First time in here. Friendly helpful girl at the counter. Clean store, parking lot is small, expect to walk a short distance. Safe area. Well lit at night. Recommend and will return.

Gabe S. At the Rancho Cucamonga CA location was so helpful. I came in with a question and he was able to assist me, really helped me out. I wasn t able to quite explain the problem but he was able to understand what I was trying to explain to him and went the extra mile to help me out. I really appreciate the help and service that I received.

I went here a few days ago to dump my oil and purchase some things, I give the manager a oil can in a big plastic trash bag and explain how the bag was there so it didn t leak but there was no leak at all. He dumps the oil and gives it back I notice there is oil on the outside of the bag and I wipe it up with a napkin. Not thinking that there was still oil in the container I put it in my trunk and drive home. Once I get home I open my trunk and see how there was probably a quart of oil left over and spilled all on my cloth trunk (pictures attached) due to the fact it wasnt completely empty and all the caps and knobs were not closed they were left open. I spent a couple hours cleaning it and I m very unhappy because how are you the manager and do such sloppy and non detail oriented work especially when dealing with customers who are purchasing things from your company and have been for years. I went to oreillys for what I needed.

Thank God for AutoZone. My daughters CAR FOB battery died at night, and we stopped for a new one on the way home. I'm so glad they keep well stocked, and the sales person helped install the battery in the FOB. Great service, highly recommend this location.

Autozone was great, got some windshield wipers and they even installed them for me. The manager Helen took care of everything, will definitely be back.

They are the least helpful store I ve ever been to. They never have anythingggggg you need. Baseline and cherry is their answer for everything

One of my favorite places to go to for all my car needs. Albeit they gave me the wrong oil cap for my car, lol. It happens, annoying but nothing that can't be fixed.

Had a great experience here, the staff was very helpful and recommended a few things to save me money. They were knowledgeable and attentive with great attitudes. Mossimo went above and beyond to help us out, A+ store. Give em all promotions!

Unfriendly staff members who are not willing to help customers. I have to beg and show irritation before somebody showed me the small item that I can t find. They keep on saying its on that aisle! I went three times but I can t find the item that I need because apparently the little tire caps they have are made of metals instead of plastic or rubber that I expected.The store is small and it s not even busy. They were not even short staff but all three were lazy. After I asked for a Supervisor, they were forced to finally help me, the old bald guy acted as if I owe him a big favor for helping me. They don t care because I m only buying a small item from their store.No wonder people prefers to buy online now instead of going to stores because no one wants to help people anymore. I m not sure I want to give my business in this place again.***Updates:They will try to respond to reviews here as a fake attempt to improve their reputation and keep their score high. I m not buying it because other reviews are consistent with my observations.If I need emergency car parts, I rather go to the west side of Rancho Cucamonga where there is a bigger Autozone nearby with a more authentic great customer service. Do we really need a second Autozone in the same town? There!

Byron Martinez and Abby B. had exceptional service and went out of their way to help us. We needed to replace our light and they helped us find what we needed and replaced it for us. They also helped steer us in the right direction on how to get other things that we needed replaced.

I came in for for my battery. I asked if they would check to see if my battery was good or if I needed a new one. Christopher H was very helpful and nice he put in the battery and now my car runs like its brand new. Besides Christopher H everyone one at this store is very friendly and nice and they know there stuff.. thanks again Christopher H for everything..

If I got my battery checked at auto-zone by a specialist and confirmed twice it was dead and a bad battery and I want it replaced i don t need to for it to be checked 3 times . Photo of proof and location was not enough for the battery just to get swapped . I understand a policy is implemented but I don t need to waste my time it getting checked .

Great experience with Gabriel at Rancho Cucamonga Auto Zone. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Changed out my battery and got my check engine light code for me as well. Thanks Gabriel!!

I do not come here often, but yesterday I went in for wiper blades. The store was busy, but I was helped immediately in my search for the right wipers. Despite there being some technology issues in the store, the staff remained professional and friendly.

Service definitely went down hill.My husband asked which part is better for our car and he said we are not car repair men just an autoparts store. Then gonna have the nerve to try to help us checkout like no no don't try to be helpful now. This is why we just get our stuff from Amazon

This store is amazing. When I called this morning the person who answered gave me all the info I needed. When I stopped by later on today I was helped by the store manager Michael. He assisted me with checking my battery and then also replacing it. He was very friendly. Definitely recommend this location!

My go to DIY Auto repair store. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.On a recent trip, I had a DIY question and saw two employees in the parking lot. I stopped them and asked a question (totally forgot what it was about) but they didn't work at that particular store but helped me diagnose my problem, gave me suggestions, and them proceeded to take me into the store to find what I needed all while they were on their break from a store down the street.Recently had to replace 2 batteries in a Mustang and a Toyota. Both had bad terminal cable clamps (yay, my luck to make a simple repair, complex). The associate helped me for over 30 minute to attempt to remove the old clamp (it was not easy cause apparently it's a common Ford issue). I appreciated his dedication and tenacity. Eventually we were able to get it off and then reconfigure the new cable to not bind up like the old and I was a happy customer.Easy to get to, easy to dispose of used oil. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

i went in the early AM before work to this location because it was the only one open @ 730am i specifically visited for windshield wipers and was met by a nice woman, i think her name was "gladys" who pointed me in the direction of the windshield wipers. i had previously told her the year and model of my vehicle and i was told the size needed. i was quickly charged and went outside to change them in the parking lot. i had no issue with the staff or the store and it was very clean.

I am a 63 yr old single woman and I have never had less than a great experience at an Auto Zone!! The people that work there, no matter which one you go to, are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful!! In a time when customer service is at an all time low, many using"covid" as an excuse, their excellent customer service has never wanted! This says a great deal about that company and it's employees!!!

Shout out to S�bastien T. for installing my battery in less than 5 minutes while providing excellent customer service. I came in exhausted on 3 hours of sleep after waiting all night for a tow truck. Getting to Autozone and having someone be compassionate was what I needed to restore my faith in humanity. Thank you!
