$50 for a used tire for a 2007 Honda accord!? I've never paid that much for a used tire. Clearly taking advantage. I would've went somewhere else but the other shop was closed. I wouldn't recommend this place. They don't do good business. Take your money somewhere else

Tries to take advantage of women. Tried to charge my girlfriend for air in the tire even though its always been free. Guy went back in to "talk" to the owner once she argued about the price. He came back and said no charge for the air.

Highly Recommended Quality Tires & Wheel for quick tire patches...My daughter got a flat running over a sharp piece of plastic and needed to be back in SJ in 3 hours. I stopped by Les Schwab, American Tires and Pep Boys. All had a waiting time of over 2 hours. Fortunately to get a referral to Quality Tires. It was quick, quality patch, tested all in about 10 minutes at a very affordable price. When you don't have time to deal with the BS, go to Quality Tires... More shops need to be more agile. I work in engineering and we are expected to be more agile getting more things done in lesser time.... These Tires shops can really change and improve their services with secondary line for quick repairs and services, while the longer repairs are happening... Just my $0.02...Quality Tires & Wheel! #1 in my book.

This place is a joke. Waited to be seen then tells me $60 to mount 2 tires. Hahaha. Silly guy. What makes ya special? Don't waste your time with this place. Poor service and pricing. All the negative review were right about this place. Should have just listen.

Bought I set of "new" tires from then with the install and balancing. I had to rebalance two of them in other shop, as they were done wrong. Most importantly, I've realized the tires are over 4 years old. They legally can't sell anything older than 3 years, but that didn't stop them. Don't buy anything from them.

I've been buying this from this place for a few years with 6 vehicles we have been continuously buying tires for and I've usually sent anyone I know who's needed tires here but not any more. It took me a couple of days to catch it but the guy sold me 4 tires for my truck and three of them turned out to be trailer tires and one of those trailer tires has a slow leak coming from the side wall. I went back in and right from the start dude was starting to try and act like he didn't remember me coming in. But once we got passed that and he remembered he then told me to come in on Monday and he would try to find me a good deal on 4 new tires. Only problem is I just spent all I had on 4 tires. I can't afford to pay for 4 more nor do I think I should have to. I do a lot of hauling and towing and due to trailer tires being constructed differently than regular tires it's unsafe even more so with the one that leaks from the sidewall that goes flat every other day.

Over priced, they try and sell you used tire for the cost of new ones, their tires are junk, they take advantage of women, this place is filled with crooks. Do. Not take your car to this shop unless you want to be ripped off. I wish i could give them zero stars..

Shady place. Overcharged me for a cheap service and gouged more money out of me when they had to finish the job. That owner is shady and asks for cash and takes card only when very necessary. Shut this place down!!!

Please stay away from this shop!!!I've had the absolute worst experience here.I purchased new tires after getting a flat and my other tires needed to be replaced anyway. My 2016 Civic requires 215/55-16 stock tires. They sold me "new" tires that were smaller 205/55-16. I didn't realize until I got home later that day. I called them and told them that my tires were smaller than the stock tires. The manager offered to give me a $20 discount for the tires they gave me as an apology for their mistake. I couldn't believe it. I needed the tires that are recommend for my car.I drove back the next day and the manager was perplexed that I wanted the correct tires. He took is twenty dollars back and ended up giving me good used tires for the same price. I didn't find out they were previously used until I took my car to the dealership yesterday and told me my new tires had less tread than a typical new tire. And they cracked my hub cap while putting on the tires.This place needs to be shut down. Please go somewhere else and avoid all the headaches.

they took advantage of me because I am a girl they took my good tire turn around sold me used tire for $50 and than it had leak the next day i went back he replaced it again and the 2nd one had a slow leak be really careful they are crooks

I also, would give ZERO stars if I could. Went here for an alignment because I was in a hurry & didn t want to wait the couple weeks for my shop to do it. He drove off in my car came back & said he can not & will not do an alignment because I need some bolts replaced. I said ok how much he said over 600!!! My father is a mechanic so I know cars & knew that didn t sound right so I left. Took it somewhere else & they said there was nothing wrong and fixed my alignment. I feel because I am a woman 100 percent tried to take advantage of me. Do not waste your time or money. Horrible service!

