If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, to register in another state (listen up snowbirds) make sure to get them to write down all of the dates as part of your purchase agreement of delivery and registration of your new vehicle. Our experience unfortunately has been they did not meet any of those dates for registration, delivery of vehicle and license plates. We were forced to demand to speak to management because the dealership employees whom we were dealing with for the purchase of our car, would not return our calls. The result was that, we are driving the Coachella Valley for 8 days, so far, without any proof that are vehicle is registered in the state where we paid the dealer to have it registered.

I have purchased multiple high end cars from these folks. I live over 5 hours away yet I want to deal with Indigo Auto Group. They are always very professional, great prices and a large selection of inventory. Also both John and Danny are extremely helpful. Shipping is never an issue and these folks are first class. Had a great experience this past week with Ian, one of the main service advisors. Extremely professional and responsive. Gave me options on service work that made sense versus just trying to tell me "what needs to be done" to the vehicle. Car was done quickly and came back nearly with a full detailing of the interior.

Great customer service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ian and his crew are awesome and take great care of the car. And Jan rocks-- wonderful help, jumped right in to expedite my service while others were out. Really excellent costumer focus.

These guys are first class. They communicate over text in real time and give detailed descriptions of the work they propose doing (with estimates of the cost). Can t say enough good things about their service.

The worst experience ever- but not really the fault of service department. They have a new system which has been set up, but it failed to record texts, voicemail messages, all communication. The nice girls who answer the phones also couldn t reach anyone personally. I tried for over 2 hours, multiple calls, etc. Finally just showed up there. They were horrified- apologized- took screen shots of my texts and phone log which had not been received. They made an adjustment to my bill- offered lunch- and did absolutely everything they could to make it right. It was the first time to have a bad experience there and I would not expect it again. A technical issue I believe which should be resolved.

Jason Cammisa and team did a wonderful job facilitating my purchases. They are attentive, customer service centric and go above and beyond to make the car buying experience enjoyable and fun. I world recommend anyone to go here as they will provide the best experience, no hassle and give you a great deal. They are win/win and transparent. Don t be afraid to have your car shipped as well. The process is hassle free.

Accommodating Dealership, Sales Manager was helpful,a definite plus. Experience was on par with otherprior purchases from different Dealerships. As asuggestion we think Bentley should furnishbetter license plate frames rather then theinexpensive plastic ones- that definitely was amisstep. We felt the Sales person should have spent more time on explaining the vehicle when delivered. He was more then willing to program the seat settings & garage opener & departedafter that.

Extremely positive experience with Kyle and Eleona, great customer service, they take time to explain everything you need to know about the vehicle and the paperwork that go with it. They are very knowledgeable and respectfull of your needs and wishes.These two make a great team at the company, top experience for both of them, they follow up on their client, very courteous , biying a car at Indigo palm desert is fun thanks to them!!!

After being a multiple Mercedes Benz owner for many years I can only say after now having my 1st Bentley that the customer service at this establishment does not hold a candle to Mercedes Benz customer service. Its really a shame being that the car is a beautiful but as far as customer service this dealership gets my lowest rating...No return calls ever & after its 1st service when picking up the dash still displayed "Service Now" the Service Mgr then told me to bring it back another time & that would be removed, are you kidding me???

We bought a pre-owned Bentley from Kyle Racine and it was a PERFECT experience! He and Rancho Mirage did everything they said they would do, when they said they'd do it-it's been a fantastic experience! The car arrived in perfect condition and we're loving it! We bought the car based on Kyle's word without test- driving it and he absolutely represented the car as it was-in terrific condition! We confidently recommend Rancho Mirage Bentley and Kyle Racine!

Outstanding dealership. They took care of my GTC in less than 1/2 day. Personalized service. Great follow-up. Sales dept. showed me new cars. They provided me with a a Jaguar F-Pace loan car. Completely satisfied.

I'm still waiting to find out what happen with the parts you ordered to fix the rip in the power top that came when I bought the car. Also the car when they fixed the powered top they put a small dent in the car. I hope someone will call me because I haven't heard back and I can't get through it all to find out if the insurance was ever put on the car?I have called over three times and texted at least three or four times and Haven't had a return call yet?

Indigo Auto Dealerships always provide a first class customer experience. We try to use an Indigo Dealership whenever possible. Austin at Indigo Auto in Rancho Mirage California provides first class service. Very Happy with our experience there.

Your service manager(Dennis Butera) is the best. I love the way the receptionist answers the phone. I like the macadamia cookies in the lounge . It s just all first class.
