This was my 3rd time getting an oil change here. Prices are high but definitely worth it for anyone who wants their oil done quickly. Workers knew what they were doing and didn't make a mistake when I went. They didn't try to push extra services but they did let me know what is recommended. Before paying they listed everything I was charged for, which is good because I didn't see any "hidden" fees. Good service, I'd be happy to come again.

Prompt, polite, and professional service. I was there about 30 minutes - start to finish for an oil change. They really push the purchase of the synthetic oil. Other than that, always a good experience here.

First time coming here after only going to shops and Jiffy Lube. Received absolutely amazing service and their tech Mathew communicated everything clearly and concisely and was a refreshing experience compared to their competitors. Staff was extremely friendly and at no point did I feel forced to buy into the extra services they offer. Always coming to Valvoline for all of my future oil changes!

I ve been to the Rancho Cucamonga location on Masi for years and they re the best. I have taken our 3 cars there and for my mom s car as well. The whole staff is always kind and professional. They don t push you to spend more money and they re fast too. We also have a diff location near our home but I ll still make the 25 min drive to their location.

These guys are professional. The customer service is always on point! Service was clean and quick. They don't push upcharges on you and keep you educated as they go down the list. I had lots of questions, and not once did I feel like I bothered them.This Valvoline is close to my work, so it's convenient for me, and this one is much different than by my home.Rancho Cucamonga is my preferred Valvoline!

Not very happy with this location. They did get me in quickly, not easily accessible, staff was very friendly but not knowledgeable at all. Tried to upgrade me to synthetic oil, I have an older truck and can t do that. Also, I m aware inside my door says the tire pressure is supposed to be 35psi I said I said large tires 35s and the psi is around 65. The guy said ok, but then he and the girl kept saying tire PSI 35, and I said no, you guys always air down my tires and have to fill them later the girl working there seemed very lost, needed help to get a cap off of one of the fluids. Then asked if she should let the air out, the psi was at 50. I said please don t touch my tires at that point they need air. Clearly they don t know how to read the side wall of the tire. And sadly these places offer tire rotations. Won t be coming back to this location. Very disappointed. Also the young lady ran her dirty oil rag along the edge of my dirty hood. I m sure leave small scratches. Very annoyed. Won t recommend this location either.

What a CLOWN COLLEGE this place is!!! They yell at you as you are pulling in because they assume you have never pulled into an oil change place before. Clearly rock bottom for some of the individuals working here. They act as if they are at the top of the food chain as opposed to the bottom .Very interesting experience to say the least. Will not be back.

Been here a few times and overall had a good experience. A few times the wait has been long, but never had a complaint about the quality. As a female I appreciate they recommend, but do not pressure me into other services.

Will never go back! Just a bunch of kids. No offense. No I have an oil leak. The guy who was changing my oil filter was having trouble getting it off and on. Now I have an oil leak I have to get fixed. Top it off. They didn't top off my fluids. Bad service with a smile! Save yourself and money!

As many other standard Valvoline franchise, this doesn't disappoint either. Service is quick and also covers more than just basic oil changes. The location service was no non sense and fast including the inspections needed for other fluids in my car. Great experience on both hybrid, plugin hybrid and regular gasoline cars.

Warning:Horrible Experience.I've been a loyal customer at this location for many years with 4 cars but I feel it is my responsibility to report this experience.I came in today for service and purchased a windshield wiper and air filter.I paid cash and as soon as I got on foothill blv. my dashboard sensors started flashing and giving me the message of "Acceleration sensor malfunction ".I immediately turned around and went back to the shop as this had never occurred before. I thought maybe something got loose during the service.The gentleman that helped me originally opened the hood and pulled out a wad of NEW cotton wads from my engine, a napkin and a red mechanics rag (please see picture). Note; I have not taken my vehicle to any shop in the last couple of months.The explanation was: "Looks like you have a rodent"My vehicle worked perfectly fine after the junk was removed.Update: 9/4/20I spoke to district Manager Jeremy (Thank you for your prompt attention).In all fairness, I do not know if the problem occurred here, but the cotton cloth material looked new. This was my main concern.I will continue being a Valvoline customer, but I will not return to this location.

