Really nice service but takes way too long for oil change. 1pm appointment and out at 3pm. Also recommended to get tires and second opinion said still have like 10k miles left to go on current tires. They made it seem like it wasmore serious. Also heard a guy that bought his tires there but was being charged 25$ to remove a nail. They did give him free oil change because he was upset. Sure they are good just too long wait.

I will have to say my experience wasn't the best at 1st, it wasn't horrible either it was just a misunderstanding.Since then, I received a call from Zane, the manager of Big O Tires, personally to try and make it right, which I deeply appreciate what he has done for me to make it right. After his concerns, he definitely made it right with me, and I recommend Big O Tires because they really do care to make their customers happy and want our trust. That, to me, means everything.. I am not sorry at all that I chose them to make my car ride perfect. Thank you so much for caring about your customers' concerns and happiness. You made my day, Zane.

If you live in the SF Bay Area and need new tires, consider a road trip to Big O Tires in Redbluff then visit Lassen National Park. It will save you $200-$300. I was in a situation (blow-out 200 miles from my home in the SF Bay Area). I already had 30K miles on the tires so decided to replace all four. I was not able to do my own research on what tires I wanted so told Zane what traits were important to me (rain, snow, quiet etc). He was able to replace all four tires the very next day. My Outback subsequently handled far better with the new tires and were quieter. I typically do not trust people in sales but Zane listened to me and delivered. Thanks Zane and I'll road trip to Redbluff in ~ 40K miles for another set of tires.

Zane and his crew are the best! Recently completed a water pump replacement for me. Previously sold and installed a new set of tires on my wife's car and replaced brakes. All done on time and as quoted in the cost estimate.

Guys did an oil change and safety check, pointed out honest concerns without trying to jazz it up. They were respectful and kind and answered all of my questions.Would absolutely go here for an honest team of mechanics.

The district manager Zane is awesome. He knows how to run his shops. Great place, friendly service. They treat you with respect and they don't work on things and charge you without asking first unlike other shops in this area.

I had an unexpected blow out at the red bluff exit. My husband and I got the tire changed fast and made it to the big o on Montgomery Street and the gentlemen that were working were absolutely the best and we were up and back on the road super fast thanks to the whole team.

4 hours into our camping trip our 5th wheel tire blew. Called Big O in Ted Bluff. They couldn't have been nicer! Had the tire we needed and had it installed and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. Awesome location just off the freeway ans super sweet staff. Thank you Big o!

This Big O tire shop is awesome! Best customer service I've ever experienced. Whether it's an emergency situation or general flat repair, Zane and his guys are right on it and always looking out for the customer. Periodically checking in after work is done, genuinely shows they care. Great place!!!

Humberto at Big O Tires in Red Bluff exceeded my expectations, by far.. Not only that, but he truly goes above and beyond for his customers.After the repair is completed, they follow up with you to make sure that the car is running smoothly and your are fully satisfied with the repairs.As a woman, it s hard to find a mechanic shop that is honest and has your vehicles health and budget in their best interests.Fortunately, at Big O you will not have to worry any longer. The price of the part was a little expensive but for them to put it in was cheaper than most places and they did guarantee it and I have had no further issues with the part overall I'm very happy with their work

Zane and his crew were very nice and got my car back on the road in no time. I had a very slow leak in one of my tires and unfortunately it couldn t hold air even after they tried to patch it, so they ordered a new tire for me which came in the very next day, and they got me in and out pretty quick. The price for everything was good. I appreciate great service! Thanks guys!!

