I ve purchased 7 cars in 2021 alone and this is by far the most unethical and dishonest dealership I ve ever dealt with. I would trust Harvey Weinstein or Jeff Epstein to babysit my children before I d trust this dealership to be honest about what they were selling. I purchased a certified Rolls-Royce Wraith clean carfax, which was far from super condition as it was described.You pay a premium for a certified vehicle from a franchise dealer to be protected and safe and should be able to trust who you re dealing with. There were 7 panels that had been repainted and had signs of overspray, tape lines, orange peel, fish eyes, including bondo and sanding marks on the passenger door. Roof, both doors, both rear quarter panels, trunk, and rear bumper. Within 24 hours, the doors would no longer lock and the error on the screen rear door close malfunction, consult service center . How is it that a franchise dealer with trained experts can certify a vehicle of this caliber? They re either attempting to defraud the certification process or defraud the consumer.I let the dealership know that we need to unwind this deal and they need to take the car back. After avoiding my calls for the majority of the day, the GM David Caldwell says he needs to check with his boss. Finally I reach him again and am told they will take the vehicle back, but I need to drive it back to their dealership - around 100 miles with suicide doors that are not closing due to malfunction. Alternatively he offers to pick up the vehicle at a cost of $550.Ended up purchasing a vehicle from O Gara in Beverly Hills with a much better experience. I have reported this to the DMV, Rolls-Royce North America, and BBB.Avoid this dealer at all cost.

My wife and I love our (new to us) 2014 Lexus IS 250. Sales rep Gordon Stewart and his team worked us through the whole process, even starting with emails and phone calls to get a final price before making the 3 hour round trip to the dealer, which ended up being well worth it. We were treated with respect and all the staff was very polite and professional. If they ever have what we need again, I wouldn t hesitate to come back to Desert European Motorcars. Thanks for making even my wife s first time car buying experience as smooth and stress free as possible!

I have had my 2012 Bentley GTC serviced at Desert European for about 2 years now. I find the service staff attentive and professional. I make an appointment and get a loan car, but I have also showed up impromptu with a issue needing resolution and they are very accommodating.

I was looking for a used car and found one here. Jacob Dutton and Mike Melikian made it the easiest smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced! They were fair, transparent and upfront with me. I would reccomend them to everyone! Seriously!

The transporter just dropped off my '17 Aston Martin Vanquish and I am absolutely ecstatic! Not only does the car exceed my expectations, but the whole experience with Todd McKittrick & Desert European Motorcars from my initial phone call to the final "Thank you" was equally pleasurable. Todd was just outstanding throughout the entire process. I was very hesitant to buy such a car sight unseen and have it shipped to me; however, Todd made me feel at ease throughout the entire process with his knowledge, experience and honesty. He and Danny were instrumental in getting a 3 way deal done so I could receive the tax credit towards this car. And all of this was done over the phone!!! I highly recommend Todd McKittrick and Desert European Motorcars without hesitation and look forward to doing more business with them in the future- I'm a D.E.M. customer for life, even though I live 1,400 miles away....

Worst car shopping experience ever. They add on tens of thousands over MSRP and load up dealer options such as $10,000 tire replacements and were not candid about what they were doing. Having purchased cars in the past from this dealership with better experiences, I can only conclude that the company from the Netherlands that bought the dealership is incredibly greedy. I nor anyone I know will buy a car here again.

Hi I would not do business with the dealership again, they sold me a MBZ AMG 2018 which i over paid at the time in my opinion. The car broker and the Sales Manager said you made this easy we will be sure that when the new range rover are being delivered you sir will be one of the first customer to take delivery of the car. I gave the dealer a $5k deposit i built the car on Range Rover and then i sat and waited and waited after being told 4 times the car was being pushed back back in November 2022 i would see this dealer take delivery of the same car i built and they would be selling the car at a mark up or as they called it a Market Adjustment Pricing of $40k OVER STICKER. I was in shock, i spoke to Michael Mikelian the GM and all the did was offer my deposit back with no interest of my money. I later found out they have been doing this to many of their customers and instead of delivering the car the dealer takes the cars in and market adjustment pricing of $40k over MSRP, i feel this is a very unethical dealership and mislead the public. I have initiated a compliant with Landrover USA over this dealers sales practices and filed a complaint with the California Dealer Association and location District attorney over their ill egal sales practices. i would stay away from this dealer at all cost. I went to Rusnak Anaheim Hills dealt with Sven and Joe they delivered a Range Rover with no hassle and where very respectful. Stay clear of this dealer you will get ripped off, i forgot to mention the dealer will require you to purchase dealer add on such as a built in Lojack system and a electronic license plate, they wont sell you any car without the additional add on to the vehicles MSRP Price.

