Ciscos is the place to go if you want your car serviced correctly. They were so helpful and willing to help us and did a great job on our Mini Cooper. Runs better than it did than when we bought it.

Great Experience! Good Honest business! I bought a Used ML550 and needed some repairs! I had taken it in to a few shops before I found Cisco Benz and realized that this was going to become a money pit! I called Cisco and from the start they were pretty straight forward! Took my Benz in and they really helped me out! Not only does Cisco know what he s talking about, but he s very very reasonably priced! He was straight and accurate about what the issue was. He replaced the parts that were causing the issues, he fixed the problem extremely well, and advised me of future things that will make my vehicle better! This is what I look for in a business! Honesty, kindness and knowledge! They definitely have all the business of all my friends family and future business! Thanks Cisco Benz!

Very reasonably priced and trustworthy. Cisco does an amazing job. It's hard to find a good mechanic these days that you can trust and is honest. Cisco is definitely a good and trustworthy mechanic that does an amazing job and is very reasonable.

I have a 2011 Audi A6 and Cisco has done the the repairs on that car from front to back...THEY ARE THE MOST HONEST... FAIR AND FRIENDLY SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. As others have stated Cisco Is the man. Cisco serviced my 328D diesel BMW today, replacing my high pressure fuel pump for 35% less than the dealer quoted me.Cisco is a former BMW dealer tech so he knows what he is doing. Cisco's Benz and Beemers auto repair is the most reliable and honest auto repair company I've ever been to. I knew exactly what Cisco was going to do. He took time to explain to me the different options I had for a mini Cooper. I was having a high flow fuel problems. Cisco did all the diagnostics on the mini. Cisco made the repaired the problem and fixed. In addition the mini was having light issue. Cisco also found the problem and repaired the light issue I was having for several months. Cisco did a wonderful job repairing the mini Cooper is running better than it ever has.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My boyfriend needed car repair on his BMW so I Google and found Cisco Benz and Beamers called and explained to Cisco the diagnosis and that he was going behind another mechanic that didn't fix the vehicle right. He even talked to the guy to get a better understanding on what might have went wrong he accepted the job the vehicle was towed to his shop it was the middle of the pandemic so parts was delayed like he said him being Cisco we would call to get updates he wouldn't answer the phone and If you did get him on the phone he would give you the run around then he needed $2500 for parts it was giving and he said he would tact it onto the total bill so the other shop would pay. Cisco did that so when the vehicle was supposedly fixed after over a year came he was paid in full and we ask for the $2500 out of payment he wrote a business check out to me unto which he stopped payment on within 20 minutes I called him on it and he said he need to split payments and dates he did the first check cashed the second one he stopped payment on the car was never fixed it wouldn't go into gear still it was at his shop for transmission repair and a few other things he noticed so he said over $8000 later car still not drivable this was over a year ago got the BAR involved the Bureau of Automotive Repair they saw in our favor and I went to small claims to pursue legally judgment in our favor for all money to be returned to us was giving on March 21, 2023 he didn't show up to court dates he knew had him served at his shop and still no payment right now today if I could give negative stars I would he is a crook do not take your vehicle to this place they are horrible business people his wife also she his secretary and the one who wrote the checks and stopped payments!!!!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Don t listen to all the 5 star reviews this place is a joke. I called in on a Monday wanting to bring my 2006 bmw 330i for them to inspect a coolant leak and a random no start issue. I was told to bring it in on Tuesday at 8 am. I dropped it off and was told I would have an update in a couple hours. Texted them at noon and find out we should have an update by the end of the day. End of day comes car is still sitting in the same spot where I dropped it off. I went in asked for my key. Drove home and Ubered back to pick up my car. Complete waste of time shouldve never trusted this shop. Don t tell a customer to bring a car at 8 am if guys are to busy to look at it have some common courtesy and maybe care about your customers time. The owners wife apologies and said sorry we have a lot of customers and not enough techs. Do you not know how to properly manage a shop? If you re too busy you explain to your customer that you are too busy and don t have time to look at the car. Now you lost a customer will never go back to this shop. Doubt they will even fix a car in the time they said they will after this experience.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the auto repair work that Cisco s Benz & Beemers Auto Repair has provided me and my family over the years. Specifically, they have worked on my 1999 BMW 328i. They have kept my vehicle running strong and smooth for years, at an affordable price. Over the years, they have replaced whole engines for me, completed extensive front-end work, completed repairs needed for my car to pass smog tests, and more. Most recently, just before a long drive from Long Beach, CA to Vallejo, CA, they repaired or replace my oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, control Arms (suspension), windshield, oil level sensor, power steering, yellow signal light, kidney grill, and all four window regulators. My car drove to Vallejo like a brand new one. His work is always awesome. I ve tried others and they failed miserably. I can t afford that. Cisco s affordable high-quality work has been invaluable to me. I am not wealthy, so, I need more than others for the money that I spend to provide me with as much value in return as possible. Cisco's Benz & Beemers were very upfront and honest about what service I was requesting. I was extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to any Benz or Beemer owners. Cisco and his wife were very informative. they provided me an estimate and that was the exact amount I paid. Further, he gave me an inspection of the vehicle and provided me a print out of the vehicles inspection. Friendly, professional and a clean environment. I ventured by tox for a quote, $185 for water diag w/repair of. $140 oil change on miniHelpful, looks like a good place. I have not used their services as of yet.I can get oil change at dealership of purchase for $89. No shade just exploring my options...

The team at Ciscos was outstanding. The office team led by Arlene was great. Communicated with me about every aspect of the service and scheduling. Awesome customer service with great prices. Been bringing my BMW and Mercedes for 4 years now. Cisco and his brother Ulysses are very attentive and best of all honest. As a female its hard to find a mechanic you can honestly trust that wont take advantage as i have experienced before. Thank God i found these guys. I read the reviews and have experienced totally the opposite. Keep up the great work guys will continue to be a loyal customer as well as recommending family and friends. Would not recommend bringing your bmw here, especially if it s a M car. Cisco charged me 500$ for basically nothing. Didn t fix my issue and then quoted me 3k for something that had nothing to do with the problem. Took my car to another shop and they took care of the problem Thanks for your reply, this is not Daniel, it s Hector with the E46 M3 with SMG problems I brought you a couple months ago. Waited until other shop could properly identify issue before I posted my review. I would however accept your offer of refunding me, thanks.Service: Transmission

Wish I could give Cisco 10 Stars! I have an older BMW and now and then something goes amiss. Cisco get's the car in, accurate diagnosis, fair price, professional work and get's it done in more than reasonable time. Good people with specific knowledge and experience in BMW's and Benz's. Highly recommend this shop for what ails your car, they've done right by us for years now and we appreciate Cisco's team's professionalism!Service: Battery

Cisco is an honest mechanic. You won't find anybody in the in the empire that knows their BMW imports better than this guy. A true class act and entrepreneur. A person who cares about his customers. I'd give them 10 stars If I could. Great place to go instead of the dealership! Highly recommended.

This is the third time I have gone to Cisco s. I found their work to be professional with fair pricing. This is a small family business which is great, but this can lead to delays on your repair. I will still return to Cisco s and would recommend them for BMW repairs.
