Worked with my Insurance "Allstate" to Total out my 2010 Kia soul that was in a slight fender bender accident. Refused to give me a cost breakdown as they "delete" all that information upon it getting "totalled". It definitely felt off to me. Remember you do have the right to take your vehicle anywhere and I should have exercised that choice better. Now I'm stuck with a salvage title.Also when I got my car back it was covered in tape on one side. I couldn't figure out why until yesterday when the door bump guard fell off after they broke it and tried to hot glue it back on. (This wasn't even part of my "accident") Just something they did and tried to sneak fix.

Excellent to work with these kind people at this location. Super kind and accommodating through the whole process. Worked with my insurance and offered to drive and pick up my wife while car was taken in and when finished. What a great experience considering the headache that dealing with auto repairs can be at times. We count this incident as a blessing.

Well I've used the shop before and they seem to be good but this time not having such good luck they called me and had me bring my car in said they had the parts I called 10 days later and they tell me they don't have the parts and they won't have them for another 6 weeks. In the meantime my rental car coverage will run out and my insurance company is already giving 1500 but that's about 30 days worth I don't like being lied to by the people that they have my parts and take my car in and take it apart and then I'm up to figure out how I'm going to get around I have a wife with a medical emergency that had a knee replacement that I have to take her to doctor's appointments. This doesn't seem like a good way to do business.I have a good update they seem to get the parts of my car ahead of time and it's going to be done tomorrow had a good talk with the manager very nice man explained the parts problems with me we'll use these people again.

Collision Pros-Red Bluff did an excellent job on my car. The results exceeded my expectations. Renee and Sarah are very friendly. Sarah is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. I think if she had a magnifying glass, she would have used it to make sure she could find even the smallest detail in my car. I am fascinated with the results. Thanks to the crew who did an excellent job on my car. 100% recommended.

They have my truck for repair. My mistake was letting them tear down for an estimate because they are a select insurance shop. They tried having me open a 2nd claim for the other side that had existing damage from the previous owner. Since I declined, there attempt to get an extra 1k out of me. They are trying to repair a crossmember to get more billable service hours. My opinion is they are crooked and only try and screw you.The estimator Sara is awesome. The only good thing about the place. I plan on paying another shop to check their work. I will post what cheap fix they're try to pull off. I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW, JASON ONE OF THE OWNERS CALLED ME. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOING THE JOB RIGHT. MY FAITH IN THE BODY SHOP IS ALOT BETTER. I DID APPRECIATE NEIL WORKING HARD TO ALSO MAKE IT RIGHT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM!

Apparently a squirrel got under the fender and one of my big dogs was trying to get it and it tried to chew the fender off my brand new car! Collision pros made it look brand new again. I am very happy with the work they had done.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a significant dent in the right rear door of my Subaru Legacy. It did take 2 months to get an appointment, but worth the wait. One reason for going here is the Entetprise rent a car is in the same office. That makes it very convenient. Also State Farm approved. This is a great place! Renea, Tenise and Crystal were all super friendly and professional. They assisted me in getting an estimate from a freeway accident and helped me make an appointment. They worked flawlessly with my car insurance company and did a fabulous job. My car was repaired promptly and I can t say enough about how awesome this store is! I want to add that I live over two hours away and these women helped me fix my car since there wasn t any availability for estimates or repairs where I live. Can't really say how good they are at fixing cars. I walked in after a referral for my insurance company and then they told me I needed an appointment I wouldn't come out and look at it or even take a picture. But that she told me that they're booking repairs all the way into may already and this is just the beginning of March. So if you're in a hurry this might not be the place to go. Nevertheless they could have very good quality work. I just don't know because I decided to take my car to Gary's Auto Body because they could do it a lot sooner. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I'm honestly surprised they have good reviews and unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write this review. If you were in an accident and need your car repaired do NOT take it here. If you need your car done within a timely manner do NOT take it here (months!). If you want your car back and in full working order like before the accident do NOT take it here...Seriously don't. If your looking for an educated, reliable, and quality care repair place do NOT take it here. I'm sure they have other great qualities but repairing cars is definitely not one of them.

