he'd call me with an estimated time it would be completed. Of course it was tough to sleep when I was trying to figure out how to pay for this with only $100 in my checking account.Around 4 pm, he called and told me the car was done. He picked me up to take me back to the shop and told me it wasn't the window motor but a cable that needed to be replaced which saved me a ton!! He had his wife drive to Chico to get the glass so it could be installed that day. My sister-in-law(whom I'd called to vent to about this) paid the bill over the phone as an early birthday gift for me.After my experience, there is NO other place to go for glass repair but here.

These guys were absolutely amazing! They not only saved me well over $150, they treated me like I mattered from the second I walked in..They had me in and out in under 2 hours and the work is simply on point!Very professional, friendly and customer oriented. Very reasonable prices and Easily the best overall service in Northern California.

Jimmy with Red Bluff Glass provided stellar customer service. Before service he reccomended I check with my insurance carrier to see what my deductible was (full coverage insurance) and if they covered glass replacement. This brought my bill from the $800 projected quote, down to my $250 deductible. I would have never thought to check until he told me.At drop off he drove me on over to my younger sisters work where I borrowed her car for the hour and a half (max) that it took them to pop my new glass in and brought my car back to me at my little sister's work so that I didn't have to trek down the road with a convertible carseat and a baby.Hands down a great experience from start to finish and I would highly reccomend their services for anyone local in the area. Their office staff is friendly and the peeps doing the work are efficient.

Great customer service!!! For what I needed it was a really quick fix (leaking windshield reseal) so we set a 1pm appointment, I arrived early and they jumped on it immediately! After evaluating they sealed it up and then sent me on my way, charged half of what they had quoted me originally since it turned out to be such a quick job. I doubt safelight can provide this experience, they wouldn't even touch my repair, said they could only replace.

Could not recommend them enough! I was on my way up to Oregon for work, and got a large crack in my windshield. Fred and his team came in on their day off in order to replace the windshield in time, and then even drove me to the Enterprise so that I could drop off my rental car! Such a nice, accommodating business. Will definitely keep them in mind for future trips.

Local family giving excellent service for decades. If you are looking for an ethical, efficient, knowledgable company with great service - you have found the place. Red Bluff Glass was able to get our service van in quickly after an incident between a turkey and the windshield. They went above and beyond. The a/c on our van was being repaired at Bob's Tire the day of the turkey incident. When Bob's was done with it, the guys from Red Bluff Glass went and picked up the van directly from Bob's. Unfortunately I have had to use Red Bluf Glass just recently. I mean Unfortunately because nobody likes a broken window.They had my front passenger window for my KIA sportage in two days. Only took them a couple hours to install. They even cleaned out all the broken glass from inside my car.Thank you guys and Red Bluff Glass for doing another amazing job.
