It s a very good place for excellent tire services. Staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable. John is highly skilled staff member , his communication skills are excellent .He is very responsible about his work.Luis has very good communication skills too.He knows how to do his job in the best way .I recommend everyone to give priority to this place.

My car has been there for three days and no one calls to let me know what is going on with repairs , Louis constantly says I will call you right back with info, but he never calls back.Earlier today I was told my car would be ready before closing and Louis promised AGAIN he would call with info and car would be done.No one called , store is closed ,my car is there and can't contact anyone until tomorrow.I'm very disappointed in customer service and if this is typical Big Brand service , NO THANK YOU. Now I just want my vehicle back.Upset CustomerJust a sidenote , had work done at Hellman location two weeks ago, for a total bill of $3000Think they would be a little more curtious wouldn't you.Another note, since this review Louis and I have solved our communication problems and he has done a great job on following up on getting my Corvette fixed and on the road.Thank you Louis for all you did.Thank you againBill lewis

Second time here, first time they left my alignment like new. Second time they corrected my alignment from the Ontario mills location. Went on a Sunday morning when they opened and was out in less than a hour. Didn t get the name of the persons that helped me out but for sure they were what they were doing.

All the employees working here are professional and very helpful. They do not cheat me and the prices are also very reasonable. Nowadays, it is very difficult to find like this kind of excellent shop ,and will be my solely future auto repair shop even though I live in Los Angeles.

Had a flat rear tire and I took my car to Big Brand in Ontario CA. The team were prompt, professional and excellent! They assessed the damage to my tire and fixed it for FREE!!! Checked my car alignment and didn t charge me a fee!!! I recommend this very amazing company to anyone. You will be glad you sent your car to Big Brand!

Went in for a break noise. The person at the counter was very helpful as well as the service tech who s was fast and accurate. Very much appreciated the attention by both. Forgot to write their names but Sales person LA029 and service tech IK040. Thank you both very much!!

I have low tire pressure on all my tires. It was a breeze to drop of the vehicle and everyone was so friendly. I would recommend using this location for your tire needs. Note: they do not have nitrogen if you car does require this in your tires.

My first time at this place on Saturday 8/26/23.The manager Mr Louie was professional, & attentive with customers considering he was running the office on his own & there was one mechanic. He did a great job accommodating the customers.I would recommend this place to friends & neighbors.

Second Review 01/30/24Had a check engine light come on my Fiat 500C and within the day the problem was fixed. Louis helped me out told me to bring in my car and also was able to price match a competitor, also Vince gave me a lift home so I did not have to wait hours in the lobby. My thermostat needed replacement and a transmission flush. They called me in the evening once complete and the light was gone, been coming here for years and am very happy with the service and always feel they make me a priority even when they are busy as they often are.I went here on a Sunday, as I had requested a quote through Yelp for my Nissan Versa and they responded immediately with a quote on an oil change and brake repair. They not only responded the same day with the quote but took my car as well, gave me a fair price on the oil and brake repair too. Other repairs as well as tires were needed and they offered me a 6 month financing option with zero interest as well having qualified, so I accepted as it was a very good deal. Luis attended to me at the desk and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process being attentive and thorough. The mechanic Isiah was very kind and did a lot of work/repairs quickly, I know they worked passed their closing time of 4 pm to make sure I had my car the same day. I am deeply appreciative of this, my experience couldn t have gone any better and I could not be more happy, I rarely write reviews but this is a necessity in the positive experience I had, great services and work should be recognized and I hope that s what this review has embodied.

Was under the impression of a better value for the tires. Website shows low price but multiple fees for install. Should have stayed with original company I was looking at.Understaffed & long wait time. From drop off to pickup was 5hours.Manager Luis was responsive and professional.Service tech didn t even put my spare back in place under truck.. little things matter!

So grateful for the service provided by David and the team. We took our older vehicle in for an AC repair. Not only did they repair the issue, but dug deeper to find the root of the problem and other important repairs that were needed. David even called back when he realized the quote was $1,000 higher than the final price needed to be, which says a lot about his integrity. Our experience with them has consistently been friendly, competent and trustworthy.

Great service! Great people! I came in on a Monday, they assessed what type of tires I needed. I told them I would be back on Thursday. The tires were there and I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours!!!!

Claudiu was very helpful and I want to give a big thanks to him. As a women I feel that it can be hard to trust certain Mechanics but he was excellent. I believe the service was very good
