Customer service is very good,Richard does a good job. At the other side the "mechanics" got no clue what they are doing.everytime they fix something,they break something else so you has to come back.at the last repair they did ,they forgot nuts and stuff,I could have lost my wheel on the freeway and maybe my life.good I checked their work at home and then brought the car to a real car repair shop and payed again.....they should stay with the tire changing,that's challenging enough for the "mechanics".

We needed a simple patching to our and tire and was surprised to find out it is free! They did a great job and the whole crew was so kind. Initially they said it would take an hour but they serviced our vehicle quicker than that. Thank you!

I have an older Prius that needed some new tires. I also wanted bigger wheels put on because I live in a more remote area and the 15 wheels weren t cutting it. I didn t think it was in my budget but the guys gave me a quote and we were able to upgrade to 18 ! They also fixed some sensors that I knew were busted. New wheels, new tires, added repairs, and all at a great price. I ll be doing all my maintenance here from now on.

This business does not VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE . THIS RICHARD GOT ON THE PHONE WITH ME ARGUING with me THE CUSTOMER . Huge RED FLAG the claim been the OWNER YET DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS , just about the MONEY AND Overpricing !!!!! DO YOJR HOMEWORK AND REVIEW THE REVIEWS. @ RICK HAVE SOME VALUES AND HOLD YOURSELF WITH HIGH STANDARDS, we are the reason you have a roof and plate of food ! We the customers bring you the business ! The least you can do is compose yourself and be less temperamental with your audience .

This place is Awesome. Ask for Richard! Excellent customer service. Honest and will get all your vehicle needs taken care of. I bring all my vehicles here never had an issue 5stars++++++++

They work on 1997 Ford T- bird Good service. They did my drive side power window, rack pinion, replace worn out lower ball joints, replace front struts, rear shocks,Lower my car, and alignment, oil change. Good service. Not complain

I took my all wheel/4 wheel drive, with adjustable air suspension VW Touareg for a front wheel alignment after having the front lower control arms, ball joints, and bushings replaced. A & R Tire Service got the job done, without any problems. Now my car drives like new again. Ask for Richard, the service writer/manager he will give you service above and beyond.Thanks Team A & R!

Robert and all the guys at this shop are great. Whether you wait or drop your vehicle off you can feel comfortable knowing that it is in good hands. Even if you're just pulling in for air in your tires your experience will be pleasant.

Overpriced .. for a tpms replacement they charge 130 which other places would change for 30 to 40.

I have been to A & R at least 5 or 6 times. I have bought tires, I have had flats fixed, alignment preformed, and so on. They have always been professional, polite, knowledgeable, and I have always left extemly happy. I would recommend them to anyone.The one thing I have to add is Richard, he is a newer member of the team and I met him today when I went in I was greeted with the biggest smile and the friendliest greeting I have ever received. He was absolutely amazing. He was even smiling while he was walking across the parking lot. He was so friendly that I felt I knew him forever. I didn't think A & R could get any better, but Richard changed that. Amazing and thank you Richard.Basically, go hear for all your tire and service needs. You won't regret it.

Pros: They are busy for a reason, cause they are good, simple. Nice people, they aslo tried to fix any issues or delays that might've occurredCons: communication, misunderstanding, long waits. When it comes to communication, they are not the best, I showed them a quote I got online that cost a certain price but when I got there they charged me something extra, also the quote I got also had free alignment check which they didn't even do, I had to come the next day to have them do it. Good thing I did cause it wasn't aligned. The misunderstanding kind of goes with the miscommunication, my phone died and didn't think it would be an issue because I see them go to other customers and talk to them directly. But apparently they called me and left a voice message and obviously I didn't get it so I waited there an hour extra while my car was done. That brings us to the long waits, with all that being said, I came a couple days earlier to get everything sorted out and to make an appointment so I dont have to deal with the long waits. But that didn't work out as well. I ended up being there for 3 hours plus waiting.All and all these issues are easily fixable and can be avoided.

Ive been here for minor things a few times and have always had good customer service. When I priced some of the bigger jobs for me they were expensive.

Very professionally ran tire store. There were 5 or 6 employees early to work. Everyone was happy. I got my tractor tire remounted at a great price. This store does a lot of business and all the employees I had contact with were friendly and polite. Very good tire store

First time visit today because of a flat tire. The manager took care of us immediately and worked on the tire himself. It was a simple fix and he didn t ask for anything in return! I appreciate his urgency and that he wanted to make things right. With such awesome customer service, I will definitely be going back!

Family owned business that hired my Marine Corps buddy as the Shop Manager. Had to follow him from Firestone. The service is good. Waiting area has chairs and benches. Can't complain.

I went to previous employer to talk about getting new tires,example how honest Rick is. The most honest professional place ever worked and anyone getting service here receives what paid for and then some. I appreciate the few shops which are ran with care and customer service comes first.

Wow, I can't believe the number of poor reviews for A & R! I have been a customer for 3 years and have always been treated well and charged fairly. I'm very tough to win over, and am loyal to those who have earned my trust. Rick, Chris, Katrina and Alan have ALWAYS been prompt, courteous and professional. A & R does everything that our 4 cars need. I haven't had to go to the dealer for years (I was oversold and overcharged there)! So, I'm very happy with A & R and get the same "vibe" from other customers there. If you're in a hurry, call ahead and ask how busy they are. Ask questions, if you don't understand something. I've learned a lot from them and feel much better about the service my cars need and get. Thanks!

Good service overall but theyre greedy. Suggested all my tires be changed then charges over a thousand because of inflation and blah blah blah. I refuse go down the street they only suggest two tires be changed. Charged almost half per tire and labor. These guys are crooks.

First time customer. Used to go to Big O Tires for 15 years. If you don't make me feel like you want my business, I'll move on. A & R Tires make me feel like they valued me as a customerIt was funny to see 2 ex employees of Big O Tires working for A & RLife is good.

I took my truck in two weeks ago for a transmission flush and new filter. I received the quoted price and they were done in less time then the estimated. Great service, no issues, will go back for anything i can't do in my own garage.
