I just went to Auto Zone store# 4148 for a new battery. Marcos Store Manager went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. He was courteous and professional and took the time to listen when I had other battery related questions. I'm a happy customer!

Today I was at the Red Bluff Auto Zone, store #4148 and had the best experience ever. My battery died and store employee Tommy H went above and beyond to help me. He tested my battery and then helped me find the right one for my budget. Upon purchasing, Tommy then installed the new battery for me. Every employee at this Auto Zone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will have my business from this day forward. Thank you Tommy, for all your help.

I was just at the Auto Zone store here on Main St. in Red Bluff and I walk into the store to purchase some items and there was a lady inside working by herself and her co-worker, who was skinny and had long hair, was outside in the parking lot arguing with who I believe to be his girlfriend. Then the police showed up, they were talking to the couple, and handcuffed the worker. I don't know if he was taken into custody or not, but I feel sorry for this poor lady who was answering phones and helping customers at the same time. Auto Zone really needs to start making sure they hire responsible people who are not going to be outside talking to their girlfriends and friends while being on the clock.

Excellent customer service, helped me find and install the correct headlight bulb. Very knowledgeable, and when I asked and they didn't know they looked it up and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Usually you can find what you need or can be ordered quickly. Staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. The store is generally clean and well staffed.

Wow unbelievable I bought a part at Autozone Red Bluff CA over a year ago that had a limited lifetime warranty. The part failed and they said the unlimited lifetime warranty was good for 90 days only!! I told manager is warranted for lifetime and he refused to give a new one. INCOMPETENT MORON!!! I called the Corning store 15 miles away and they said the part had the warranty and is going to replace. Never will I go to Red Bluff Autozone again!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Stopped at AutoZone today 1/2/24 to purchase a plug-in for a trailer and asked The gentleman that I was having problems, taking a ball off my hitch and switching it and he came out and helped me very kind of him to do that. I just wanted to let people know.

My Aunt went into the store for spark plugs and the told her to go to a shop and get the part there and they would fix it but they never afforded to sell the part to her.

I called last night about replacing the battery in my car. The person I spoke to said they would be able to put it in as long as I bought the battery from them. This morning when I got to the store, the energy was different. All of the employees disappeared to the back of the store except for one. He sold me the most expensive battery and refused to help put it in my car. I called last night and confirmed that they could install in my type of car, and was insured that they could. I would hate to say race is the cause for this, but I don t see what else it could ve been. I payed $250 for that battery and politely returned it after being treated the way I was. I will take my money elsewhere.

Hmmm I called before going got an estimate. Went in the store he said he the cheapest one he had was $180 I was like no you quoted me for 80 ...oh yeah I have that but I don't want sell you that....like dude no I asked for it it's bad I have to say no you said this in order for him to sell me what I asked for instead of being charge an extra $90 . He refused to help me. The guys the came in after he left were nice tho.

Did a return and didn't get the money back I was exposed to I got to my car and $5 was missing from my 34 I was exposed to get back and they acted like they had no idea would love to see what happened on the cameras

The employee who helped me was super helpful and friendly. He walked me throughout the store helping me find everything I needed and then promptly checked me out, even noticed that I wasn't signed up to earn rewards and got me signed up without any problems. Great experience!!!

Today I received excellent customer service at the Red Buff Ca store. Extremely helpful staff, I. Bought just a couple of blinker bulbs, Mr. Rodrigues actually replaced the bulbs for me in minutes! Everyone was so nice and very friendly! Thank you!

It's not like it used to be when a person goes in to an automotive store you expect the people working to know what you are fixing these days it's whatever the computer says and we end up going back for the right part..

Core charge was not removed from transaction after returning core. Worked with the manager and the district manager. After disputing the charge on my card, Autozone disputed my dispute! Would be nice to get my core back, but it was shipped back already.

ultimately i ended up with the parts that i needed but the entire time i was at the counter one employee was sitting on a stool complaining about how he doesn't get enough hours and how he normally just does a no call no show and complaining about the management and on and on and on.the entire time the guy who was helping me is just chuckling and his tag said he was a sift manager or assistant manager or something.the parts and prices are fine but the employees make this place my last stop in town for auto parts.

Store is in a good location and is clean with a large selection of everyday supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to start when looking for parts and supplies and there's no waiting on that imaginary associate for keys to get to it! Time saver!

Manager refused to honor a 3ry warranty that was less than 1yr old. They even found the error on their computer and the date code on the item proved it was less than 1yr old. He didn t care and preferred to force me into a purchase to replace their failed part. Very disappointing and will not be going back....

Staff is quite knowledgeable. Each time I visit, they are able to answer my questions thoroughly. The staff has even gone above their duties to help meet my needs. Awesome people to do business with.
