I went in for a simple oil change service as the shop was having a very good coupon special. My SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was on and I requested that be checked. The diagnostics came back with a few things wrong and I knew for a fact that those things hadn't been done to my knowledge. Everything is expensive these days, car work and parts included. Sal explained everything and helped me out where he could. The boss lady (lol) and all staff were very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The new location is large and very clean feeling extremely comfortable .

I was very nervous about trying a new mechanic as I had recently moved to red bluff, and needed some repairs done on my Chevy. These guys were very impressive. They had a welcoming and personable staff (Thanks, Huck and Randy) who worked with me on diagnosing the issues, and quickly resolving them. They were thorough with their repair and went above and beyond.

Kuper s The Best in Northern California.I have a 1999 Dodge that requires work every now and then. Kuper s, always go above and beyond their service.Example: my car still has original parts, when I took it in for required service, some of those old parts were so rusted or wielded in so badly they had a heck of a time trying to remove those oldies, their solution, design and make a tool that would remove those old parts. Their creativity in designing their own tool was a success. I don t know of any other service that would do this, do you?The owner, Harry, is always on site and available to speak with anyone. His staff follows his lead: attentiveness to all customers, professionalism, quality workmanship, trustworthy,honest and will always keep you informed. You are always greeted with a smile when you open their doors.I ve been a Kuper's customer since 2018 and will continue taking my car and recommend them to anyone.

I could not be more pleased with Kupers.Today, 10 Apr 2024, was our latest visit. A check engine Light appeared and then suddenly disappeared the same day. They ran a diagnostic and did not find anything but there were service items due. We will return to Transmission and other deferred service items on our Ford C-Max.So, they took care of us pronto (Same Day Service). The business is jammed with other clients and they were getting people in and out with great efficiency. I will be back. Sal and Randy looked after us.I met Mr. Kuper again today and he recognized me. GREAT PEOPLE.Sal, our primary Service Writer, was knowledgeable, friendly, fast and super good to us. Randy was also a pro and there was a lady behind the desk that I did not get to know but clearly they care about service as she was in assist mode on Computer issues and Credit Card Processing.THIS IS THE PLACE in Red Bluff! This is the only dealer in Red Bluff that will touch our vehicles! Thanks, everyone at Kupers!

Although they were very friendly & professional, I was very disappointed. Two weeks in the shop and all was done was a diagnosis? Why was I charged $350 if no work was done. Storage fees? Idk. After all that time the first step was to put a new alternator and belt, but an additional $700 was incredibly high. Unfortunately I had to take my car back & no further business was done. I took the $350 loss :/ I have kids and they could have used that money for school supplies, lunch money etc. that just hurt my pockets really bad, I ve been having a really hard time lately with this economy.

My vehicle had front-end suspension damage with a constant mis-alignment pull to the left since 2019. I took the vehicle to numerous shops telling me "all looked good and fine." so continued to drive with the problem. Finally, Kupers was able to diagnose the problem correctly and fix it. The vehicle steers like it should with no pull. This shop has outstanding service advisors and customer support. I will continue to use this shop and highly recommend to people who are looking for proper vehicle-care. A+!!!

This place has to be the best in northern California by far. First off Harry (the owner) is always there and is always working. He is very good at what he does and he really takes care of you. He wont tell you that you need something that you dont. He is not one of those types and his crew seems to be the same. Jose is one of his employees. He deserves all the credit in the world for how much he went out of his way to take care of me. From the moment i brought my truck in there jose took care of everything. I didnt have to do a thing. My transmission went out and jose even got them to buy one off an outside source which rarely happens with warranty companies. It has been a great experience working with this shop. They go above and beyond for you. All my business will be going to kupers. Thank you guys!!!