Finding our ideal vehicle on INDIGO, Desert European Motorcar's website, we contacted the dealership and left a message for a sales associate to call us. Within 15 minutes we received a call from Austin Lewis. He was prompt, efficient and responded to all our inquiries right away. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him.We agreed on the terms of our trade, and based on Austin's assurances, we left two days later and drove to Desert European Motorcars in Rancho Mirage, CA., over 1,100 miles away.Since we only had Austin's word and had not signed any documents prior to our departure, we were very concerned that once at the dealership something might go wrong! To our surprise, Austin had all the documents ready and our new vehicle polished and ready to be picked up by us! Nothing could have gone smoother.Desert European Dealership is a first class operation with first class sales staff. The dealership represents just about all the high-end and exotic manufacturers. One can easily spend a full day admiring the numerous exotic vehicles in their many showrooms. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Desert European.Motorcars.

Austin Lewis at Desert European Motorcars is as professional as it gets. We have bought 4 cars from him over the last 2 years and every experience gets that much better! The staff is very friendly and tries their best to be helpful. I had some frustrations with the repair process, however, once management became aware of the issues they did their best to make it right. Overall, I found that this dealership, specifically the management team acted with integrity and did their best to make a difficult situation better. Things don't always work as planned, but they showed me that they really care about their customers and their business. As a result, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family/friends in the future.

Purchased a pre certified vehicle and salesman, Dave FLEIG was wonderful. I reside in Arizona but purchased the vehicle in California so I was a bit reluctant. There were a few discrepancies that needed to be resolved and without hesitation they sent me to a nearby dealer and they fixed everything. Thank you guys

Had a great buying experience with Greg for my new lease. However when Desert European agreed to purchase my used Range Rover it took numerous phone calls and over 4 weeks to get paid. They originally told me 7 days to receive a check for my old car which I felt was more than enough time. I have sold other cars to dealerships and they cut the check the next day. Time for them to get their act together.

First the good:1. Buying experience was great. I was able to get the car for the price I wanted without much issue. Jeremiah Valentine did a great job.2. The car was delivered to Louisiana and it was covered in oil from the transport company. Jeremiah worked with me to get me reimbursed from the detailing that had to be done.Now the bad:1. The finance manager did not contact me until I had already put all my down payment down. Jeremiah told me a Luis Would be reaching out to me to go over the contracts. I was not reached out to. I had to reach out and try and makes sense of 29 pages of contracts. I was asked after I reached out oh did you have any questions? Then the next day or so I got a call from the same guy telling me he was reaching out about the contracts. Poor communication at the very least.2. The car was delivered without anyway to drive it. I was stuck without any way to get to the bottom of it. This was not discussed at point of sale. If it were I would not have bought here. Long story short, and through my Own research, I found that the car had to be registered through their third-party company when I had a Louisiana company that could do it in 2 days. Luis had a 3 way call with my company and we discussed it and Luis said that we should just wait another two weeks because they couldn t use my company. 3 weeks later I follow up...with no emails or updates...i wait for 2 days with no response then I text Jeremiah and tell him the situation. Luis sends me an email finally and says it will be two more weeks and the paper work is at the Louisiana DMV.In the meantime it has been 5 weeks since I bought the car. Already paid my first note. Haven t been able to drive it at all legally. Worst of all I have had family emergencies. Tropical storm preparations, and a host of other things I needed a car for.This has been the worst car purchasing/handling I have ever went through. Jeremiah gets 2 stars and that is the most I can do.

What can I say? I love my new range rover ! As a young, single lady car shopping is quite a scary ordeal . Salesmen typically look at me as a lost little lamb on their lots . This time my car buying experience was off the charts. Mike the sales manager and his sales associates Mathew and Louis were exceptionally professional . No shadiness whatsoever. I felt very comfortable and I am a very cautious buyer. My new rover is my favourite car ever, but I think my choice ultimately in this deal was due to my superb treatment at this dealership . I cannot wait to do more business with them and I am already planning on taking my sister here when the lease is up on her bmw .

Terrible dealer. Leave your car their at your own risk. Left my Mclaren for an issue with the door lock (under warranty), was called and informed they had broken the tonneau cover and I would be receiving an invoice for the cost to repair!After resolving the issue I mistakenly attempted to consign the car with them, when the manager told me I had to consign it at a price that was equivalent to privately listed cars with previous accident damage and that they'd never be able to sell it at the price I suggested (the cheapest orange spider on the market with no damage).Avoid.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Danny Majid and his team for an outstanding experience in the handling of a three vehicle deal(near 700K). Danny is professional, personable and an experienced operator. He understands the vehicle market and delivered to the cent what he had promised. Don't waste your time with other franchises. Danny and Indigo have it all figured out. I highly recommend them!

I wasn't planning to buy a new car but my wife and my anniversary was right around the corner and we always drive by there on the way home to San Diego after visiting my mom. We the car was on the lot and Scott and Shad were very professional so we ended up taking the car home the same evening. Now we have two white Porsche's! An '06 and a 17. My wife gets to drive the new one I will will drive the 06 for fun! I would recommend this dealership highly to anyone looking to buy a Porsche!

