We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. In addition, they fixed some other things that we didn't even know needed fixing.Because we went back twice, they bought us a gas card.We couldn't be happier, both with their work and their great customer service.Service: Body & Trim

We have a very nice car that someone thought it would look better with four deep scratches in the front fender. Yes they keyed our car while briefly parked at Walmart in Red Bluff! #%*%&#On the way home we stopped at Bob s Truck Painting in Dairyville for an estimate. Gary explained in detail what they could do to fix it. He assured us those scratches would be gone and the match in paint would be perfect. He was right the color matches perfectly and you cannot even tell the car had been keyed. He said it would take about 4 days and it was finished in 4 days.We couldn t be happier with what they did for us and would highly recommend them.Fred and Carol Richelieu

We had an accident with our 5th wheel about 20 miles east of Red Bluff. AAA towed us to this place and we did not arrive till around 6 PM. The shop was closed but the corner store next door (Jill's something) had the cell phone number to the owner Chris. We did not expect anyone to do anything since it was in the evening but Chris and his 80+ years old Dad came and did a quick assessment told us they could do the work. We got hooked up with power and water and we were able to stay in our trailer. This was Wednesday PM. By Friday PM everything was done. We needed a totally new back axel (including brakes, barings etc..)new stairs, fix a tear in the vapor barrier. In other words pretty major work. Gary did all the correspondance with our insurance company in Canada. They arranged for a final inspection at the brake shop down the road to insure we were safe to travel on. All this in 2 days. I have never heard or seen of anything like it. Chris's Dad even got us a step arrangement so we could get in and out of our trailer before the new stepps came on. If you have to have a break down this is the place to have it. Fantastic proffesional and personal service. Thanks again to all of you.

The owner is awesome. Very helpful. Helped fix a part on Van after business hours and let us use tool over night and wouldn't take money...I will take my business to him from now on. thank you so much.
