john and his team have been great with my 2019 can-am. they are very knowledgeable in the craft, they have taught me a lot, being that I'm new to the life style. I appreciate them and all the work they have put into my build. look forward to many more.

I would recommend Rancho UTV shop to anyone without a doubt! John was very professional and has tons of experience. This man knows what he is talking about. He does NOT bs like other shops. Dropped my car to swap a transmission and upgrade my clutches and he had it ready in less than two days. He explained everything he worked on my RZR in detail and sent me videos of everything. Also went the extra mile and took care of other issues he found at no charge. The best customer service and reasonable prices. My go to shop from now on!!!

Came to this place because of the reviews. But after having my own experience I will not be coming back or recommend. First off the owner is a bit rude with customers. I brought in my Polaris with a broken belt. I was told they where busy and would call me back within a week. I never got a call. 10 days later I called and was told the belt had been ordered. 2 weeks later I was told it was on back order. Finally a month later after calling 3 times he says let me check wile I was on the phone only to come back and tell me that belt was on back order something I already knew but I ordered it from someone different he said. Long story short it was finished 1 week after that. Once it was finished I was rushed to pick it up being told they had no room. I waited 4 weeks but once finished he needed it out. He then proceeded to tell me I needed a new battery. Not true since I just bought one weeks before bringing it in and I told him this. His response was ( So your saying we killed your battery?) I ended up getting it back with a dead battery and the ignition key left on. Gees I wonder how the battery died? I ended up jump starting it and it started right up. Turned it off and it started up again. They tried getting me for a battery. Excelent customer service would have been to charge the battery for the customer and made sure they left with a running vehicle. Will not be returning. Made me feel like I was unworthy of his business. If I didn't know about my ATV he would have convinced me to buy a new battery. Not to mention 1 of the plastic cover pieces on my ATV is broken a d was not before bringing it in.
