Came in to get an oil change and let Isaak know I had made an online appointment to get 4 new tires in a couple of days, he let me know he would be able to fit me in today and get it all done all together if I was interested. He gave me great advice on which tires he recommended and was able to order the ones I wanted, and get them installed within only a couple of hours. Overall, Isaak was very friendly and helpful. Was very pleased with my service here today!

Amazing customer service, communication, and services. I needed my breaks replaced and Victor assisted me with the process. He was very helpful, detailed about the process and pricing. My experience was great, I will definitely come back here and ask for Victor for any future services.-Thanks!

It never fails.. I keep getting laughed at by my friends when I tell him about this place. It never fails to bring your car in for something and get charged One price just to get a call and have it almost doubled. I come back because I have warranty on the work done but just to find out that the warranty expires because the manufacturer supposedly changes its fine print and they can't honor it anymore. It never fails to bring your car in for one thing and two weeks later find something else wrong with it that you had no idea or has never been an issue before. This place is the reason mechanics get the bad reputation and honestly I don't think I'm coming back even with the warranties I have.. I'll just go to the dealer and pay the premium so I don't have continuous problems because in the long run it may be cheaper than the dealer but the problems that will follow after your first visit will be even more expensive. The day someone sues this place I hope I get a piece because this place has done me wrong and I have all the receipts prove it. This is a warning for those of you looking for a mechanic, look elsewhere!

A simple battery change was a challenge. A 45 minute wait took over 2 hours. Then, two days later, while of road and 10 miles from any civilization, the Jeep wouldn't start. After an hour of being stranded in the middle of nowhere, I figured out the problem: the technician failed to tighten the positive connector to the battery. This is a basic part of the battery change. If they can't do this right, God help those getting an oil change or a brake job.

Very helpful! Helped the entire way! Victor did an amazing job making sure I was taken care of. Johnathan was also helpful in making sure I got all the info regarding with my car. Definitely would recommend!

I spent $2000 on brakes and two tires. Within one week I had to bring my car back in to get the brakes fixed again. Then, they tried to blame it on me saying I used my brakes too much !! If they were brand new brakes how could I have used them too much in just one week!? Then, one of the tires they gave me kept losing air. When I brought that back they said they checked it for leaks and didn t find any. It wasn t until a couple days later I realized they didn t put my hubcap back on. Oh and that tire is still losing air. So $2000 and my issues are not fixed. I don t want to bring it back there to get fixed because they might break something else! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Also, they were super rude and I dealt with at least six different people throughout the entire process.

These people are not mechanics. They have no clue how to fix anything. They shouldn't be allowed to do business because they are more like criminals praying on the unsuspecting consumers.Guarantee they will ruin your car and you will end up throwing more money away fixing whatever "work" is done. If I was able to give these people zero stars or negative stars they would most assuredly deserve it.

I needed a windshield wiper this beautiful, friendly lady took care of it right away and within minutes placed the new blade on my car prior I received no helpful service at two business, she was awesome thanks for the great service!

My overall experience was wonderful. Being a woman going to any type of automobile shop, I feel like I am going to be overcharge or just treated unfairly. This will be my new stop for any and all car related things for that was far from the case. Victor, for one, was very kind and extremely helpful. He was very straightforward with what was needed and didn t try to get any unnecessary money out of me. In fact, he helped me save a pretty penny during my visit. They offer a great price on new tires, better than anywhere else I ve been. Their work is thorough and I really appreciated the care that came with the service. My overall experience was a 10/10, from the service team to their store next door. The young lady at the counter was incredibly sweet and helpful as well, unfortunately I did not grab her name. I highly recommend coming here!

I went in to get a oil change and they told me I need new tires, brakes, struts, and rotors. I did everything they recommended and now my car jerks and make noises when I completely stop. I called and told Pepboys and they recommended me to make a appointment to come in for a inspection. When I went in for the inspection they told me they don't know why this is happening and they redid the entire work again. Long story short the problem was not fixed, I still have the same problem today.

Made an appointment and waited for over 2 hours for a tire rotation!! What is the point of an appointment if they make you wait anyway?Meanwhile they were messing around joking in the garage versus doing their job!I will not be returning back to this location!

Staff are friendly and polite, the work was completed, but service time was insanely slow and communication when customers are unsatisfied is lacking. I called on 9/24/23 to set an appointment to have my AC looked at. Was told to come in Mon, 9/25, at 8AM (received the text alert that an appointment was set but with no date/time listed) and was told I wasn't listed on the books. They took me in anyway, which I really appreciated, and things seemed to be running smoothly. The issue came when it was time to pick up my car: I was told on the phone at 10AM the work would take up to 4 hours so my car would be ready around 2PM (app estimate was 2:30PM). I waited until almost 3PM and got a Lyft back to the shop to pick up my car, at which time I was told it would be another hour. I ended up waiting at the shop until 6:30PM and missed an entire day of work because they were 4 hours late on completing the service and had my car for 10.5 hours instead of the 6-6.5 I had been expecting. When I got my car back I was told a clip on my bumper wouldn't reattach (it's still loose and I will need to get a replacement from the dealership), which I guess I was supposed to take as the reason for the 4 hour delay. I had a note left requesting the manager contact me the next day (he was gone already at that point) and was never contacted. I called myself and was told he wouldn't be back until Monday (10/2), so I waited and still did not receive a call. Like I said, I appreciate the work and their willingness to take my appointment even though it wasn't entered into the system correctly, but missing a full day of work and no follow up for 2 weeks is frustrating.

