Amazing experience with the staff! They were kind & extremely knowledgeable! The owner of the business, Nestor even came out to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle! I can see why he is the owner! Amazing & Trustworthy place to get work done on your car. I ll be referring my friends and family in the area moving forward! Thank you Rancho Express Lube!

I will ONLY go here after they fixed something that Kia "conveniently" said wasn't covered under warranty. They explain to me what they're doing and why they're suggesting it, even take me to my car to show me. They've even taken pics of the issues for me and texted me if they can't reach me via phone to ensure the work is what I would like and get it done as soon as possible. Only thing is that the free car wash was good for 24 hours. Bro it's raining at least let me get it once the weather is better. ;-;

My sister referred me to Rancho lube, she s been coming here for years and recommended getting my car inspected /serviced ! Jorge has helped me with excellent professional service Everytime , he explains in detail and even provides pictures of everything that needs to be repaired! i recommend this place, very efficient & affordable

Would give 0 stars if possible! I made the mistake of giving them another chance after a horrible experience the last time I chose to give them my bu$$ine$$ & boy was that a mistake! Same manager (George) same problem(s) I was told it was a 2 hour job & wasted my ENTIRE day off & still had to leave my truck overnight ,& that was with an appointment! Was disgusted with the lack of communication & horrible customer service with nothing but a pathetic $20 discount off of the original quoted price which I felt was already HIGH but have been coming here for YEARS & felt the quality of service would certainly make up for the higher cost... ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE! As I stated earlier, LONG time customer(24+yrs) with a 5 vehicle history & I will NEVER return! Left highly dissatisfied & frustrated only to hear a rattling as I drove away & discovered that they had broken parts in the area of repair. Please avoid this overpriced, irresponsible hassle & take your car to a REAL mechanic (LITERALLY anywhere else) as I wish I had.

Reasonably fast service for a weekend. Customer service was prompt and courteous. Free car wash for any oil change. Did notice they checked all the fluids and air pressure in tires.Update 05/30/2023: Back again, as usual great service!

Service quickly on oil change. Bulb replacement. Had an issue with wiper replacement. Could have been a serious problem had I been on the freeway where I was headed when the wiper came off.

Awesome customer service. Less than an hour before closing and I pulled up and was immediately greeted. These young Men were polite and helpful. They took care of my oil change right away. Excellent friendly local service. Tried them for the first time for an oil change. They were reasonably priced, gave options and performed professional quick service. Took my 2007 Audi A4 here and they fixed my car in one day ! Had took it previously to a shop called budget in Sanbernadino and they did not fix the problem just made it worse. engine light was on after almost 4 months w RPM needle going up and down. I Decided to come here because of all the good reviews and I m glad I came here. As a female most shops wanna scam you or take advantage of you not knowing about cars , but here at rancho express lube ,JORGE showed me proof of when they ran the tests that they did on my car and what the problem through videos and pictures and he explained throughly what was goin on and how they were gonna resolve it . Now my engine light is gone and my car isn t accelerating at the stop signs and red lights anymore!!! I will be coming here again. Thank you guys I really appreciate it.

I was looking for a place to get my AC checked out as I needed my AC working for the weekend for a family wedding. I looked and called many places and many said they didn't have any availability for Friday Aug 4, as I called Thursday evening to make the appointment. I saw an advertisement for Rancho Express Lube and checked them out on Yelp. They had good reviews and so I gave them a call and they had availability forFriday morning even tho they had other appointments. I came an hour early and they were able to take me in. Based on the situation for the AC, the labor was to take the whole day around 5pm. They said they could try to get it done sooner and low and behold, they finished by around 3pm. The service and the communication was spot on and even their professionalism. I will definitely be glad to come back for another future service. The advisor who assisted me all the way through from beginning to end, was Jorge Puerto. He was very helpful, reliable, and professional. Please be sure to come to Jorge.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes and Wouldn t even change my oil because i needed to pay $2,700! for a oil pan and gaskets!!!

They don't do thorough inspections at all as they state, left their with low fluids which makes me doubt they do any better with oil changes.

Recently moved to the area and saw this auto shop on Instagram. Very impressed. Great customer service, honest technician, and loved the free car wash included with full service oil change. Will definitely come back!

I went home and saw my oil filter was not changed. Something didn't feel right when I left the shop. No sticker for next oil changed, the promised 16 point inspection was not verbalized my air filter was dirty and need changed, nothing was discussed. They did not change my oil filter during the oil change. I was first told they use white Valvoline filters, "my last oil change was from Valvoline" then they said the dirty dusty filter was from the mechanics hands, then I was told they did not change the filter. This could of caused engine damage. If they use this practice on me how many cars do they do this to? Unprofessional and zero excuse.

First time service and I will be back! Jorge and Joseph made my visit amazing. They were both professional and very welcoming upon my arrival. Although I have a 2023 vehicle they were able to order my filter and contacted me once it arrived to schedule the service same day. I called first thing in the morning to see if they accepted walk-ins (which they did) for an oil change. They gave me an estimate of which the total ended up being cheaper. I was very pleased with their prompt service & customer service. As a woman it s intimidating to get your car serviced for fear of being swindled but I felt very comfortable that they gave me honest information and service. I was informed that my back brakes would need service in about a month and asked for a quote. They said they could call me later with that information and later that evening they did. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Also, the car wash voucher is a nice touch.

Full Synthetic Oil Change for 2018 Prius was $92.01. I used a discount voucher on yelp app and got $15 off. The total was $77.01.The guy also told me that it came with a free car wash. The car wash did a very good job. The car wash itself was a $20 value.Update March 2023:Rav 4 full synthetic was $113 and with coupon on Yelp was $98

Great service! I stopped by for an oil change. The technician took the time to answer my questions and made service recommendations with no pressure to have them done today. I was in and out very quickly. They also give a FREE basic wash next door at Deer Creek Car Wash. I highly recommend Rancho Express Lube & Car Care!

Came in at 8am for oil change and right away they told me to park my car and leave the keys inside and to just chill in the office with the A/C on while it was hot, and it only took them 20 mins to check the oil and change the oil filter , very nice workers also , greeted me right away , will definitely come back here for my oil change and for more things for my car!
