I recently purchased a boat from Superior Boat Sales, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Sip and Josh were phenomenal to work with. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.Not only did they pick us up from the airport in the company truck, but they also took us for a demo on Folsom Lake, where Sip expertly navigated the waters while pointing out local landmarks. The entire tour, from the airport to the lake and back, was incredibly enjoyable thanks to Sip's knowledge and enthusiasm.Josh, the sales manager, was equally impressive. He made the paperwork side of things a breeze after we agreed to make the purchase. The level of service we received was truly first class, and it's evident why the company is called Superior Boat Sales.Additionally, despite rain being forecasted, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful sunny day. It's clear that Superior Boat Sales not only values customer satisfaction but also goes the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. I can't speak highly enough of Sip, Josh, and their company values. Have nothing but the best experience with everybody at the Superior boat team. I have purchased boats from them, had repairs done and last but not least they took my boat in after it was stolen. They had my bring it in immediately for a estimate and worked extremely fast with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them for any of your boat needs. It was our first time bringing our '99 Ski Nautique in for service at Superior. Anthony was great to work with. He kept us updated on the issue and had our boat back to us in less than a week. The whole staff was very friendly. It's good to know there's a dependable place to bring our boat for service and repairs.

Superior Boat Repair and Sales is the best! My boat had major damage from hitting a submerged boulder. Anthony in the service department helped me work through the process of getting a repair estimate, which was very good. He was also very patient with me as it took some time to work things out with the insurance company. They also did repairs to the hull of my first boat years ago and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Superior Boat Repair & Sales!

Anthony was great and very prompt with service. He made labor and pick up convenient and even got some repairs picked up by warranty! Just be sure to block up your trailer tires when you drop off your boat before you unhitch.

With Covid 19 and the world on lock down my wife and I decided to finally buy a boat. We purchased a 2020 Nautique G23 from Superior Boat and could not have had a better experience! Wes, our salesperson, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the purchase process. I am so pleased to have Bob and his team at Superior Boat close by to continue to service our boat.It is also worth mentioning that Superior Boat is one of the only Nautique dealerships nationwide that order G series boats with the larger superchargered engine on the showroom floor!Thanks Bob and Wes we have already started making wonderful memories on the water!Ross and Sara

Josh made the buying experience painless again. This is the fourth G23 we have bought from Superior, great people that stand behind the great boats they sell. Love these guys. They actually care about their customers. They helped us out mid summer after my boat met a rock in Tahoe . When they had little time to take a new job on. We ve trusted them to service and maintain and maintain our Natuque for over 10 years - and would not have it any other way.

Superior boat and sales does a phenomenal job! From sales to service to warranty these guys are true professionals and take Customer Service to the next level. If anybody is considering buying or in need of servicing their boats there s a reason Superior is #1 one in their industry a year after year. Using the expert help of Superior Boat Repair & Sales I was able to sell two boats over the summer. The process was very smooth and communication was excellent. I did a lot of research and took my 2004 Nautique 211 to the Superior team for servicing. They were able to diagnose and repair several intermittent issues that are difficult to identify. They were also very creative in sourcing hard to get parts due to the pandemic. We took the boat out for the first time last night and it ran like brand new! I don't normally write reviews but wanted to give a shout out to Austin and team for a great job. Lastly, and equally important, I want to acknowledge that as a business they accepted the boat on the day they scheduled, kept me informed via email, text, and phone without my calling them, and finished the job per the estimated time quoted.

We bought a used boat from Superior. They were great to work with. The salespeople were honest and thorough. Wes did a great job helping us understand the different features of our boat. He also let me come back to the service department as several techs looked over the boat and ran the boat with hose hooked up. I highly recommend Superior.

AMAZING products, Staff, Service, & Support. Our family just purchased a boat from them, and it has been one of the most delightful purchase experiences of our lives.From the first text I sent them after seeing the boat we wanted on the web, to the appointment to look at the boat, to the sales & finance process, to the delivery, to the follow-up, it s been FUN!Cip, Josh, Brandon, and the whole Team made sure that we won t even think about buying another boat anywhere else (not that we re gonna need another boat for a while).I cannot recommend Superior highly enough. Everything about Superior Boat Repair and Service is top notch! We took delivery of our new 2021 Ski Nautique in November and Josh was amazing with his help to get us the boat of our dreams. We took it in for its break in service and the service department was just as excellent as the sales team. Highly recommend!!

First of all, I was impressed at how clean and nice the show room looked. You could tell they took pride in how they displayed their wares. Secondly, they carried top of the line products at reasonable cost and were knowledgeable about what they sell. The icing on the cake was their sales team. Especially Cid! He was an awesome salesman. Highly recommend Superior Boat Repair!PS. Neighbor came by and as we were talking about boats, he gave unsolicited high praise of Superior Boat even before I told him that we had purchased our pontoon boat from them. He said he had owned several boats and found that Superior was the best place to take them for service...regardless of the hour drive. I wouldn t have expected any less.

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews...but Superior Boat has caused me to make an exception. Great service...I can't express what a relief it is to have found Bob and his crew. I've owned boats for over 30 years and I can say, without any doubt, that Bob provides the best service I've ever experienced. Honest and fair--unfortunately rare in this field. Same with the sales portion of the operation--they go the extra mile and are professional. I can't think of any cons--it's all good. To say I highly recommend Superior is an understatement.

My wife and I decided to buy a boat and after doing a bit of research on line we went to Superior to check out a couple of the consignment boats. Our sales guy Josh was not a salesman at all, but rather an enthusiast who was all willing to share his joy of boating and expertise to help educate us to the differences in the different models, both advantages and disadvantages. The entire process was smooth and I would highly recommend Superior to my friends and family.

We custom-ordered a 2021 Nautique 230 from Bob Bense and his team at Superior Boat and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the window shopping and ordering to the water test with Josh, everything was a 5 star experience. If you are looking for a great boat-buying experience and working with people who love boats and watersports, Superior Boat is the best of the best. I know several people from Tahoe to the Delta that have purchased through Superior Boat and they came highly recommended as THE place to buy and service a boat.
