I went there to check out some cars, didn t have to even touch my wallet before I got service. Staff was incredibly friendly, immediately asked if I wanted water. They went as far as to let me sit in a huracan evo and a rolls Royce phantom. Todd was very nice. If you buy an exotic car anywhere, I would recommend this place.

TL,DR : Buying a car from McLaren Rancho Mirage leaves you feeling like you paid for the experience and the car was just a sweet bonus.I just purchased a brand new Mclaren 570GT from McLaren Rancho Mirage and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was well worth the 7 hour trip to the Palm Springs from The SF Bay Area. When I arrived I was greeted with my car in a special section of the showroom. The car was exactly as described and the dealership went to extra efforts to insure that even the littlest of details were taken care of before my arrival. This went as far as to repair a small scrape that was underneath the car. In addition to this they took their time when I arrived and walked me through every detail of the car including giving both myself and my fiancee a test drive to seal the deal before we finished the paperwork.Pros: Presentation is excellent with great staff Large selection of high end brands makes this place a one stop shop in many cases Dealer throws in some little perks such as branded gearCons: They can get busy at times so communication can be less than desirable if you are not local.Special thanks goes to Jaime Moore, Elena Ramirez, Ian Labrecque, and Jason Cammisa who all worked together to make this an unforgettable car buying experience.

I brought my 720s here after another service center ruined it for lack of a better word. I called Richard the Service Director ahead of time to explain the situation, and he was more than welcoming. Jesus was my service advisor who took care of me (and my car) during my visit. Happy, Satisfied, Wonderful Experience, all of that was achieved here and more. It was quite the long drive for me coming from the Orange County area but let me tell you, the drive is worth the service. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and work on my vehicle, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The technician, Paul, even provided a video which was a warm touch as well. I don t know what s wrong with me for not having had come here before. (Ok the other service center was closer to me, but after coming here I wish I was with this service center from the beginning. Sometimes you just don t know what you don t know, and I didn t know the team here at Rancho Mirage was so great.) Thank you again!

My McLaren was picked up to complete a Recall on the passenger airbag.When my vehicle was returned the steering wheel stalk, the auto comfort return on my drivers seat was not working and my memory buttons on the drivers seat was not working.McLaren is working on having my vehicle picked up again to resolve.The service manager Richard called me today and let me know they will be ordering a seat module as they think this could be the problem and will not charge for this!This is great service by Indigo!!!Thanks Richard and Ian. I had my McLaren 12C in the shop for one day with Jesus and the technicians at MclarenThey were absolutely the best I ve ever dealt with from any dealership. It s refreshing for me to deal with such professionals.I started my own shop 40 years ago and have five independent auto repair shops in Seattle with 40 employees and when I see a dealership like this with such professionals it makes me proud to be in this industryI hope that my employees are doing the same with their customers as Jesus is doing with his!Very sincerelyJeffJeff s auto repair

I bought a high spec 720s and have been waiting 3-4 months for my registration. They can't give me a temp because I'm out of state. When I call for an update, they say they've just done it and it should be here in a couple days. Then weeks goes by with no registration.I called to sell the car back to them because I've had a car sitting here that I cannot use and they do not answer my calls or offer any support for the frustrating situation. When someone spends 300k on a vehicle, you expect a certain professionalism. I haven not received that.

The experience gas been seamless! Gabe munoz and his GM (celine) have been phenomenal. Any detail down to the calipers and shipping have been handled with ease ...let alone their knowledge and amazing background dedicated to the exotic of choice. Highly recommended! Appreciate the support!Dr. Mack

Well, I bought a 720s from these folks. The very first week, I started getting error messages for the "Air Brake" That, coupled with error message for the headlights, and a bubble in the front clear bra (dealer installed) made me take it back to them. Kind of a hassle, as I live in Orange County, but I bought from them as we have purchased other vehicles from them.WHAT A PAIN!!!The car was down there for 10 days, and after what I feel was a general run around, they now supposedly have figured out the problem with the Air Brake error code. Never could figure out the error code for the headlights. As far as the DEALER INSTALLED clear bra, they had part of it replaced, then tried to tell me that the other area peeling up " is due to rock damage, and therefore not covered"I personally don't agree with them that its rock damage - looks like it is peeling up to me - but even so, you'd think that a repeat customer buying a $350,000 car would MAYBE get the benefit of the doubt -Their Bentley team has it together - when I take my wife's car in ffor service its promptly turned around - not so much for the service guys that work on the McLarens.

We brought our McClaren in on a warranty issue & were very pleased with their thoroughness & service. We didn t feel rushed & they also addressed some other issues we had with the car.

Great service, I was out of there in an hour, Gabriel was super helpful and got me the best deal, no one could come close to the deal they gave me. Super friendly staff, live my new mclaren 570gt, will defiantly go back
