I gave you a 5 star rating because I figured you needed the help. Maybe if you could explain to these people that if you dont work for the general public then, who it is you do rim repair work for and if you do an exceptionable job maybe refer them to whomever you do the work for.I wish I had a flourishing business where I could turn customers away who were willing to give me their hard earned money. With all the complaints I'm seeing I'm inclined to ask you, are you looking to sell your business? Because I see a lot of potential for expansion.

They have some nerve. I have never been treated so badly for no reason. Any good review is them posting from fake accounts they created themselves. 5 stars.... Yea right. Nice try buddy. They don t deserve 1 star but that s the lowest google offers for a review. #Trash

Who do these people think they are? I simply asked for help of my black rim and they were like we don t even service people like you and I m like what??? Wow. But your advertisement clearly primes general service. Whatever. And the way they tell you is like you re silly to have called and asked for help. I don t recommend this place at all. But to each his or her own. Good luck with this place.

After learning that one of my wheels had a dent on the inside of my rim, I started searching for a reliable, afforable and trusted repair shop.What i came across was West Coast Wheel Repair and I couldnt be happier with my discovery.Upon hearing about the place and thus conducting research, needless to say i was somewhat... precarious about takin my beautiful car to a place with no reviews.... but alas i choose to live life on the edge and took my car to this lowkey repair shop.I was greeted by a very professional speaking technician who was happy to look at the kind of condition my wheel was in and offer a quote all for free.When hearing his quote i decided it was more than agreeable and he gladly started on my beautiful rims repair!Once my beauty was up and dominanting the roads again i couldnt have asked for a smoother much nicer ride.A definite recommendation to the wonderful repair shop! My ride is like new again!

Not sure if the other reviews are real people because I called to get my bent rim fixed and was told they do not do repairs for the general public . Interesting, I didn t realize there was an exclusive bent rim club I needed to join. Until then I ll take my business and money elsewhere.

These people are incredibly rude. I would never have expected the way they treated me to be possible in 2021. Totally arrogant and misrepresented based off of advertisements. I d rather just have a messed up rim than to spend money here

My 22 inch rims had 2 bends in it and the guys at West coast completely repaired in 2 hours and now my car rides like new....highly recommend west coast

Called and asked if they could help me with a bent wheel, the man that answered said they don t do work for the public and suggested I called around to find someone who does.