This is my shout out to Big O tires of Red Bluff, Ca. This all begins when I brought in my 98 Ford ranger for its regular oil change maintenance. I soon realized that I-5 tire no longer existed and would be dealing with Big O. I was a little apprehensive not knowing the quality or service of the company.I was greeted at the front counter by Holden, who was very professional and courteous. As I proceeded ahead it wasn t long before I noticed my truck lifted up with the tires removed. Surprise as I was, I thought for a brief moment . tires removed? What s going on? After questions, Holden remarked that it was apart of their oil change service as they rotated the tires and checked for any problems free of charge. I knew my truck wasn t running right and they caught issues that were brought to my attention that were later repaired.The company was quick that day with the repairs and when I came to pick up my truck, Holden addressed me by my last name. He hadn t forgot who I was. Furthermore, my bill was actually lower than the previous quote. This took place at the beginning of June 2023.Shortly after the service I was contacted by Zane, who wanted to check up on the work that was completed. I very much appreciate him taking the time to follow up as he was very professional. In the end, I want to thank everyone at Big O tire! Especially to Holden, Travis and Zane! What a life saver Big-O Tires in Red Bluff was for me. I was driving home and had another 300 miles to go when I discovered a large (and getting larger) tire bubble on my sidewall. I spent Sunday night in Red Bluff and wandered in to the Big-O tires first thing Monday morning without an appointment. Zane instantly looked at my situation and dove in to get me a new tire and back on the road even though the shop was short handed that morning. I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service from Zane at Big-O Tires in Red Bluff. He got me back on the road and restored my peace of mind. A BIG thank you to Big-O Tires in Red Bluff.

We had a blow out on RV.They didnt havw tire in store but they ordered it had it 2 there next morning . They had 2 new tires put on front ans made sure others were in good shape had us out of there and on the road again . They have great service great prices and great employees. Make it your go to place you well be super glad you did. Thank you Big O and all that served us. Umberto Herrera service adviser is wonderful.

Big O Tires always helpfulMy wife had our new car in for an oil change this week to the dealership, whom noted a small nail. They were happy to sell us a new tire for $300 we declined. She stopped by Big O here in Red Bluff on the way back to the ranch 10 minutes and $24 all fixed.

My wife and I bought a truck off Craigslist and it turned out it was a thing of NIGHTMARES!! I just want to thank EVERYONE at big o tires these guys did an outstanding job on getting my truck back on the road. They didn t stop until the job was done we definitely suggest them to anyone who has any type of car problems!

I dont hear the ticking or squealing anymore. These guys took good care of me and my car. I have been a regular customer for years in paradise. will continue here. I had vehicle inspection and needed maintenance and courtesy ride back and forth. Everyone very nice too.

This is the place to go for all your vehicle needs! After months of going to multiple other shops to fix an issue with my car, Big Os definitely brought me to tears today. My car is running like new again and I can finally get back to work. The employees at this shop are family and community based which, is rare these days. They definitely earned a forever customer. Huge thank you to all of the Big Os employees for all of your hard work and for going above and beyond!!

Great people to deal with. I got 5 steel belted radial tires for my trailer, 10 ply and they do not have the three years warranty on trailer tires, even after being told twice that I could get it from two different employees, but oh well.

Zane and the crew really helped my family out! The day after Christmas we had over 250 miles to get back to home with a storm coming. My husband had to be home the next day for scheduled medical treatment, but as we left to get on the road - a tire had a nail! When we called Big O we were told to come right in. A short time later we were on the road able to get safely home thanks to the helpful team at Big O. We will always go back when we are in town with any issues!

After having my car at the dealership, I was in distress over the laundry list of repairs they quoted for my poor car.I drove over to Big O Tires for a second opinion, I was pleasantly greeted as I walked in, and the 2 men behind the counter were extremely understanding of my concerns.After about 10-15 minutes of my car entering the building, 1 of the gentleman from behind the counter escorted me out into the shop where I was greeted by the service manager, he proceeded to and show me the true issues my car was experiencing, he also showed me with the dealership was trying to sale me!He broke down my estimate piece by piece and gave me options and helped me make a plan for services needed based on severity!I am extremely pleased with my experience and will be back for my future repairs or anything I need at this true 1 stop shop!Thank you to all of you guys at Big O Tires Red Bluff!!!!!!

Jan. 6, 2023. Just stopped in to have one of my tires reseal. The staff and service were great and professional. If anyone has any issues related to tires I recommend Big O Tires.
