I just want to say it was a pleasure doing business with these guys. I brought my 74K-5 Blazer to the shop and Keith Sr. And Jr. sold me on the Air Lift performance system. It s awesome. I love that I can BT it to my phone and program bags lift height.I also requested not to have any components showing or take up inside the cab.These guys made custom brackets to hide compressors, tank and reg. Valves behind backside panels. I also requested that my Blazer lay to the ground. Senior made custom brackets for the bags to give it a 1in.more drop to make it happen. Senior also sent pics of work to keep me updated.All in all these guys just don t talk the talk they walk the walk.I definitely recommend these guys for suspension work.

I had wiring problem with the ignition on a 52 chevy. Called and they were booked however they took time to repair the problem. Great job and they explained with detail what they did to rewire.

Brought in my car to do an air ride setup and these guys went above and beyond my expectations. Great experience overall. Very knowledgeable and solid people. Would definitely spend my money with them again on future projects. 10 outta 10

Went to get hydraulic set up and right when I stepped in they acknowledged me, greeted me and I was able to get all my questions answered fast and didn t seem like I was bothering them with all my questions. They definitely know what they re doing and I got my car done on time I will be going back to get future work done!

I wanted my vintage beetle lowered and put on bags. I live all the way in southern Orange County and said I was willing to come to Ontario because I heard they are great and also I can t find anyone in oc that does bags. I had called and talked to senor and he told me he would definitely do it and get it done for me. Then he told me to call back in a few hours to talk to his son. Which I did and did not get an answer. So I called back the next day (Saturday) and talked to senor again. He told me to call back on Monday and he would order the parts, get everything worked out so he could give me pricing and info on when to bring in my car. So I call back on Monday. No answer so I leave a message. No call back all day. I call back Tuesday, no answer. I call back Wednesday no answer so I leave another message. I called back every day to try to reach someone. On Saturday I call one last time and leave a message. The least you people at konnected could do is tell me you don t want to do it? Don t leave a potential customer hanging for a week when YOU said you were willing and could do it. I am really angry and upset that you guys could just straight up ignore a customer like that. You guys are in the business of suspension and doing all this so why are you pushing your business away?!?! It s really annoying and rude of you to say yes and then blatantly ignore me and never return my calls. Real professional.

I'm so happy with the work that they did to my truck. These people are the real deal. They were actually recommended to me by another company that couldn't do the work that I needed done. When I went, everyone was professional and the work they did to my truck was just as great. They could have charged me for a lot more for what they did but m glad that they put the customer fir. stHighly recommended!!. .

I got bags put on my 65 impala from Konnected Koncepts and i couldn't be happier. These dudes are legit, from the owner to the installers. Professional and diligent, they explained every step of the way. Will refer to all my boys!

I went to dis-konnected koncepts thinking i would get good work and instead got the shaft. The guy was friendly and courteous. But the hack job he did to my car was uncalled for. The air tanks and compressors were NOT bolted down so they move everywhere as I'm driving. My car was scratched and my upholstery was damaged. Had a bad experience with this guy. I DON'T recommend you taking your vehicle there. If you do watch out cause he will make every excuse he can think of to not try and make thing's RIGHT. I called a few times and complained and didn't get anywhere with the vato. But KARMA is a mother if you get my drift.

Brought my 63 last minute no appointment the owner and his team stayed on it till it was complete and got me out of there same day. With an already full schedule on their plate. I definitely recommend this shop

Great people and professional work. Highly recommend i knew nothing about air ride untill the owner keith explained everthing to me and the work they do is quality proffesional work and their prices are great too i highly recommend taking your car to this shop.

To anyone that reads this review I have been to konnected auto with 3 of my cars and have had many of my club members get their cars bagged or hydraulics done their I have always been treated with respect and any issues that I have had "leak etc" have always been taken care of free even after his warranty perioud..hes been in business for over 15yrs in the same location.. Witch says slot... Not sure on the other bad review I saw but sounds like another shop hateing?..anyways their good guys and they do good work.. If u want a good price and good work.. Go see them..

Do not use these guys they do trash work they bagged my car and punctured the gas tank and tried to patch it with JB weld without telling me, completely untrustworthy
