Pep boys in Rancho does amazing work. Tim the store manager is always a pleasure in dealing with it. He always has fantastic customer service and a smile on his face. Mechanic Carl always fixes anything we need for our vehicles with no problem. I ve been coming here for years. Great shop to bring your vehicles too!

Called at 945. Got a call back around 1 they were in. Arrived and was immediately taken back for Tires. Installed and paid in a respectable amount of time. I was super shocked I got special ordered tires the same day. Friendly staff. Super friendly staff.

This is a great Pep Boys location. My favorite one to be exact. Tim has great work ethic serving everybody with speedy friendly service. Very personable and reliable. Super lucky for this location to be around the corner from my home, Thanks Pep Boys for always coming through

Nice staff. They found an auto battery replacement I need at a reasonable price. It's free installation. Unfortunately, the gentleman who installed my battery accidentally broke the retaining clip for my hood prop. Gave me $5 to buy the part from Autozone since they don't have it in stock. It's a minor mishap, but I got my replacement battery. Those batteries are heavy and should not be put anywhere on the car once removed.

I came in to purchase tires. Timothy Barman had ordered them ahead of time. Through absolutely no fault of his they were not there . He worked for several hours tracking them down. When they arrived he got them installed as quickly as possible. The whole time he was friendly and apologetic.

Shop online and purchase payment was super easy and simple on vacation from AZ. Then setting appointments was even easier where my car is in California location. Free maintenance check was nice info and service was fast and informative via online service tracker. Communication was great as I had to arrange for drop off and pick up by a family member as I was out of town and they kept my car over night to accommodate the pick up schedule.

I got new tires last March and went to get them rotated somewhere else. Unfortunately, the lug nut was cross threaded so I had to come back to Pep Boys so they could fix it. The employee, Ricky D, was so polite and helpful. He reassured me they would get it fixed without hesitation. Pep Boys needs more employees like him.

Pep Boys in Rancho Cordova do amazing work. The manager there Tim has amazing customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. Carl, the mechanic does good work. I ve been coming here for quite some time with all my vehicles and will continue to use this Pep Boys location in Rancho as long as the amazing services Tim and Carl have provided continue! Great work!!

The shop is reliable for me. The crew works well and quick. I wait at the shop and its standard with no concerning issues. Always check out for coupons when using Pep Boys!

I had called in this morning to schedule oil change appt. Spoke to Ricky who had schedule an appt the time he had given to me. When I went for my appt. He said I don t have appt. Which didn t make sense to me. Rude and unprofessional. After I had got my service, I asked if they have discount coupons I usually use it when I get my service, they usually have it online. He remark was people abuse senior citizen discount. I m not sure why he say those remarks someone who isn t using senior discount. I usually use coupons they put it for all of their clients. Well I been get service at this same location almost 10 years. I must say I m not returning back. Customer service was unprofessional.

Needed a battery replaced in a rental I was driving, and despite many exasperating delays from that company, Orfil went out of his way to make that happen. It was past closing when everything got done (with valuables assistance from John), and Orfil remained so kind and professional. I have now, finally, found a great place to bring my own car for repairs etc. Thank you very much!

I had an excellent experience at pep boys yesterday. I had a flat tire. They quickly found the leak and repaired it. I was in and out within an hour. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

Took my Sicon in for a brake inspection and there was no charge for the inspection. Tim was very helpful and informed me of the process, so I had no surprises. Also everyone else I came in contact with was very professional and helpful.

Tim the service writer (I didn't get his last name but Corp will know who he is lol) was super helpful, very friendly and communicated any changes to the pricing that was initially quoted.Work was done pretty quickly... I didn't have to wait very long for my truck to get an oil change and brake job.If you need an oil change or brakes, this is where you should go.**** DEFINITELY GOING BACK ****It's a little out of the way, but definitely worth the drive. Oh and by the way, the bench outside... love it.

Avoid this location and maybe all of Pep Boys. The technician (R icky) was bragging about being high at work. Smoked cigarettes in my vehicle and had to go check the car for his pack of smokes when I picked it up. It was a routine tire change and for some reason he took apart my engine compartment and looked around for more stuff to have them fix . It was a tire change for gods sake. The vehicle was in perfect working condition when I dropped it off. Now it has severe engine damage. They said they were not busy and it would be done in an hour, but I ended up having to call them 4 hours later and they said they would start to work on it. Aside from complaining to the bureau of automotive repair, the better business bureau, and consumer affairs I m assuming I m stuck with the damage the technician did to my car. But I will be seeking legal action when I get me car out of the shop. Avoid this place like the plague.

I went in to find out how much it would cost to replace my motor mounts. However, after looking carefully, they told me I didn't have to replace them until more time goes by! Other mechanical-related shops would have lied to me and probably even over-charged me! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for being honest, considerate and welcoming! Deb Rogers
