Be aware of this dealership and saleman Chuck Stanley and General Manager Anthony King ! They are Typical sales guys that will tell you whatever to sell you a car. Beware these guys are truehigh end Con men!

Anthony and Chuck are the best in the entire Ferrari sales industry. Down to earth, responsible and straightforward. FRM is the best Ferrari dealership because of their entire staff. They treat all customers the same and give your their undivided attention. You will not find better people in any other dealership.

The fellows at Ferrari of Rancho Mirage are really terrific. They represent one of the very strongest brands in the world, but they are very personable and a pleasure to speak with. I think the local ownership is certainly a factor in the amiability of the organization.

I walked in with a buddy of of mine mid week, and was greeted right away. I am glad I was introduced to Anthony in sales. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about the beautiful cars. Very impressed. Definitely will be back to purchase.

Service Department Review. I had a great experience with Gary, the service manager, technician, or whatever these experts go by. He was super knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I was new to Ferrari with my acquisition of a California T and he was super patient in explaining what was done, needed to be done and even told me about running different tire pressures for better handling, etc. Gary really seems to like his job and customers.

Great staff at this new location! All are friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to share a wealth of information about their cars. They have many finance options here that can help you get into your dream car. I would definitely recommend working with this team!

Drove by with family and our boys went crazy seeing these beautiful cars. Turned around and stopped in to look. Sarah was very welcoming allowed us to look around and even let them sit in one. What great service. Our boys said it made they Christmas. Thank you Sarah and your team!

So...you may have read my last review of Ferrari of Newport Beach on their other website. And you probably though that I had one very good experience, but that did not make for a trend of good expectations.Well, I wan't entirely sure either, but I just traded in another car for another new purchse, and guess what. Another outstanding car purchase transaction.I am in Massachusetts, so they entire deal was again built on trust, as the Chinese Dragon Virus precluded comfortable plane travel. Once again, I was provided with extensive photos, videos of the interior and exterior of the car, window sticker, Ferrari factory build sheet and numerous texts and phone calls to make up for the distance dilemma.And, yes, there was a trade in, and therefore the possibility of a price war between "what do i get for mine and what will you want for yours"....recipe for price ping pong and kidney stones. Maybe even hives.Nope. Didnt happen. Was there a big $ differrence between dealer and buyer expectations? of course! but the General Manager Tim Rodgers resloved that in 5 minutes to both our satisifactions. And it was more fun than pain. Thats an achievement.These folks concluded the deal, pricing papaerwork and delivery and pickup of the trade all within 2 weeks....first week for paper back and forth, and the second week for shipping. And the car arrived in perfect conditon. Fully detailed and serviced. As represented.If you are thinking of buying a Ferrari with that special west coast livery of exciting colors and interiors, do yourself a big favor, give these folks a call. And No, I am not a big tech CEO with too much wealth to count. And this IS an entirely unsolicitated review. These folks earned my appreciation and respect. Its that simple.
