The staff was very professional and friendly. I was updated frequently about the process and finishing of my vehicle. My car was finished ahead of the planned time. My vehicle looks as good as new. I highly recommend Ben Clymer body shop.

We ve used Ben Clymer's with and without insurance before. Their service is always five star from the moment you call or get a call, and right up to when you get your vehicle back. The front desk administrative assistant is always super polite, and she always tries to answer any questions you may have. The technician that is assigned to your claim/vehicle makes sure that we are kept updated on our vehicle status at all times. And the vehicle mechanics are available at the end to return your vehicle and go over what was done if you have any questions, they are always happy to answer.I Will always recommend Ben Clymer s to everyone we know, and of course they are our #1 choice for our vehicles.

Took my Model Y for repair after collision. Josue was my guy, he kept me updated of the progress and was very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend these guys to my fellow Tesla owners. They are Tesla certified

On 9/25 I visited Ben Clymer's The Body Shop and received excellent customer service from Ebony Couch and Joseph Mendez. I received my car back on 10/09 and while it took a little longer than expected, it was no fault of the body shop. Mr. Mendez updated me on how my vehicle was progressing several times between 9/25-10/09. When I did get my vehicle back the work done was excellent. I will definitely go back to Joseph if my vehicle needs repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I went in on Tuesday and got my car back on a Friday. My main concern was the matching of paint and they nailed it and that's why they get a five stars. Todd was great because he actually prove what he was saying not just talking a big game like any other salesman and the receptionist was also cool very professional. Honestly I can't tell the difference I have pictures but I'm not the greatest photographer I hope it helps.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACERating: (1 out of 5 stars)My Model 3 Tesla has been in this repair shop for over 5 months now (and counting) and it's no where near being done. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with their services. It was an absolute nightmare from start and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place.Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff members were incredibly lazy and unhelpful, showing absolutely no interest in addressing my concerns. It was as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my hard-earned money at their establishment. Their dismissive attitude made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer.Furthermore, the quality of their work and attention to detail is shockingly poor. Not only did they fail to get and push for my car to be re-calibrated and fixed quickly. It has become clear that they were more interested in maximizing their profits than in providing reliable and honest service.To make matters worse, the repairs are taking an exorbitant amount of time. They promised a quick turnaround, but my car has been sitting in their shop for months. The lack of communication is frustrating, as they rarely provided updates on the progress or explained the reasons for the delay. It is an agonizing experience, I'm constantly wondering when my vehicle will be returned to me.In conclusion, my experience with Ben Clymer's has an absolute disaster. The appalling customer service, subpar repairs, and excessive wait times make this place one to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and seek out a more reputable and customer-oriented auto shop that values your business and delivers quality service.

tldr; don't go there. It was a horrible experience. My car got hit behind and their job was to replace bumper. It took 3 weeks to get my car back. They claimed it was delayed because the bumper got shipped from Germany. I asked the invoice and it was from a dealership one hour away. They never called any updates on my vehicle. I had to visit there to push my case. The receptionist lady seemed it's their normal business. They even charged me deductible amount even if my insurance informed them that don't charge any money to me. All the positive reviews here seem from their family members. Overall, you'll sink your time there without your vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

My Tesla S 2020 car has been there for 2 months and every time I call they give me a different story and excuse to keep. I have been promised several dates and several call back but non of them are fulfilled.I was dealing with Ryan who treaded me rudely and told me several times come take your car after they tear it apart.Talking to Mario the manager didn't make any difference, although he is so polite but never return a call.Still didn't get my car and not sure if it will be repaired right or not!I don't recommend them at all.Service: Body & Trim

GREAT experience! Very reasonable quote to get the bumper on my car fixed and they were very friendly. I got calls daily to update me on the status of my car and they had it ready ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend using them for your next repair!

I came in for an estimate and ended up deciding not to do any work on my car but I wanted to share that the employee that helped me today was very honest with telling me what the costs would be and giving me options. He even made a few adjustments to my problem door hinge and didn t charge me anything. If they treat people coming in for a free estimate this well, then I think they probably do great work for paying customers. I highly recommend this place.

