Audi Rancho Mirage is the best dealership I ve worked with. From the moment I walked in, throughout the purchase and still weeks later with check-ins on satisfaction! Definitely a true 5-star experience.We were greeted immediately upon entering in a warm and welcoming, non-intrusive manner. As we were looking around the show room we were quickly introduced to Kristine, our fabulous sales agent. She was simply the best. She worked with us on answering all of my questions, taking time to get to know me and my partner as people as well as understanding my needs in a new vehicle. She showed me several options in vehicles I was interested in. Kristine worked with us and introduced us to Bryan, her manager her who was equally as great to work with. Audi Rancho Mirage provided the most enjoyable car buying experience. From the moment we walked in everyone who interacted with us was genuine and honest. My experience with this dealership was amazing! Our salesman Andrew was extremely professional, curious and knowledgeable. The management team, financing and the rest of the staff exemplified what customer service should be. They gave us a great deal and it was evident they value me as a customer. I never felt pressured it was clear they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I had been car shopping for several months and have been extremely disappointed with other dealerships so I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Audi of Rancho Mirage. I am super happy with my Q5!! Go see them if you want a positive car purchasing experience.

Joe Firmapaz helped my wife and I each purchase a car in the same month. Joe was incredibly helpful. At no point did I feel as though I was dealing with a "salesperson". We told Joe exactly what we wanted, and instead of trying to pitch us on something else (something other dealerships have done), he found us exactly what we wanted and made the process hassle free. We live an hour and a half from the dealership, and any time we are in the market for a new car, we will gladly do the drive to the desert. Joe & Audi Rancho Mirage are a pleasure to work with!

If I could give them negative stars I would. After spending almost $200,000 with this parent organization of indigo, you would think that they would treat their valued customers with dignity and respect. It was quite the opposite.My 3-month-old Audi started giving me engine trouble under normal driving conditions. It was running when I got it towed to the service at Audi rancho mirage but a few days later and they told me the engine was seized. It was running when the tow truck driver dropped it off there. The service sent her. Took one look at my car and saw that I had done some modifications to it so they went out of their way to find anything they could to deny a warranty claim and give me a bill for a brand new engine that they will not cover.This is a direct violation of the Magnuson Moss warranty act enacted by the Federal trade commission in 1975. This act states that an automotive manufacturer cannot deny a warranty simply based on the presence of aftermarket modifications and that they must prove beyond a doubt that aftermarket modifications caused the issue. Not only did they not diagnose or even try to look at the car, but they were so kind as to put an internal flag within Audi on the VIN number of my vehicle voiding the warranty on the powertrain forever so that even if I sold the car whoever ended up with it would not have a powertrain warranty.From the word go they had no intention of taking care of the issue. It is an Audi issue. There are blown engines across the country and I've seen continual stories about the single turbo V6 engine of the B9 and b9.5 and the Audi sq5 failing.Not only that, the shop Foreman here told me in person that they had to replace one of their V6 engines in an SUV two times during the span of 6 months. There's an engine problem within Audi and they're not owning up to it. And for people who do modifications to their cars, you're out of luck. And you have to buy a new engine with your own money while Audi sits back and does nothing about the catastrophic engine problem that they have.Not only will I never buy another Audi, but I will never buy another vehicle from indigo.

The salesperson I encountered during my decision making to purchase my Audi Q8 was very nice, personable and professional. There was NO PRESSURE to purchase the vehicle. It was pretty much under my own terms. He made sure it worked out for ME and I was satisfied with all options. In addition, the employees of Audi of Marin, San Rafael California was friendly and welcoming. Hats off to my salesperson and entire staff at this location.

Let me start by saying this; Paul DeAnda is the MVP in our book. About a week and half ago, we were able to purchase an Audi because of Paul. We live out of state and we were not too sure about the process of buying a car online. Paul came in handy and worked with us and made the process of buying a car a breeze. This car was our first Audi purchase, and we love it. Paul is an amazing Salesman, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his work. I had a fantastic experience with Rancho Mirage Audi, especially with my salesman Joe. I found the car and deal I wanted on their website. I bought a 2023 A5 that was not only a perfect car, it was incredibly priced. After initiating contact, Joe called me and we worked out the details of the deal. He was always responsive and met all the needs I had to buy the car. We did all the paperwork via text and email, so when I went to pick it up it was ready, detailed and full of gas. No long waits like I have usually experienced when buying a new car. He explained all the features of my new A5 and I was in an out in less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely buy from Rancho Mirage Audi again.

Service was friendly and helpful. However, they scare you into prepaid service of $1,500. The photo is Audi Rancho Mirage s quote for the first four preventative services (mainly oil changes)

Everyone is really nice, and work quickly to get your car in and serviced. They offer a warm or cold drink while you wait for your vehicle. I would recommend anyone with an Audi to come to this dealership, friendly and efficient.

Scott was very professional and worked within my parameters. He was patient when my down payment kept changing. I had to make the transaction happen quickly and he did everything he could to do that. I met Scott at the Cat Clinic where we were both taking our sick cats. I was looking at cars on Carvana. The service was great. I received a video report of all of the inspection that was done.I received texts letting me know approximately when my car would be ready for pick up and then received a text that it was done and on its way to be washed.I could not ask for more.

Everyone was polite and easy to deal with. However, most unfortunately, when I was half way home to Santa Rosa a warning light came on. It was too late to return to Audi Marin so I continued to home and the next day took the car to Hammond Autowerks here in Santa Rosa. On opening the hood they discovered a detached hose on top of the engine. Reattaching it solved the problem. Since I was half way home before the warning occurred I assume that the hose was placed properly but not properly connected. A second issue was that the caps on the tire valves had been removed but not replaced. They were nowhere to be found in the vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience at the AUDI Rancho Mirage dealership during my recent trip from Seattle, WA to California in my AUDI A3. I was in need of a courtesy check-up for my vehicle oil fluids and Amanda from the Customer Service department was extremely accommodating and was able to schedule me for same-day service only a few hours after my initial call, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other dealerships.Jenna Paine, my Service Consultant, was professional and knowledgeable. She personally checked my vehicle diagnostic warning panel to ensure it was properly reset and her department set my tires to the proper PSI pressure. This gave me the peace of mind I needed for the rest of my journey.I also want to note that the team at this AUDI dealership is composed of very friendly and helpful staff.Overall, a great job by AUDI Rancho Mirage!

After 3 years of having an Audi I wanted to change my car I went here to return my previous car. Joe started helping me with finding a car and ending my lease. He showed me plenty of options and gave me prices and deals on each one. He took his time and went through everything with me. He would even text me when a good deal would come up. He was so professional and amazing. Was always available, would help in any way he could. After getting the car I had issues with the app, He went above and beyond to make sure it got fixed. He emailed AudiUSA and followed up with me every single day until it resolved. The process of getting my car was so easy, everything was ready when I got there. everyone was so professional and sweet. They made sure everything went through smoothly.. I've been bringing my previous car here for service and never had any issues. They always take off everything and help as much as they can. Overall an amazing experience with this dealership.
