Laura is very clear and concise with the process of repairs. She explains the issues in clear detail and how it will affect your vehicle, so it doesn t sound like you re being thrown with a lot of technical words. As for the mechanics, they perform their repairs thoroughly and fast. I often come here for oil changes and some repairs, and each time, their service is very good.

Quality has great customer service. You feel welcome upon walking in. They are very trustworthy. You do not feel like you're getting taken advantage of. Laura was very helpful and went above and beyond our service needs. She assisted us with making sure our radiator house was clear and the fan was working, and also took care of our brakes. What a relief knowing a good job was done

The service was mid. The receptionist is super rude and has an attitude. She told me that the labor for my vehicle was going to take an hour, approximately 2 hours and a half later my vehicle was done. When I asked her what it is that they did to my vehicle that took longer than what she said, she responded with well it takes a long time to remove spark plugs . She didn t even explain to me that they had done a multi- point courtesy checklist. A nice update or something would of been nice. Wouldn t recommend. Never coming here again.

Excellent Service, Laura in the front office is super helpful and polite. The Technicians are awesome. They tell you everything you need to know about your vehicle. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family!

Customer service was good and the customer area was clean, everyone was respectful. As far as smog goes I wouldn t recommend, no free retests for smog, so if you fail & you have to make a repair you have to pay to test again also diagnostic was $130, tech said it was probably the EGR system clogged with carbon, wanted over $900 to clean it out not to replace anything & no guarantees of passing smog. I paid for the diagnosis & I go to another shop and they cleaned it out and got it to pass for $380 which seemed much more reasonable Also quality tune up kept one of my keys to my vehicle and I had to call in and go back in to get it unfortunate because they are one of the shops nearby that will smog older vehicles. Would probably be okay going in for basic service like oil change or something but if you got an older vehicle I wouldn t take it here for smogs.

They are the only place I would take my car to. They changed my entire engine in my suburban. Hand's down the best front desk worker. They are the best. I dare you to try them out and see for yourself

Awesome service! Danny was so nice. I moved to from Sac to RC and didn't want to give up the great service I've been getting for last 4yrs at Florin Rd location but they are just as fast , friendly and same great service and prices. Highly reccomend!

I am beyond amazed this place gets anything over 1 star!I got snagged by there coupons for oil changes.I then came in 1 day to get a check engine light issue checked. After waiting over 4 hours went home, I called and checked 2 times. At end of day they charged me a check engine fee that they did not even investigate. The check engine wasn't even the correct issue.The owner and staff are very unprofessional and dishonest!Don't get caught up with there coupons trust me worst mechanic experience ever!!

I brought my car in to be smog inspected and it passed, but he said there is some hose that has a valve. He showed me the paper which showed all areas passed. Only they could replace it for a fee before granting me my certificate. Then proceeded to charge me the full amount of the inspection. They are criminals.

My husband came there today for an oil change and had a few issues: (i) the cashier was too distracted - there was something on her lap that she was more focused on and paid no attention to the fact that his truck was ready and instead went outside to talk on her cellphone. When she returned, my husband had to point out to her that his keys were on the counter because she was not paying attention. Her customer services skills were lacking - perhaps she needs to be told that her customers come first and she should be paying attention to them and not to perhaps, her cell phone and (ii) the tech that worked on his truck removed part of the dash and left it on the floor of the truck. My husband was very unhappy to see that on the floor of the truck and had to ask him put it back. I went there last month for a smog check and the tech who helped me was awesome but today's oil change left a bad taste in his mouth. He's an easy to please guy but this interaction made him state that he will not be returning and will find another place to do business.

I m not deep pockets kind of customer and even though they knew, they gave me Rolls Royce treatment. My beater truck needed to pass smog and they told me exactly how they could troubleshoot the issue, and then provided a concise quote to fix it. And they applied my failed test cost to my repair! The entire staff from the front office to their mechanics were exceptionally nice and thoughtful. The mechanics even while really busy, took the time to explain the nuances and details of my vehicle s issue. Quality Tune Up in Rancho Cordova made getting my old truck roadworthy a pleasant and affordable experience. I highly recommend!-Troy RaneyServices: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I started coming here about 2 years ago and have since moved to Grass valley and I still make the 1 hour drive to come to this location. They are honest and straight forward, quick no fuss services, and the woman at the front desk is always helpful, friendly, and informative.It's also worth noting that everytime I've had my oil changed somewhere else, the mechanics don't put my cars skid plate back on properly and it ends up dragging the ground/dangling off my car and the people here always secure it properly. They also have very competitive pricing.

They got me in quickly and were fast and efficient! Did NOT try to sell me the kitchen sink or anything else I DID NOT NEED. When they asked if I wanted to replace my filters, they brought me the old ones so I could actually SEE they were needed. New customer for life!

Very fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. And the prices were very reasonable. While I was waiting for them to do a star certified smog check, I was very impressed with the reaction of people,who came to pick up their vehicles. They were all thankful and smiling. And so was I.I will definitely be back!
