Absolutely amazing. Great service, in fact, the best! Excellent communication and easy to schedule service. Showed up on time. Andy was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Fast, efficient repair and fair pricing for our dryer repair.Definitely will use again and will recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended and definitely 5 star service.

Our dryer was not working properly and we called Mr. Appliance and they wereable to send someone out the same day. Alberto came and he was the absolute best. He was kind, friendly and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I will definitely be using Mr.appliance for all our future repairs and recommend them to all my family and friends. And I am going to request Alberto every time I call if he is available. He gave us the best customer service.

My Frigidaire refrigerator started acting up. I contacted Mr. Appliance through their website and they responded and confirmed they would come out. The communication with this company is amazing. A++ John came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had to defrost my frig for two days. The Company contacted me in 24 hours advising that John was ill. Another appointment was set and Chris came out and repaired my frig. John had left excellent notes..Chris explained what he was doing. He showed me the old parts. He was extremely knowledgeable. My frig works like it's brand new instead of 15 years old. The pricing was more than fair for the stellar work that was performed. I will never call anyone else. Thank you Mr. Appliance. Chris you are the best!

I was very impressed. I needed my washer and dryer looked at. I called Mr. Appliance and within 4 hrs I had a technician at my front door. Hector showed up and was very familiar with my LG appliances. Within an hr. my dryer was running like brand new.

The technician Chris did an excellent and thorough cleaning of my refrigerator. He explained each step and how important it is to keep my refrigerator maintained to keep it running efficiently. Lint gathers on the coils and compressor so it s important to keep them clean and free of debris.

My technician was Hector. He was absolutely great! He came in and did the inspection the first day, determined what it was within 10 minutes and he ordered the part. They called me two days later and we scheduled our appointment. Hector showed up on the third day came in and replaced the part and was out within 30ish minutes. Absolutely great service!

Although my ice maker was beyond repair, Mr Appliance was upfront and honest. Andy arrived promptly and got to work, he ordered parts that arrived within a couple of days. However, when he returned to install, it was found that our ice maker compartment was warped and could not seal. Instead of just installing and taking our money knowing it would never work properly, he was honest and upfront with what would be a waste of time for him and money for us. We appreciated this so much. We will not hesitate to call Mr Appliance in the future for any of our appliance repairs. Thanks Mr Appliance and Andy.

The technician, Alberto, did a phenomenal job of answering all our questions, teaching us what to expect with our appliances, how to better maintain them and figuring out exactly what repairs were needed for our appliance. Mr. Appliance sent out Hector to do the diagnostic on our icemaker. Hector was going to schedule a separate day for the repair but he was able to find a replacement locally, went to pick it up and changed it the same day. I very much appreciated that.

I had a problem with the hinge on my oven door. Mr Appliance was able to send a tech out the next day. Confirmed the spot with a text including a picture of the technician, which I appreciated. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was quite patient in explaining how to prevent a problem in the future.

I would definitely recommend Mr Appliance!! They were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get my fridge working quickly, as I was hosting 125 people at my house. They kept me updated as they located the part and returned to replace it. I will definitely be a loyal customer !

We are a non profit that serves over 5000 hot meals a month, so we need our appliances to work. We have had emergencies that Sean at Mr. Appliance has came in and repaired our oven so we could cook the meal that day. Thank you for your awesomeness.

we found our 20 year old KitchenAid double built-in oven with shattered innner glass doo r before Thanksgiving. Since we had appliance home warty with Sears we called for service. They sent a horrific sub contractor on 11/10/2023 to look at it for the $99 deductible. We never heard back from them. It was Total Appliance Repair in Burbank. After several back and forth calls to no avail over three months , ending with a very rude kiss-off from this sub-contractor, we tried another call to Sears for explanations. Turns out after 3 months of bac and forth that the shattered glass is not covered by the warranty which either party could have shared in November. We found Mr. Appliance with good reviews in our frustration. Within 24 hours, we received a call back and a highly knowledgeable repairman on site. He gave us a complete explanation of the possibilities for repair and the information on how KitchenAid no longer supports parts for our old oven. Why didn t Sears and their sub-contractor tell the truth? Andy was great! He broke it down and gave us an option no one else thought of. Since it is a double oven and you seldom use the bottom why not swap doors? We took the swap door option and it took Andy less than 10 minutes to do this. This is an awesome appliance repair company and I will use from now on. Sears and Total are worthless in my experience.
