Best customer service I saw that my hood supports on my Ford F150 would not hold open my hood. ( very dangerous if it would close on me ) decided to stop in and get the supports the young gal that helped me was great. She found the hood lift supports and suggested I replace both. I opted to get them and then she went the extra mile and offered to replace them on the spot! took her only less then 7mins from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place thank you Erika ! You saved me from getting my hands crushed! Lol

Part stores have gotten so expensive lately is it the COVID pricing? If you have the time and you want to save some money Walmart is so much cheaper for your oil and oil filters and a much better selection

Jacob, Jacob Jacob...well done. I called in behalf of my coworker. She was very concern about her battery. Called and Jacob did me a solid with his professionalism and knowledge. He didn't ask if it was 4x4 or 2wd or automatic or manual. Down and dirty. Year and model I supplied him. He gave me options of batteries, (well done) and when I asked him the group size, HE DIDNT HESITATE . He knew what it was!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!! My coworker called me getting her battery replaced and was very pleased. She said Jacob was very helpful. She was worried about the language barrier but she said he was very helpful and willing to help. THANK YOU JACOB, we need more humans with your attitude.

Prices were fair staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rented a steering wheel puller which is free to do with a credit card or cash deposit, which you get back when you return the tool. Good selection and deals.

Normally this is my go to place. However with my last two visits it was not normal. The employee was kind and friendly as usual, but he got me the wrong liquid. My father saw the difference at once and when we returned the one that employee had given me, something that could have damaged my car, he didn't apologize or even seem to notice, but only said "okay" to my dad and completed the return. I will update after my next visit and hopefully be able to give this place the 5 star I usually would expect to give it.

I bought windshield wipers. The girl was very helpful explaining difference (they had different brands and prices). After purchasing the wiper s she offered to put them in my car. I have also purchased cleaning supplies and a battery a few years ago. Clean store, courteous staff.

They have a clean shop, friendly service- I didn't feel intimidated walking in alone. They had the battery I needed but they didn't feel comfortable installing it for me because I also have an upgraded stereo system and they didn't want to be responsible for blown fuses. All in all, they took care of me and also price matched my battery.

Called looking for a price and I get left on hold for a ridiculous amount if time. Person on the phone sounded more like a boy than an experienced adult. Didn t have product knowledge nor communication skills. I ll take my business elsewhere.

You just can't get any better when it comes to fairness, price matching, rewards and customer service. The thing I really like about O'Reilly's is the employee training they have in place. Most of their seasoned employees are pretty damn knowledgeable. You have to always excuse the new guy but, damn if they don't figure out what you need when you need it. If they have to break open the books to figure it out they will.

Worst customer service! I have no idea if the prices are comparable because I never make it long enough standing in line while watching the ONE incompetent worker deal with every single personal phone call to invisible co-workers, interuptive code reading, frustated purchaser, confused shadetree mechanic, impatient delivery gorilla, and the occational, "Hey, could you just point to an isle so I can hurry up and stand in this stagnent line faster?" customer. This particular store is one of the top 5 reasons I am moving completely out of the State.

I have been a loyal customer of this O'Reilley's since they were at their old location. And years before that. The previous associates and manager were super helpful and quoted actual prices over the phone. I had no idea that the manager had changed and 90% of the associates have quit since he took over the store. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING CARLOS HAS TO SAY.I called into the store asking what brand batteries they carry. Carlos told me "Superstart," and I asked if that was all. He said yes. Then I asked him "don't you carry Optima batteries?" ONLY THEN did he say they carried anything other than their generic house brand batteries. I was slightly taken aback from this conversation. But I needed a battery. So I asked for a quote for an Optima for my vehicle. He said $125 ish. Stunned by the low price, I asked him TWICE, "are you sure that's the right price?" And he said it was the correct price. So, amazed by the great pricing on the Optimas, I raced down to the store, with my core in hand, only to get there and find out it was going to be well over $220!!! I was beyond pissed, and quite frankly, still am. So when I confronted him with this "discrepancy" he was adamant that he told me the price for the Superstart battery. Even though I told him TWO TIMES that I was only interested in the Optima. They have just lost a very long time customer. I have spent thousands of dollars there. But no more. Another perfect example of why more and more people are buying everything online. Customer service and honesty no longer exist.Good old "bait and switch" with this guy.

I needed a car battery at 8:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. They provided me the tools to change the battery there in the parking lot free of charge. Returned my old battery and drove away a happy camper at 8:20.

Looks as though there is a lot more variety but was all out of the Lucas 2 stroke oil mix quart size and I think I it might be a good idea to also carry caster oil , it's very hard and limited as to good products for 2 strokes.

Walked in to great service and things quickly went downhill from there. The egotistical Tammy at the counter simply won t listen to anything you say. They botched our rotor turning job and offered to refund us for their services! What about my rotor? Now stuck buying a new rotor because they will not own up to their mistakes. This was the second time they had turned the rotor today, the first time they tried to hand it to me with steps and grooves in the surface because they had dull tooling. Sometimes you need to set your ego aside and listen to the customer(a professional machinist) and look at the facts when you put the botched rotor back on the machine.