A woman had run into the right rear fender of my car while I was in the grocery store. Her insurance suggested Collision as a place to get it repaired and I was told it would take 6 business days. My car was ready in two and a half days. I returned the rental car and picked mine up and it looked brand new. They did a wonderful job.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was very helpful and professional. They made my whole experience with them, my insurance, the other party s insurance, the car rental, extremely easy. They did an incredible job fixing my little fender bender and did a complete, complimentary complete detail on both outside and inside of my car. I had a truly awful experience at first with the whole process. Even though once the repairs were done they were excellent. However when I posted a bad review and responded badly to the survey they sent me, the owner of the company reached out and showed such care and shared such compassion with me that I am shocked. Absolutely floored with the customer service shown by one of the owners. I am confident when returning in the future that if there is a problem he will make it right. Would definitely recommend knowing he is there. Jason, you rock.

I brought my car in for minor rear end damage. I needed a ride home and was promptly given a ride by a friendly fellow. They called two days later letting me know it was done. I had to wait a short time for the car to be washed. The man at the front desk and manager were both very friendly. The damaged area now looks perfect!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my car in on a Tuesday for estimate. Photos taken ands was told I'd receive a text with the quote. Nothing by Friday, so I called and received no callback. Called Monday and received no callback. My insurance company called the next day and received no information. Went out of town to another body shop and had quote in hand the next day. Worst body shop EVER. Grossly unorganized, understaffed, and mismanaged. A 4day repair took 32 days! Weren t supposed to schedule us until parts were in, but did anyway. Week later- they call and say missing the bumper. We order an aftermarket one, took it to them, and 3weeks later we get it back. Some parts were still missing! Their motto is a joke. Nice people, but the experience was miserable.Service: Body & Trim

This place is a joke! A tree fell on my car so I take it here. The body work that was done started to crack like and fall off. So I go see the manager Les, tells me to come back that friday and they will make it right. After getting there I waited 30 min. Then he comes out and tells me I never said to come back friday. Im in shock. Like ok so I call to see if theres anybody above him and he hangs up on me! Over $5000. Now my car looks worse. Never go here!!!Service: Body & Trim

The workmanship on the repair of my car was good to excellent. However, the administrative activities of the shop was poor. Twice the office said they would call me when an aspect of the approval and repair process would be complete. And twice they failed to call me and I had to contact them instead.I was told that I would be called when the estimate was approved by the insurance company after they would submit the estimate to them. A week and a half went by and I had to call the Collision Pros office to find out the repair had been approved a week before.I was promised that I would receive a call when the parts that were to be ordered were in the shop, and the shop was ready to work on my car. Two weeks went by before I had to contact the Collision Pros office again to discover the parts had been in for some time (like a week before). I brought the car in the next day to start the repairs.The whole process lasted an estimated month longer than it needed to due to the delays in administrative procedures. I was quite frustrated by this.

To what it seems they only wanted to repair anything that goes through insurance.I took my car wanting to get a few scratches buff out. And replace a part that had a dent. Keith Ellis went out and took pictures of the car printed me out a preliminary estimate. The total came to 1700+ it was no issues since I had the money for it at the time, I signed agreeing. After they told me that it would be a two weeks wait since they were short handed, and that they would give me a call. I said it was fine. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS. I never received the call.The statement was printed 6/26/19I was not going to be attained to them. I had read so many good reviews. And really had to make a decision and according to the reviews it was the beat one in town.

They have good service in the aspect that they did a good job and both of the women that work in the front are nice but their manager/owner is rude and not accommodating. He doesn't follow the companys core values of making the transition of being without your car and getting you back on the road as soon as possible very well. They don't work around people who have Monday through Friday business hour jobs I had to take a day off of work to bring my car in and get off an hour early to come pick it up and both situations were a hassle to get scheduled. He is very unwilling to work around a customer's schedule.Service: Body & Trim

We had a great experience working with Collision Pros. They were always profession and kind and had my car done in four days! They did an amazing job on the repair. I would highly recommend Collision Pros to any of my family and friends.

Have taken my vehicle in for repairs... it has been difficult to get any information as to how long my vehicle will be there. Drive from Redding to get car fixed there and so glad we chose them. They were all so friendly, professional and best of all they completed the vehicle about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

We were new in town when we had an accident and didn t know who to go to for car repair. Looked up reviews and went to talk to Collision Pros very nice and took the time for good customer service. Just picked up our car this morning and it looks beautiful very happy with the work they did. Thank you guys for a great job.

I really appreciate the attention to detail that the professionals at Collision Pros did for me on my repairs after my incident with a deer. They also repaired my vehicle within the the time stipulated. All the folks were very friendly and professional. It was an unexpected pleasant experience. I would recommend this repair shop.
