Just when you feel all hope is lost on humanity for honesty & reliability, you meet these guys at Al & Sons. I always believed that taking my Tahoe to the dealership was the wisest choice for my SUVs care. Now I know it's the absolute dumbest choice.This is the only experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, honest mechanic left. Don't even question taking your vehicle here. Even if it's for maintenance. The experience, time efficiency, honesty, and value exceeds all others.

Al & Son's is amazing! Efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. Quick, reliable, and professional. They'll definitely get you taken care of. I am a mechanically inclined and literate woman. I can change my brakes myself, but am willing to pay someone so I don't get my nails dirty. I stopped by AL & Sons and the dude there treated my like I was stupid. I've seen the work needing to be done and I have had 3 inspections. I can do this myself for $50. I really didn't like the feeling I got here. I think if there was something I wasn't knowledgeable of, they would take advantage of my naivity and overcharge me.

Johnny has provided honest estimates for years for all of my vehicles, including my kids cars. He has given great advice about costs to repair vs. value of the repair due to car cost/condition. Might be last last of the honest auto repair shops. I have been coming here for 20 plus yrs. Have referred family and friends whom all agree. Best in the Valley!!Johnny is knowledgeable and very fair. Tell them KennyB sent you.

They want to help you instead of take your moneyI scheduled to bring my truck in, then decided we d try to fix it at home instead. When I called to let them know I would not be coming in, they asked what the symptoms were, gave me some helpful advice and said good luck, and if there s anything you can t finish your welcome to bring the truck by and we can finish it for you . There was no twisting my arm to come in, which is what I was worried about. He prioritized helping me out instead of wanting my money. That s good business and I will bring anything in to these guys that I can t do myself.Thank you Al & Sons for being helpful and transparent. Because of that, I will recommend you to anyone who asks me for a mechanic.

Forgive the cliche, but as a woman, it can be tough to find a mechanic that is truly helpful. I trust Johnny and the other guys at the shop so much! We take all of our cars and trucks there. They are helpful, honest, trustworthy, and truly have helped me and my family out in so many ways. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been Going to AL & Sons for well over 5 years now. My go to mechanic. Great customer service. Family owned small business that still operates thinking of the customer. Ask for Johnny, he is the 3rd generation working in the family business. My father came here and now I do. They will not take advantage of their customers. They do not up-sell. They are straight shooters. They tell you what needs to be fixed and what they recommend you should do. Then you can take it from their. They will even work with your financial scheduled. Say fix one thing this pay check and get to the other next pay check. Great!!! most shops will not help you out. Al & Sons will! I can not say enough about them. I go here for everything. A bad Break Light, Oil-change, Brakes, Tun-ups and more. Best of all If you live in the area they will even give you a ride home and pick you up when your car is ready. WHO DOES THAT! Again Amazing service, good people, good work, and good prices. Go to Al & Sons.

Al & Sons is amazing! My 2003 Toyota Camry was in such bad shape. Johnny got my car in the very next day and got the car running better then its ever been. It feels like a brand new car. I'm over the moon extatic over the outcome of how much better my old car runs. I have so many more yrs left with this car after having it seen at their shop. I cant thank them enough for what they have done! I highly recommend them to anyone who has had bad experiences at other mechanic shops. Your fears and worries come to an end once you bring your vehicles to AL & Sons. Thanks again guys for making this experience a joyful one!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We've been going to Al and Sons Automotive for over 15 years. I recommend all my family and friends there because I know they have great service at a great price. e all know when it comes to someone working on our cars...its hard to know if they are really telling you the truth. I've been to places that have told me I need thousands of dollars of work done to my car and in actual reality I didn't. A friend referred me Al and Sons because my brakes were squeaking horribly. I called them first to tell them what was going on I spoke with Johnny. He was very informative and explained to me a couple if different scenarios it could be. I felt right at ease and decided to take my car in there that same day. They were very professional and were able to find the problem right away. Not only did they fix my brakes, they also replaced a broken vacuum lune and turned off my check engine light at no charge. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs work done on their car! Genuine, knowledgeable and trustworthy all of them are. Thanks Johnny and Roger for your tremendous help!

Johnny any the crew are EXCELLENT!! Automotive needs go to AL & Son's Automotive. Quaint place, easy to find, thorough work and kind. Johnny explained everything before they begin work, so that can sort out your schedule....and that was just on the phone. You probably have your guy that you go to. For me it will be AL& Son's!! I can't explain enough of how good they treated me as an individual and customer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

As a 1st time customer, Al & Son's exceeded my expectations. John listened to my concerns regarding Logan (my car), addressed them with professionalism, and communicated every step of the way. I have been going to Al and Sons for years, they have fixed a couple things on two of my cars from oil changes to replacing the motor in my Chrysler 300c. I always recommend Al and Sons to anyone mentioning that they need a mechanic, and have never had anyone report a bad experience back to me. Thanks again for taking care of me, customer for life!

Johnny has always been straight forward and honest, Always tells me what needs to be fixed as well as accurate estimate on prices as well as any upcoming parts and services needed. If you take your car or truck anywhere else then you will be wasting your money and time having to get the same parts and repair done earlier then you should have and offer good warranties on there parts they order and the work they do. I recommend everyone to stop by anytime you have any issues or problems with vehicle.

I bring all my personal and company vehicles to Johnny and the guys and have for some time. It's hard nowadays to find a good honest mechanic , but the guys over there have always taken great care of me, my family, my company, and anyone I've referred to him. They aren't the biggest fan of my work van that has a diesel motor stuffed into it , but they take care of it with no issues. They Explain what to fix, and tell me to not dump money into a money pit and just look into getting a newer vehicle when it makes more sense. Al & sons are guys you can trust.

Absolutely wonderful service and wonderful people. They offered me a ride to the coffee shop while waiting for my car, in fact they went the extra mile to fix few minor things in the car. Will definitely be going back

This place is very honest.i took my car in to get looked at and see what my issue was,they literally told me the truth and how it wasnt worth fixing. I thank them for that ,I'm so glad to finally get an honest opinion.

Have been coming to this shop for at least 20+ years and it s the only shop I have ever trusted my cars and motor home too. You are treated like family and they are the most trustworthy group of guys who really care about you and making sure your automative needs are taking care of. Won t try and upsale you in anyway and really take care of the problem with your car. Highly recommend them to take care of all your automotive needs! As a long time customer of Al & Sons Automotive in Rancho Cucamonga CA. I can honestly say that if you are looking for a reasonable, trustworthy shop that takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction then look no further. Al & Sons Automotive is a top notch automotive repair facility that will treat you fair and most importantly honestly!!! I have personally had my vehicles serviced and repaired at their garage for over 15 years and would still be going to them if I didn't move out of state. Hard working mechanics, and great ownership work hand in hand in this shop to make it one of the very best in the area. And as most of you know, honest repair shop are difficult to find these days, don't hesitate to give them a shot. I assure you, you will not be dissapointed .
