Got an oil change, i was In and out in less than 30 minutes! I was recommended by a friend and what he told me was true!! The service was excellent! The value of service and price is worth every penny! I will definitely be back.Thank you guysCharlie

Our Titan Truck was serviced here on 3/27. Christian took the order and we were very pleased with the results. His team did a wonderful job and will return in the future for servicing on our other vehicle. Service was fast and friendly, work performed was outlined on the service order, and cost for service as expected.

Went yesterday to get an oil change since ya girl was very low and the guys there were so sweet and patient. It was after 5 so I was expecting to be there a bit but they were awesome on letting me know too, good customer service. Definitely recommend.

My husband has always been the one to bring out cars or my daughter s cars to get the oil changed but today I had to come and take care of it. From the moment I pulled in, I could not be more pleased with my experience. The young man that met me, was super friendly and helpful. There were 3 other young men working as well and I had a little interaction with each. They were all very helpful, courteous, and well mannered. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. I couldn t believe how quickly they had my oil changed and the truck ready to go! I will absolutely be back! I always dread having the oil changed so send my husband instead but moving forward, I most definitely don t mind taking the cars myself. Thank you so much to the Jiffy Lube staff in Rancho Cucamonga by In-n-Out, you are the best!!

So amazing! Juan was absolutely amazing. The manager also was helpful. Customer service is superb and they were freakishly fast! We didn't even have to get out the car.

Great experience! I went out my way to an old midas I use to live next to, only for customer service to be horrible. Instantly I googled around my new home and found jiffy lube and remembered my sister saying she loves this jiffy. I zoomed over for great customer service, quick services, and a meal next door. Winning!

Everything was perfect they changed the oil in less than 10 mins they also checked my tire pressure and suggested to change my air filter . Love this place !

Went in because i got a new car and noticed that the previous owner stripped my oil drain plug and OVER filled the oil so i took it into jiffy lube and was greeted by Christian helped by hunter and serviced by Kaiden they drained what was over and put in the new plug with no hesitation and in and out by less than 10 mins. Thanks guys! :)Service: Oil change

My 2018 Honda CRV was fine until I took it to this place (next to the IN-OUT burger). After 2 nd. oil changes at this place, I noticed the "bottom cover engine plate" was bend down to an angle so the technician can get his hand to the oil filter instead of he has to unscrew a few screws off and get the cover plate off first before the oil change. Very disappointed the technicians at this location.

The two mechanics that worked on my Nissan Altima deserve a raise. Idk what they are getting paid but the professionalism and the quick work and turnaround was the definition of Above Standard Work. I asked cashier about the condition of my air filter. He opened door and asked they guy who did service. He said he didnt check but to tell me it was OK. The cashier said it was OK. I told him "you realise i heard everything right?" He apologized several times. The worst part was manager was in office and heard and never came out of office. I called and spoke to the manager who said he had not heard about this. Somehow he did know the car I was driving before I mentioned it to him. Funny. I posted review on YELP and already got response. I also posted on nextdoor app. Glad many people are saying they will no longer go to this location. I love the power of the internet.

I did not get the names of the employees who helped us this morning.We were driving on the 15 this morning when someone alerted us to something wrong on our truck.We exited asap and found that the Ford dealer did not secure the shroud under our truck when I took it in for service on Thursday.We were thinking that if we could get it off, we could put it in the back of the truck until we got home.I saw the crew at Jiffy Lube opening the garage doors, when I explained what had happened, he told me to pull the truck in the bay.He took the time to screw it back in place and make sure it was secure.We asked him what the charge was, he said nothing!! What an awesome guy!I think I may have to start using Jiffy lube instead of the dealership.They really turned our day around for us.

I had a great experience today. I m from out of town and heading back for a long road trip. I needed my brakes inspected and they did a great job! They targeted the problem and then showed and explained to me what needed to be fixed and why. I felt respected and didn t feel taken advantage of or pressured. Thank you!

Please use this Jiffy Lube location!! The staff members are so friendly and very knowledgeable. When I pulled up to J.L. today I wasn't having the best morning, but Christian greeted me with a great smile and kept me informed through the entire process. I forgot my coupon and Christian still honored it anyway. I also had the privilege to talk to the manager, Chuy, as well. I was in and out super fast and was able to move on with my day.