I've been buying Tires here since I moved to Rancho, almost 5 years ago....I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and I'm usually out of there within 20-25 minutes. Employees- Efficient & Friendly

Guys there are pretty nice in general. They work super quick. Only thing I don't like is the price change. Had tires mounted for 1 price 1 time, next time they were $5 more per tire.

Quality Tire ripped me off! I went there to have my breaklights repaired. It took two days, although he said it would only be a few hours because the switch he replaced was not the problem, it was a fuse. Unfortunately, one break light in the center back window was not repaired, both side lights were dim AND I noticed he charged my account $150 when he told me $81.50. No invoice or receipt was provided. Attorney General, Consumer Protection, Better Business Bureau and a credit card disputes have been generated.

Quoted me $80 for a used tire with less than 30% tread because it was the only 265 they had, coming back tomorrow to get the last tire mounted paid $200 for 4 mount and balances they mounted only 3 didn t balance any and drove back on spare guy said come back with another tire we ll mount it for free gon make sure he also balances all 4 let s see he if holds his promise

do NOT go here!! i went here to get a tire replaced and to get an alignment. after i already paid and left i noticed my alignment was still extremely off, so i took it back and they said my bushings were bad so thats why it seemed like my alignment was off. today i took my car to Big O Tires to get a new set of tires and to have my bushings checked. they said my bushings were perfectly fine, and did the alignment with no problems. i paid $70 for an alignment they didn t even do!! literally avoid this place at all costs unless you re trying to get SCAMMED!

I went to this place on Saturday. They had a sign out describing 4 new tires for 200 dollars. I pulled up in my little Honda Accord. Told the guy I wanted 4 new tires. He asked me what kind of car I had. I told him Honda Accord. He said 300 plus 50 for labor and balancing. I asked him about the sign. He said that was for small size cars. I pointed at my car and said this is a small car. He said don't worry about what the sign says. Which was clearly marked with size 13,14,15,16 . They had the nerve to put a God Bless You Sale in the lying ass sign. Horrible business

I'd give them no stars if I could. I got tires last week from them. I got home that night and the air was low on one tire. So I pumped it. The air kept leaking, so I went back and brought it to their attention. They said I must have gotten a nail in the tire (no nail visible). They patched it but wouldn't replace the tire. He said, " your problem, not my problem".

in the place there is a person who is stealing, those who change tires give the price for each tire and there is a guy who later takes you to the office and tells you that the tire is worth 120 each, I do not recommend that you go to this place for yourtires, better go somewhere else

I was very pleased with the work they did on my van, I had blown a wheel bearing and it was pretty scary as I was driving with my grandson. I had to have my daughter come pick up my grandson and then have the van towed to their place of business. I was going to have to leave the van there overnight and was trying to figure out a way to get from the business in Rancho Cordova all the way to my house in Citrus Heights, and one of the employees offered to drive me home. He was very respectful and I thought it was just the nicest thing anyone could have done.

My tire went flat from a staple in the sidewall. I was hoping it would be able to be patched since I m pretty strapped for cash at the moment. Unfortunately after a solid attempt at patching it, my brand new tire was kaput. The owner was very kind and was able to give me a discount on another tire so I could get back on the road with the money I had. Really saved my life. I will definitely come here again when I can afford new tires!

What a joke and waste of my time. I called before to ask if they had a specific tire I needed in stock and they told me yes! Once I get there and waste 30 min sitting and waiting they finally come tell me they don't have them but they have these other ones that were the wrong size and tried to sell me those. I have no time in my day for liars!!!

I said I wanted to get two new front tires, and keep the right front tire. I did not get old tire. Where's the warranty information?

Had a slow leak in tire. Took it to quality tire. Turns out it was the tire valve. Great servise, great price.It took about 15 min. And it only cost me $10.00. Thanks Quality tire you guys are the best!
