If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a tow from them at 7:22 AM and they told me 30-40 minutes. Then at 8:10 when I called for an update they told me the driver had been dispatched to a CHP situation and it would be another 30 minutes. At 8:39 I got a call from the dispatcher that the driver was now 30 minutes away again. At 9 I called for an update and they said it would be 15-20 minutes, and about 10 minutes later I got a call from the driver himself who said he was 30 minutes away. I ended up cancelling and going with a different tow company.This is a ridiculous amount of time and fluctuation in what I was told and I would not advise going with any tow company ( but this one in particular) that cannot figure out scheduling of their drivers unless you have time to waste while you wait for them.

I literally just called to get a car towed out of my spot at my apartment complex and they literally said we don t do those types of towing services and hung up in my face, so just don t bother calling if you re not calling to Tow yourself ie;Your own personal car.

Amazing towing company! I needed help getting out of the garage since my battery died, so I called these guys out, and they came in no time to help.

Called and asked for a tow. They said they couldn't help me it and then just hung up on me. WOW!!!
