Do NOT BUY at this Place! I was going to purchase a transmission, was told it was in stock, I later get a call from LEE, that they have it still but need to change a casing and if I was okay with sending my core before hand , so they can swap it out. My transmission got picked up and later receive call that the one they had was damaged and can repair mine for 1150 total cost everything, I agreed. They asked for payment over phone I did not feel comfortable paying anything without having in writing what our transaction was agreed upon. I was skeptical and I was correct, they were charging more than agreed upon by $102, I called said that is not what we talked about, they would not honor price agreed, asked for my transmission back, and they offered to send other transmission in its place because the "Had Already Done Work" which is questionable considering I was told no work would be done until they received initial deposit, I still have not received my transmission. I read other comments with same story, Its there business model very Unethical and Sleezy.

These people have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We ordered a transmission that was supposed to have less than 80k miles, it was bad, so the requested that it get shipped back, they took fore ever to send the truck to pick it up. Then they sent us the exact same transmission back Then they tried to talk us into paying more money and getting a rebuilt transmission. So 2 months later, I still don't have a full refund. I will never buy from them again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Said they had the engine, then it was the wrong engine. Sent pictures and Vin Number. No problem, it will be here tomorrow. That was four (4) weeks ago. Required $500.00 deposit, have been trying to get my deposit for three (3) days. Still has not refunded my credit card after telling me they would do it. Wasted my valuable time with worthless promises.

zero stars really. i called they said they had the part, drove 2 hours over. the owner is a persian man and he is every negative stereotype of a persian you have ever heard. he first asked me where i had driven from and when i told him i could tell he knew he could screw me over because that meant i drove too far to go back empty handed. he didn't have the part but wanted me to pay $300 and then they would look for the part and if they didn't have it he would ship it.So why tell me you had it on the phone? Worse yet when he said $300, i knew the part wasn't worth any more than $50 and i knew he had pulled $300 out of his ass so i asked if he would accept $100 and he just laughed and walked away into the next room. That was it, what a way to do business, i spent 4 hours of my time and gas driving their on his word that he had the part. Never again, the man is scum, learn from my mistake their are other places in the area who would appreciate your business.

I located a hood for my 2000 Cadillac at KHS Dismantling. The staff was very courteous and provided me with all the info I needed including pictures of the hood. I purchased the item on a Saturday and received it a week later on a Monday. The item was packed very well and shipped directly to my home.The price was very competitive and the item was delivered as promised. Took my '04 Chrysler PT cruiser in for engine swap but decided not to get the work done but I made that choice quickly on the next day. No lingering around. The owner was cool and returned my car with no charge so was thankful. ps Tony was very nice to give me ride all the way to downtown Sacramento.

Highly disappointed. Unprofessional jerks with attitude problems. I got quoted the same price on a motor with 87k and 95k, I committed to the 87k engine. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told to hang tight while they take it down off the rack. After waiting at the counter for an hour I asked what's taking so long, the sales rep Chris said they are getting the deliveries out first and that's priority. To pass time I asked for the Vin # to the engine I'm buying, I ran Carfax...guess what? The engine has 187 thousand miles! I confronted the rep and said I don't want this one, sell me the other motor with 95k, asked for the vin on the second one, He absolutely REFUSED to do so, told me either I buy the first one or he won't sell me anything at all!!! Really??? I walked out frustrated and will never ever step foot in there again! Obviously they lie and didn't want me finding out the real mileage on both the motors was falsely advertised. Stay away, read all the reviews, all negative.

My car was hit and run while parked in front of my house just out of range of video so no license plate was recorded, and I don't have full coverage so I needed to take care of the repair myself as efficiently as possible. I needed to replace the hood, headlights, and other front end parts. KHS came up in an online search for having the parts, but was the only parts place that also offers repair, which I ended up needing because part of the frame was also bent so I couldn't just replace all of the parts myself and have them align correctly. They did a great job on the repair, and because they already had the parts the job was done two days later. They're really knowledgeable and honest. I'll be looking for parts there first from now on.

Stay away! I repeat stay away I waited over two hours for an alternator when i ask what is taking so long, the owner asked for my credit card back so he can give me a refund because this is not walmart. i replied "i would prefer the part". the owner replied " thenwait." So i waited another half hour just to here they don't have it. 2 1/2 hours wasted for nothing. to make a long story short they suck and do not deserve your business.

This is probably the worst experience I had with any recycle center. So first, I called in for an alternator for my car. So I gave them the specifics for my car (year,make,model), but they still gave me the wrong part! After that, I called in and told them that I received the wrong part. Although they acknowledged it was their mistake, they still did not give me a full refund for their own MISTAKE! It speaks for itself that they can't get the part right. With that being said, I would never pay another dime to this piece of crap place and I wish no one else does either.

Excellent prices, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Plan on a wait for your parts as they are often busy, but they are worth the wait. I purchased a replacement liftgate for my 96 4-runner for $350 (saving $1000 over the quoted price for a used one from a body shop) a replacement leather seat with electric motor, full function, not tears for $100. Threw in a replacement retractable cupholder for $20 that sells on ebay for $80.

KHS DISMANTLERS IS TERRIBLEAVOID THIS COMPANY ANY ANY LENGTHS NECESSARY! Seriously, I truly pray that NO ONE ever has to go through this company for ANYTHING. Not only was their customer service EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, but I ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THEM FOR A FRAUDULENT CHARGE THAT THEY REFUSED TO REVERSE!!! They wrongly charged my account for $1,100 and did not attempt to refund it, at all, let alone ever actually call me back, as they said they would (twice). They said there was, "nothing they could do about it", even though the charge was never supposed to go though in the first place... Now the vacation that the kids were promised over a month ago, is cancelled, due to their INCOMPETENCE AND COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THANKS A LOT KHS! I HOPE YOU GET SUED.

I got a part and the part was obviously old and it didn t work, when I wanted to return it they refused. They have everything but it s all lie they got nothing and their prices are expensive... the people who works there are rude as if you re entering a grave yard! Bad service and not recommended at all!

The owner is a dirtbag. Do yourself a favor go some where else. You will get scammed one way or another at KHS. Don't waste your money and don't support low lifes like this.All you got to do is scroll down this page you'll see that they had to give themselves a good review on here. If that don't tell you what you need to know, then nothing will.

These guys went out of their way to help me solve a problem that was in no way related to them, I am extremely grateful and impressed that such good willed people still exist. 100% would recommend KHS to any one in the Sacramento area.

Very rude and very unorganized. Cussed out another customer in front of me. I wish i never came here! They have the parts but they charge to much. I will go to Autogator in Rosevile better!!! I wish u could give negative stars

A COMPLETE DISGRACE TO THE AUTOMOTIVE COMMUNITY, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS RUNNING A CHOP SHOP.THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BEFORE THEY KNOW WHAT PART YOU WANT, AND THEN WILL PROMISE TO GET YOU THAT PART AT A SPECIFIC TIME AND THEN WHEN YOU GO TO GET YOUR PART THEY WILL NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKED IDIOTS THAT CANT EVEN WALK A STRAIGHT LINE IF IT DEPENDED ON THEIR LIFE

Owner is a liar and a thief,I was burned for over a thousand dollars,and my vehicle was badly damaged by their forklift and was not honored or even acknowledged,most parts ate outsourced from pick n pull and prices are hiked up,I would recommend definitely 100% go somewhere else
