Having my car repaired at Kniesel s Collision Shop was an absolute game-changer. Their expertise and precision in fixing the damage caused by the deer collision were beyond exceptional. Not only did they restore my car to its pre-accident condition, but the speed of their service was astounding. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process and keeping me updated on the progress. The attention to detail and the final result left me awestruck I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. This shop was probably the best auto body shop I have experienced. I was greeted on the phone by Kurt, and he went above and beyond to fit me in with a next day appointment. Upon arriving, the front desk greeted me with a warm welcome, and I was seen on time for my estimate. Kurt did a great job educating me on the damage and guided me on a clear path to the next steps in the process of my claim. He was very personable and friendly, and even though my truck was old, he was very detailed with his level of care. I will be returning here with any other vehicles that may get damaged and will refer my network to this shop. Thanks, Kniesels Collision, for making my trip worth it and making me feel very valued as a customer.

The entire team at Kniesel's Collision at Rancho Cordova were incredibly helpful working through a complicated situation when our car was involved in an accident out of state. My wife & I recently had the pleasure (yes that's possible at a collision center) of dealing with Bryan & Nicole. They are both high communicators with a can-do attitude. Over the course of a few days, they were able to refer us to a near by rental car agency, who gave us VIP service, as well as order the parts to get our truck back on the road to our home in San Diego. They delivered 5 Star service, as well as being personable & compassionate. Bryan was great to explain clearly what he thought the car would need and the process of ordering parts, working with our insurance and keeping us informed. The work was done earlier than we thought and it looks like new. Also- the shop looks great

My experience was so outstanding. Nicole is such a wonderful woman. So kind. She is efficient. Brian, the inspector, was also great. They worked with me in not having to file two insurance claims. For years now I have been taking my families cars to Artistic Collision. They always do excellent work. I have never had a problem with any of the work that they have done. They are always quick and have the vehicles ready on time.As an insurance agent I see all kinds or autobody repair shops. Many of them do what they say and just get the cars back to the owners. I also see horrible shops that have delay after delay not to mention that the quality of the work is adequate at best. In 15 years of recommending them I have never had one complaint from my policy holders. I get compliment after compliment at how great they are. Many of these families choose to drive longer distances to get to Artistic because of the work that they do.Brian and his team go above and beyond to restore vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. They take high end vehicles that require great attention to detail as well as older cars that might have a few road miles and make them look amazing. Whatever the problem that you may have with one of your vehicles take it to Brian/Artistic Collision first and see the difference a truly professional shop makes.Service: Body & Trim

Artistic collision was wonderful. Our car was hit and was in bad shape. My husband and i were looking for honesty and quality and we got it. Would recommend. The owner Brian is a stand-up guy. Great work. Car Looks new

These guys do phenomenal work! I brought my ex's car here about two years ago when it was hit on the drivers side and was very impressed with the job they did. I went back last month when someone hit me in my car when I was stopped at a light. They do outstanding work, they are professional and very pleasant to deal with, and they took care of every aspect of getting my car fixed including dealing with the insurance companies, calling the rental car place, etc., and made it very easy for me. I won't go anywhere else for my collision repair needs and I would highly recommend Brian and this shop.

After being rear-ended, i got a couple quotes and from the first intial call Bryan was very helpful. He looked at my car and gave me my best option.My car was there for 2-3 days and the results are amazing! Thank you for the great customer service and phenomenal work. I would return if I needed anything in the future.

The initial physical work was fine. I had to take my truck back twice for debris and orange peel in the paint. I now have swirls in the paint and will find someone else to fix out of pocket

Artistic is just what the word says! The showrooms speaks volumes as to what you will be getting here; meticulous & artistic work. Brian & his father have accomplished that feat hands down. They do not only a great job, keep you informed via text messages, call when they have concerns, and are in everyone a pleasure to work with. Only complaint is it is difficult to locate, the shop sits back off the street, but remember it's just next door to Phillips.Thank you for the wonderful repair on my car, Kayla.