One of the most unprofessional and disorganized companies I have ever had to work with. Went in on March 1st and dropped off our car with high expectations after the great reviews and they informed us our car should be ready on the 24th of March and we would receive updates should that date change. On the 23rd they texted us stating that they are moving along as expected with the repair process. On the 25th we decided to give them a call to get an update and they gave us a new estimate of Friday the 1st of April. On the 31st of March they gave us another delay stating that it should be completed by the 4th of April. On the 4th we hadn t heard anything so we called again and were told our car still had to go through alignment and a polish. Our final response from them on April 7th stated that the car just needed to be washed and it should be completed at the end of business day. We called them at end of day asking the status again and they said a part came in broken so they had to replace the part. We finally received word that the car was ready on April 8th at 10:30AM and was told the shop was closing early at 12 and to confirm pick up. We arrived at 11 and sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to finish our car and paperwork. When the vehicle was finally brought around we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to locate our vehicle s key.I contacted Geico to understand why this took so long. Geico informed me that Ben Clymer s reached out to them on March 2nd asking for a supplement. Geico then reached back out to them on March 2nd and 3rd with no response from Ben Clymer s. Geico had to send a field rep out to their location on March 9 because of this communication issue, causing the claim to not be approved until March 10 . Ben Clymer s instructed me that the entire time they were waiting on Geico, which was inaccurate. The timeline was extended purely because of Ben Clymer s . I even asked if they would provide a complimentary detail due to the ridiculous amount of time they took as well as lack of communication and was told it is not in their policy to do this. I will not be using this company ever again due to their lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Poor customer service. Estimates are cool. But I still wouldn t consider them to be a preferred vendor though insurance companies do. Great thing is you can get an estimate and decide to go with someone else. They took off a vehicle bumper and then refused to put it back on after we advised them we wanted a second opinion based on them stating certain work they could not inspect. Fortunately the tow company advised Rockys Autobody they had a responsibility to place it back on and they did. I wouldn t suggest Rockys for service based on lack of professionalism, with failure to comply with Bureau of Consumer Affairs rules in our particular case.

Okay, this place is absolutely AWESOME AND AMAZING! I'm 57 years old and I have never done business with a body shop that's even remotely as good as this place. I just picked up my 2014 Corvette Z51 after just three days at their facility. The work was perfect, and I simply can t believe how they were able to get it done so fast. Keep in mind that the damage was as a result of an accident, so it was not something that could be fixed quickly. By comparison, the last time I was in an accident in my Vette, I went to a shop that was recommended by my Chevy dealer. It took them almost 7 weeks to fix the car, which was ridiculous. And here s what s best of all about Rocky s Auto Body. They are all so darn honest and nice. This alone warrants doing business with them, which is why I will never go anywhere else to fix our cars. I only wish that I had known about them years ago, because it would have avoided a lot of headaches. GOOD JOB ROCKY S!! And thanks A.J. and Robert.

I had my wife vehicle repaired here due to accident last month, I have taken my vehicle here in the past when it use to be Rocky's Auto Body and now its Ben Clymer's, they have an excellent staff, especially Bianca, they keep you updated with all the repairs, no one wants to get into an accident but if do you and need some work done, then this is the place to go. just want to thank everyone at Ben Clymer's Body Shop, keep up the good work...

Extremely Friendly! Raymond was a huge help . I went for scratches on my car and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. They work very diligently to make sure customers are satisfied. Highly recommend this place to others!.

I had a wonderful experience at Ben Clymers in Pomona.Mike Buschman and his staff went above and beyond. They worked around the clock knowing that the truck was my sole transportation which they did not have to do. They had my truck ready and available in record time and the work was impeccable. I would recommend them to my own family that's how much I trust and loved their work and customer service.Thank you Ben Clymer' s staff!!!

My car was hit on the freeway and severely damaged. Nissan had me take it to Ben Clymer's. They helped me get a rental, took great care of my car, detailed it before giving it back to me, and even got me a new battery after it was discovered that my battery died after being in the shop for a month. My car had been in bad shape. Now, my car is driving as if it was never hit at 50 mph on the freeway. I would totally trust them with my car. They are also extremely friendly.

Excellent work! Great people! Fixed my Versas doors and left it good as new! They also cleaned up my car before giving it back, which was more than a treat. Will come back for any body work needs :)

This is my first Yelp review. My experience with Rocky's Auto Body was sooo fantastic that I had to share! The business is clean and attractive, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the work on your car will be absolutely precise. Rocky, himself, is a gentleman who will treat you with respect. Absolutely 5 stars. BIG stars.