Kuper's is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with in terms of working with their customers. My RV broke down on I-5 on a Friday late morning. I called around and no one had capacity for me, but Kuper's said they would make it work. And they did. They squeezed me in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then ran the RV for a while to test the fix. And the cost was much more reasonable than I could have ever imagined. Because I arrived during lunch hour I worked with three different service writers and a mechanic. All were top-notch. Took my mother's truck there and they said they would work with us on payments. Instead when they finished the truck they ask for $6,000 up front. Kuper's is nothing but a bunch of liers. On my way from near Mt. Shasta to Bay Area Sunday night about midnight. My 2006 RAM 3500 Diesel, suddenly lurched to the left and a squeaking noise came from the left front wheel. Ended up at Kupers about 8:00 the next morning. Turned out the front hubs and bearings needed to be replaced. They went to a LOT of trouble to find the parts ASAP. I was on the road again the next day by 6:10PM. They recommended some other things to be checked, including my fuel filter, which turned out to be the next disaster waiting to happen. A week and 1000 miles later, everything is working well. They were VERY nice and professional. Their prices seems to be in line with other places. They have people there that know about these older Dodge trucks, which most places don't.I would HIGHLY recommend them. Had a major engine failure while traveling. Harry and his people did an outstanding job getting me back on the road. They worked with the warranty people to get the majority of the repair covered. THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! I broke down, Monday, July 3rd, about ten miles out of Red Bluff, about an hour from my destination, in the middle of NOWHERE, on HWY 36. (This is a long story, I will try and shorten it.) After AN INCREDIBLE experience with the CHP and a towing company, I was taken to Kuper's, mostly since they were the only place that was open, due to the holiday. First impression: you could hold a SIZABLE, FORMAL WEDDING in their waiting room. It is beyond gorgeous and huge! After sitting in 91 degree heat for about an hour, with a full car, a kayak on top and my dog, I am greeted by LOVELY PEOPLE! I mention my car and dog (who got to ride INSIDE of my car, ATOP the flatbed tow truck) and they rush outside to get her and bring her indoors. The employees have water, dog treats and are all huge dog lovers. My dog proceeded to great each customer, for the next several hours that I camped, on leather couches, in wonderful air conditioned luxury, with the BEST EMPLOYEES and CUSTOMERS ON EARTH! With the help of the staff, I was offered advice and a couple of options. They also kept the car in their secure yard through the holiday, while I was figuring out next steps. This started as a really awful situation, but I was SO FORTUNATE each step of the way, MOSTLY because of Kuper's!!! THANK YOU!!!!!! (Jax LOVED BEING THERE and wants to be hired as a greeter and will work for treats. She will be in touch.)

We were on a mission trip headed to Mexico from Oregon and we started having some car trouble in Northern California. We tried a couple places after figuring out it was a cylinder mis-firing and this was the only place that got us in without an appointment and was able to help us out in a pinch. I highly recommend this place. They are very kind, attentive and so helpful as well as fair. So grateful for them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Stopped in for a qoute on some suspension service on my truck. While waiting for an hour I over heard the front desk women and a few techs talking rude about customers after getting off the phone with them. The mechanic doing my qoute didn't seem very much like he enjoyed working there and didn't seem very knowledgeable, leaving me the feeling i cant trust the work will be done correctly so I asked for my truck back and left without a qoute.Before i stopped here I got the same qoute for service from 2 other local shops and it was much easier and I feel more confident in their techs then here at Kupers.

What an outstanding shop! We got a 2007 Impala from my parents that ended up needing a lot of work. 3 shops later (with one of them getting a red light ticket during a test drive) we finally landed at Kuper s. Car needed a whole new transmission among other things and by this point our wallets were getting thin. Harry went above and beyond to help us out when it came to pricing and getting the car done in a timely manner even as new repairs kept popping up. I dropped off my 7.3 Ford OBS pickup for work on the fuel system and glow plugs. Truck starts/runs great, and we are very happy with the work they did. All the staff was friendly, and they did a very thorough job diagnosing and explaining the issues. My next appointment for automotive service will be with Kuper s.

The guys at Kuper's are GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! QUICK SERVICE. They did a super clean job on installing a bumper brush gaurd. Knowing that I have a bad back, 3 of the guys came out and unloaded it for me the day before my appointment. I really appreciated that. Thanks guys. I will definitely be back.
