Girlfriend's 2016 Nissan kicked a timing chain at 71,028 miles. Needed an engine asap. Spoke with Sergio at H&M, whom was very friendly. Got me a great deal on an engine with only 19k miles and offered car fax/vin to show proof of the mileage. I just installed the engine and she runs perfectly! I own a repair shop in Loomis and this business will be my first phone call if I'm needing another engine, transmission, whatever they have that I need.

I ve been coming here for close to 15 years now. I am on my second Mazda, and I d rather make the drive to come here and get the parts then purchase them new. You get quality parts for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this business, very few businesses still exist that offer excellent customer service and this is one of them.

well, I just want to start off saying how thankful I am for these guys, not only did I need a new engine but they went out of there way to replace my drive belt also, with no extra charge just as a courtesy . I expressed how this is my only vehicle and Greg went above and beyond to get it beck to me QUICK! I mean as a customer that means a lot . The compassion he showed to my situation was extremely nice and I will always be thankful of him. So thank you very much Greg!!

What a wonderful experience! My Mazda had a few issues and these guys were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to get me the needed parts. I will definitely be back here again!

Came to purchase an engine at first ended up giving the wrong year they still went out there way to make sure I was taken care of and on my way with the correct one..Honestly very much appreciated and took care of me even though I was at fault beyond what I expected on customer service

i bought a car from them. they told me the registration was payed for on the car and it wasn t i went into dmv and they said the registration was started but never finished. i came to get my tires balanced and the cords in the tires were exploded and im having to replace two tires on my fourth day of having the car.

The workers where extremely nice and helpful with everything I needed. They helped me fined the parts I needed and had me out in just a few minutes! I highly recommend anyone In need of parts to go here! Very impressed with their services.

These guys are awesome. They really go out of their way to take care of their customers in a big way. If you need something for your car, these guys will do whatever they can to keep you taken care of. Just ask, you won't be sorry.

Stopped here by chance, fellas in the office are very friendly and helpful. Great selection of Mazda parts lots of other make models sitting around, will definitely return.

I have only wonderful things to say about this business. The person that helped me his name was Greg. He found my part sent me a picture of it to verify it was the correct one and then sent me a picture of the package ready for shipping with the tracking number. Absolute professional service. Will definitely give this place more of my business in the future. You should as well!

Great place for a variety of auto parts and accessories! I come here personally for the miata parts and accessories. Talk to Gary he is the best! As of 10/5/22 H&M auto parts is hands down the best place in town for miata parts and accessories. They also carry a plethora of import car parts like Honda or Mazda. My experiences here have always been positive and the crew working are always helpful and make you feel welcome

Greg and the other guys at H&M Auto Parts were so helpful. I was recommended by another auto parts store in Rancho Cordova and I am absolutely thrilled with the service I was provided! They had plenty of options for me to chose from and I am pleased with my purchase. All the questions I had were answered and the customer service was great!!!! I will definitely be coming back for any other Mazda parts I may need.

Greg was awesome! I showed up and asked if they carried two items, one for my Honda and one for my daughter's. Greg checked quickly and confirmed they didn't have them. Immediately, he called the local dealer to check to see if they had them and the prices. After confirming with me that I wanted them at the price quoted, he offered to have them shipped to H&M. Greg gave me quite a deal. The parts worked and he even installed one for me. The customer service was amazing and I'll be back to H&M for anything I might need for my Hondas. Thank you, Greg for all your help! You are great!

Excellent staff, had to pick up an oil pan and they had it up front waiting when I got there. Very good pricing too. Definitely coming back when I need more parts.

Recently I had purchased a D16Y7 Honda motor from this business and when I received the motor I had my mechanic look at it and he said the the motor had over heated at some point so I called the business back and explained to them what was the situation they told me the engine had never overheated and to assure that they would never sell me a bad motor but after a week of it in and driving it it had overheated and it s the cause of a bad headgasket so I ve spent 1088.75 for a bad motor and I m gonna pay 1200 more just to fix this a waste of my time, money, and trust will never use this business again

I went to get a trunk lid for Civic and it was not perfect so they gave me a good deal and bought some really nice aftermarket wheels. Are very happy with the prices. Thanks for being a friendly auto parts dismantler

Wish I could give like negative 10 starts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 3 Pieces of glass from this company on April 20th. First they took a week to get me the glass. then one of them the moulding is broken. so I send it back and they said they have another one and will send it out immediately. I wait a week and havent see it so I call the guy Sergio who I was talking originally wasnt there and I found out that they didnt send it out. so the guy that told me that said he would take care of it... I wait two days and then call... Sergio is there. Tells me they still haven't sent it out.... So He says it will get sent out that day.... I call a few days later and GUESS WHAT..... IT STILL HASNT LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I start calling Sergio every day. On 5-15-18 He gives me a tracking number. I wait until the 16th to track it. GUESS WHAT..... It didnt leave. So I call Sergio and he tells me It will leave that day.... So I wait until the 17TH. and GUESS WHAT.... the tracking number still says the same thing.... SO I call and he said "let me call the shipping company and Ill call right back".... Hours go by.... NO call its almost 5:00pm which is when they close so I call him... he tells me that it will be here today 05-18-18..... I call back today (05-18-18) and of course Sergio isn't there... Gary answers the phone and tells me he needs to go check something and he would call me back... he did call me back but told me that they dont have another one and never did and had to refund my money...... I mean seriously..... you couldnt have told me that to begin with..... That is what you call HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....UPDATESo the owner of the company contacted me and apologized. He gave me a full refund offered to send me the other one for free and let me keep the other two pieces of glass. Even though it was late it was very much appreciated.

Bad customer service, went twice & didn't get what I needed because of rudeness & no respect to a customer waiting in front of them while they chitchat. Also, Hollander prices were different (lower) than what they asked for in person.
