Took over 2 hours for service.Cabin filter was checked but not replaced.Cabin filter bracket was not replaced correctly causing my glove bo. Not to close.I ve taken many vehicles to this location ( work and personal ). This was the worst of them all. Asked for a vehicle inspection from the beginning but wasn t done and had to wait another 48 mins.There should be no yelling between employees about services done on vehicles so that customers hear every word. All this did is bring more attention to the job that was being done!!!!

It was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube everyone was awesome. They explained everything to me and was so kind. I was looking for a place to have my car serviced. The Manager talked to me and told me about all the services Jiffy Lube has. Thank you for servicing me car. GOD BLESS all of you.

yeah service is fair, they didnt vaccum my car or cleaned my windshield but i guess he was honest about the filters wich is great over all the prices are gettting a little too high they are over pricing things

This is the second time at this location and it s been great. Xavier was really personable and friendly while checking me in. He was very kind and genuine throughout my whole visit. It s quite refreshing especially when i feel great customer service, everywhere has declined. His great service is the reason why I will be a repeat customer.

Super pissed got an oil change . Oil change was fine price was great . Services was great . Now I m down the street at home and I have a flat tire big piece of metal . Good thing I am only 3 mins away .

The sevice here was outstanding. I have a fleet vehicle and the manager new exactly how to handle the paperwork and get me through quickly. I had tried to use the Firestone on Folsom and they were completely unhelpful and even rude. The team here made me fell like the were happy I was there. I wish I wold ave gotten the manager's name so I can give him glory. Great Job!!!!

This was my first time at this jiffy lube on Zinfandel. They offered the Tire rotation. I agreed. But they did not air my tires and there was a nail in my tire. I was disappointed to see they didn t catch that. West Sacramento will be my normal and future Jiffy Lube center.

Fuhrman and Randy are awesome and I'm glad to have them on my car care team! This Jiffy Lube is full service and I've been taking both my cars there for years. This is the 3rd car I have brought to this location...for a reason. Staff are always friendly, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and the service is fast. Not to mention that the whole facility is squeaky clean...even the restrooms.Thank you!

Super friendly and attentive staff. They work quickly and are very thorough. You can't beat their prices for service, plus I don't have to worry about leaving my car at a shop all day - they finished my oil change in less than an hour. Will be back for my next service!

Extremely friendly & professional. However, when I got home & actually read my receipt it said I declined vacuum and window wash. I did not decline. Would've loved at least a quick vacuum of the floorboard. I noticed they vacuumed the car ahead of me. 5 stars down to a 4, unfortunately.

I'm a previous customer from edh juffy lube I've started coming to this location in rancho cordova because manager Randy transferred here. Randy goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe and will tell you like it is. No worries about upcharge here. 10/10

I arrived at 7:50am and they were already working on 3 cars. My car was taken in within 15 min. and I was out the door in an hour. They were very proffessional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely be going back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was glad to hear that they could recharge my AC; unfortunately, recharge didn't solve the problem and I'll have to return tomorrow another appointment. Again, I'm glad they should be able to fix it soon. It's hot outside!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I did an oil change and tire rotation. Was told the rear driver brake pad needed to be replaced because it was at .5 mm.Other brake pads were fine. 6-8mm. Was told the rear driver needed to be replaced asap, which for a pair of brake pads would be $200-300. My car is 2 years old and 30k miles. The analysis didn't make sense. I got a second opinion from the Carmichael jiffy lube and they confirmed the rear driver brake pad was fine at 7mm.The lack of analysis here wasted my time and would've cost me an unnecessary brake pad replacement. I don't trust this shop.Service: Oil change

I was very pleased with the fast and wonderful service I received. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in detail and in a way that made it o easy to understand. I was given details on the break service I will soon need. I would most definitely recommend this shop and the company in general to others. Thanks for the great service. It was my first time ever using Jiffy Lube therefore - did not know what to expect. Arrived some 10 min before the opening time (noticed two cars ahead of me). Promptly at 7:30AM (opening time) very pleasant Jiffy Lube employee welcomed me and briefly explained how it works at their location. few min later another employee "checked me in". Waited about 45 min (in waiting room) - and all was done (oil, oil filter, air filter plus general inspection). Reasonably quick, reasonably priced and good quality and pleasant service. Will definitely keep them on my "preferred" business/location list for all my oil change etc needs.Service: Oil change

Their customer service was on point, I would really like to commend Xzavier for being so polite and remembering customers names. The service was great and affordable and I even got a discount. Will definitely be returning for future services.

Everyone was friendly. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. I was told where to put my car. They checked me in and told me the wait time. Less then an hour. I took a walk with my friend to the coffee shop down a block. They called when my car was ready and they told me when I got back what was needed, but that I could wait for a couple more oil changes before I needed it. They washed my car and vacuumed the Matt's, which was nice cause I'm going for a long drive soon. Theyy walked me to my car to make sure I was happy. I was very happy with the happy, and fast service. Thank you to each one of the team. And no I'm not paid for this review. 1/17/23. Linda HServices: Tires, Oil change
