I am completely disappointed with this company. From the quality of parts I received, to the terrible customer service from Mike. This bolt-on kit had to be fabricated and manipulated every step of the way. First, I received the parts with no instructions. Second, they sent me the wrong throttle cable. Thirdly, I had to order extra parts, but this kit is advertised as all-inclusive . I had to take it to a professional afterwards because it had a vacuum leak. The mechanic confirmed that it was a faulty gasket from the manufacturer. Nobody at KB wanted to help me until I disputed the charge on my card. All of the sudden they reach out and help. But now that I reversed the dispute they have ghosted my mechanic who is still waiting for them to send parts to fix what THEY screwed up when assembling it at the factory.

Really cool place, the guys are very informative, they carry most parts that you'd need for supercharging your car.Every member of staff spoke to us, all really friendly.

Earlier this year, I had acquired an Ultra4 Car with a Kenne Bell Supercharger just before going to race in Baja. I was in need of some technical advise and a couple parts, to which Mike and the rest of the crew at Kenne Bell were very helpful with. The information and part I needed corrected the issue I was having and allowed us to make it out to the race. Thank you for the great service!

We've been dealing with the folks at Kenne Bell for a few years now and I feel like we're past due on weighing in on their product and service. The product quality has ALWAYS been spot on. Their attention to detail in their kits and especially their instructions is borderline obsessive-compulsive. And when I speak to their guys, always helpful, easy-going but direct. They know the product inside and out. True professionals.

Excellent company and bunch of people here. Always take good care of us. What I didn't know and probably a lot of people don't is Kenne Bell has been around for over 50 years! There superchargers are always at the forefront of technology. The new stuff is no different!

My boyfriend had one of their superchargers, boost a spark, and boost a pump setup. Ran well for a few months and then he started experiencing issues. His supercharger rotors "scored" and it was sent back to Kenne Bell for repair. A couple months afterwards the bov or recirculation valve broke. After reading other negative reviews I won't be surprised if they respond passing the buck or making up excuses like they did with other reviewers. Maybe they are better now but we won't be back.

Warning - customer service is really poor and pricing is out of line.The pulley bolt failed on mine sending the pulley and spacer flying down the freeway. After spending quite a bit of time conversing over the phone and email I found out I had to buy a whole new drive assembly as they don't support these for very long. I ordered a replacement drive, pulley, seal ring and bolt. When the parts finally arrived parts were missing. After calling and getting that straightened out I installed the new parts and found they sent the wrong size pulley. When I called to get the right size pulley they told me I would have to spend another $70 plus shipping to get the right one because I had installed the first one they sent! They were not even willing to give me a discount on the right pulley.

I went in for some info on a supercharger already installed on my truck. Young man behind the counter was super helpful and the manners of a southern gentleman, being from Tennessee thats rare in Cali