Even though it took longer than expected, which wasn't their fault(vendor brought wrong part) they communicated and made sure I understood and worked to accommodate me as much as they could for the inconvenience and my car came back great.

Back in February, these guys helped me out of a huge jam when I just bought a car. My Ford focus ST had been damaged due to me hitting a dip and these guys gave it their all to get it back going for a fair price. Victor, the assistant manager, did all the coordinating and with excellent service. Amber, the sales rep, hooked it up with a fair price. Last but certainly not least, the tech team duo that was Eddie and Johnny, did an amazing job on all the repairs. These guys are awesome people and I recommend their five star service.

TRUE REVIEW. BEWARE OF THIS "SHOP"WORST PLACE EVERI took my truck there because it was making a noise. They kept it there for three weeks and did not fix the noise. They claimed the noise was inner engine damage. After all of that I had my car towed to a NON pep boys mechanic. They found and fixed the noise in less than 1 day.In their search for the noise Pep Boys tampered with the cooling system removed hoses and parts that were in perfectly working order. I took my car back to this pep boys and another pep boys to have their work redone three times. As a result my cooling system had several pinhole leaks and repeatedly overheated. Unfortunately my cooling system that was damaged by the technicians at pep boys was beyond repair. I took it back to pep boys two different locations and both said the car was perfectly fine.I took it back to the NON Pep boys mechanic and they found all of the damage as a result of pep boys negligent and incompetent mechanics. Causing severe engine damage and ultimately engine replacement. Pep boys management offers absolutely nothing for all of the cost and trouble they cause to a customer and try to blame the customer for bringing the car to them.Beware and avoid taking your car to pep boys for any reason. They DO NOT CARE about their customers at all.

Go somewhere else service takes a long time plan for the day . Not professional don't know what there doing. Expensive will find other things wrong or they brake it themselves. Would give it negative stars if I could.

Overall a great experience, but a couple of hiccups knocking it down to a 4 star.Victor was excellent to work with, and made it a point to hear me and my concerns about my car being serviced. He was sure to communicate to me and suggest proper action through the whole process.The hiccups were the tech s not fully finishing the service before before marking it completed and ready for pick up, my rear suspend was left loose, and my windshield wipers were disabled, so I had to take it straight back, but it was sorted rather quickly. outside of that our car drives, and feels so much better now.Amber was a a good help as well, but seemed to miss some communication with Victor about the completion status of my car, so there was some confusion towards the end sending mix signals.Overall I ll be back in to sort out the last few things that need to be done, and would suggest if you go to this location for service ask for Victor, he honestly made it very personable and listens to your concerns, there is the up-sale like any service department, but for my situation it was needed and well warranted.

Victor at the desk had great customer service and made sure my car was in good shape. Got an oil change, tire rotation and new battery due to his recommendation.11/6/23Came here again to get some extra work done on my old Corolla. Victor was at the desk again and great customer service again! My car needed a lot of work done and he kept calling me and updating me along the way. I d definitely come back again.

3 months ago, I took my SUV ISUZU into pep boys in Rancho Cucamonga Ca, for an ABS module replacement and the job turned into work being done that had nothing to do with the ABS job and parts added that I never approved. My SUV is not running and is still in the pep boys shop. I was charged for the labor $$$ and told I could take it home two days ago, but it did not run.

This is for Pep Boys in Rancho Cucamonga, 9292 Foothill Blvd. Do not waste your time with this place. Very unprofessional. Brought my truck in for oil change & rear brake pads. Dropped off at 12:30pm and was told it would be 2 hours. Guy called me back hour later and said it would be another hour because they had to resurface rotors, which should be done by 4pm. I get here at 4pm and it's not ready. I wait patiently in the waiting room until 5pm and then they tell me they can't do the brakes. This is pretty typical of the people in Southern California. They go out of their way to be incompetent & slow. Wish I read all the 1 star reviews before coming here.******This is an update to my review from yesterday.Brought my truck to a mechanic today to get the brake job done and find out the mechanic at Pep Boys also stripped out the hole on my brake caliber housing when putting it back on. Used a different bolt that didn't screw in correctly so he just forced it in and stripped the threads. Definitely not safe at all as the bolt can just fall out. Now I also have to buy a new Caliber. Spoke to their store manager and he's very condescending and says he feels threatened because I called them out on their shoddy work and going out of their way to waste my time. Definitely do not use this Pep Boys. Look at all their 1 star reviews on Yelp

Victor at the front desk was very helpful and responsive. He was also knowledgeable in assisting me in ways to save.Robert the mechanic took the time to explain everything. Overall I am happy with the experience.I am a little salty about the cost of labor and how many hours it took but I suppose it comes with the territory.