Avoid this place if you can. They are prompt when collecting money and getting your downpayment is non-negotiable, but as soon as it comes to delivering the car I purchased and paperwork to drive it they were non-existent. They told me I would have to "ride dirty" for awhile. I had issues DAYS after the car was delivered that put my families safety at risk and had to wait 2 weeks to even get it to the service department. They will promise you anything to get it off the lot. Greg makes you feel like family until you sign paperwork, then you might as well be a stranger to him. They tried to reassure me every time the car broke down that this was uncommon, but I'm sure it isn't. BE CAREFUL before you make any decisions at this place. I was completely taken advantage of here.

We purchased a Mercedes AMG. Awesome vehicle and we got a fair deal. We were pressured a little by the salesman. Like he had someone coming in at three who was interested in buying the car. That was a tactic used in the 60s and not necessary. All in all we are very pleased. Would recommend this dealer.

I love my new F-type! She's already part of the family. Our experience started strong with Jeff. He was very informative and helpful. However, when trying to finish the deal, he got pulled in many directions. I guess it was a busy selling day. Eric came in to finish with us. He made the situation right and enjoyable. Overall, we had a good experience.

On February 16th, I scheduled my 2001 Jaguar Type S 4.0 for a 26,000 mile (yes the miles are accurate) oil change/inspection with Greg the service manager who was very accomidating despite being shorthanded. Chad Ingram, my service advisor later called to say the AC compressor was failing due to age and would be much pricier to fix once it failed. They would need my car an extra day and extended my loaner. When I came in, my car had been washed and dried to perfection. Incidentally, the new on site car agency, Beverly Hills Cars, is a huge improvement over Hertz for either rentals or loaners. Very nice people. I must say I appreciate the friendly professionalism displayed by everyone with whom I come in contact at Desert European Jaguar. Very classy organization.

I purchased a vehicle from Rancho Mirage Land Rover with the help of their internet manager Cody Dreier. I live 6 hours away in AZ and was originally just browsing when I came across one of their vehicle listings and decided to inquire on availability simply to have as an available option, but I was extremely hesitant on buying a car out of state. I was contacted by Cody shortly after and he eased my reluctance by reassuring me on the relative ease there is to such a process. He gave me the information I needed in a manner that didn t make me feel pressured, which I appreciated so we made a deal over the phone. He picked me up from the car rental agency, and had the vehicle nice and detailed for me. Cody also made sure to have all my paperwork in order by the time I got to the dealership. Now of course there is always some sort of rules or red tape when buying a car out of state that may cause minor inconvenience, but it was worth the overall experience. Thank you Cody for your help, compared to past car-buying experiences I ve had, he made this one a quick and easy process.

Chad Ingram and the expert technicians at Desert European Motors deserve the automotive service Oscar for outstanding service in a desperate situation. The Low coolant light in my Jaguar lit in the middle of the Mojave desert with no cell phone service and no way to get help. I had to drive the car some distance to a location where I could contact road service. The engine needed to be disassembled, the heads remilled and and reinstalled. Not only did they restore the car and save me the $21,000 for a new engine, but Desert European absorbed significant labor cost and they went to bat for me with Jaguar which graciously paid 2/3 of the repair costs. This is customer service beyond excellent - this is the acid test example of putting the customer first . Outstanding!!!

Recently traded my Bentley Continental in for an Aston Martin Rapide, what a great facility, amazing range and experience. Another great experience from Desert European Motorsports (Indigo Auto Group). This is my second purchase from this dealership, first was a Jaguar and recently an Audi. Michael in Audi Rancho Mirage sales was top shelf with his professionalism, follow through and looking out for my interest. I thank Michael for delivering on that great experience! Not only was my pre-sales experience great, so was my post-sales experience (where many dealerships fail). The sales manager Nicholas took excellent care of me and went above and beyond obligations thank you. I've been buying vehicles for 40 years and this is the only dealership that I have repeat purchases. For those of you that are internet purchasers (like me), fear not Desert European Motorsports is a world class dealership. I found both my cars on the internet, physically visited the dealership for the purchase and I was blown away at the high caliber operation you will not be disappointed.

I've had my new car for two weeks and love it. Eric was, by far, the best experience I've ever had while purchasing a new car. Although my lease wasn't yet up on my 2012, he was able to work out a deal that I could live with and took the time help me ease into it. Thank you Eric.

The new ownership have destroyed what was once a great dealership. Service sucks. Not enough people to handle the customer traffic. 4th time in a row I had to wait days to get our cars back. Priced out tires and brakes at Desert European and it seemed outrageous. It was. I got them for 40% cheaper but had to drive to the Newport Beach dealership. They believe that since they have a captive audience in the desert they do not have to provide good service and they can gouge.