You have great customer service I highly recommend going to the Rancho Cucamonga Valvoline all the technician are very friendly the taught me a lot about my car my oil change was done in a few minutes in seamed the only thing I did not get a receipt or I lost it one of the two but every else was great

I used to think the recommendations made for additional services were fair, never urgent but still valid for my car. This time they recommended automatic transmission fluid replacement and assured me I was past MAZDAs recommended mileage, which (my bad) I agreed to because I had a coupon. Come to find out that Mazda does not recommend replacement at any mileage for my specific vehicle. Can t get over how shadey it is that they sold me on a flat out lie.

First time. I took my Lincoln Navigator. Staff were kind.But right after they changed the Oil, my engine was overheat because it is losing coolant.I haven t serviced the car since a year ago, so it is not coincidence.I need someone from here contacting me to resolve this issue please.

I waited for over 25 minutes to get a oil change instead of going in the order they took new arrivals wile im sitting there waiting. Why make me wait in a line only to see other costumers car worked on and me just sit there. Extreamly bad costumer service. Once i started my car to leave now they want to try to stop me and tell me they can take my car now. Thanks for waisting my time.The people seem realy helpful but wile I was still waiting in line to get my oil change other cars got there and they get to go before me.

The staff is efficient and knowledgeable, so there's absolutely nothing negative to say about that aspect of the visit. However, even though my girlfriend's 2016 Honda HR-V requires the same oil change, we can't figure out why her price was around 80 bucks and my 2016 Mazda 3 was 115. This is a quicker process than the dealership, but I'm thinking a free car wash and full vehicle inspection plus 30 bucks cheaper at the dealership has convinced me not to go back to Valvoline.

Beyond impressed with this Valvoline. Today was my first experience with this company and I was genuinely blown away. Everyone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Great experience. I normally steer clear of the chains because they try to upsell everything for things you don't need. I ended up visiting because I needed it done on a Sunday morning. I found a 50% coupon which Sweetened the deal. I have co.e in other times when my low air indicator for my tires was on and they have filled and checked them for freeSo they presented me the oil change options, I chose lowest price and no pressure to upgrade. I k ew I needed a new air filter probably. They showed it tome and said it was probably good for one more oil change. They said would do for $15 if did it that day which was $10 off. Sold. I also needed 1. Ew wiper blade. I had priced them previously and nee the cost at O Reillys. He apologized that the pri e was so highest it was equal to OReillys. So I got a oil change air filter and wiper blade for less than $75 including tax.

I took my truck here last month and this is the second time because I thought I d give this place another chance, but no again they didn t put enough oil in my v8 and I had to purchase more oil 3 weeks later they scam people I paid over 100 dollars for an oil change and they didn t even do their job they scam people I will not be bringing my truck back and I would like corporate direct contact information.

The service was good. The people were friendly. I had a Groupon and that was very confusing because they had two different kind of coupons that they advertise so I paid money for nothing and then I had to pay again when I was there the reps couldn t figure it out and I ended up paying more money than I would ve paid another place. I think Jiffy Lube.

Took My GSR Swap EK Hatch!As many I was extremely skeptical of the quality of service provided as I am a bit of a car enthusiast. I was extremely satisfied at the service I received as I always do my own oil changes. They are extremely knowledgeable and understood how to accommodate for my GSR Swap EK Hatch for those that are a little bit more in the car scene. They were not fazed at all by the swap as I have ran into other shops that get tripped up about this exact reason.I doubleted their work when I got home the Oil Pan bolt was not over tightened whatsoever, Oil was filled to the exact line, and overall extremely satisfied with the work done.Service: Oil change
