They were very polite the staff does explain to you what you need done to your vehicle! I think they are a little pricey but at least the the head manager didn't want to charge if I wanted to come for them to recheck their work! I'm still having a little bit of problems that may need to be looked at! I'm glad I can bring back my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan @ No charge

Went to do a credit card transaction with store manager Johnny, while I was there I also had the tires on my new vehicle inspected, employee Phong was very nice, helpful and professional! He explained the condition of my tires and the proper air pressure! I was in and out super fast and this is my second time in this particular store. I can say with all confidence that, I will be returning for all my services and purchases from Firestone at this particular store where they are very professional and knowledgeable about proper car maintenance and of course tires! I highly recommend to all to come here for your automotive service needs!

Did a wonderful job, fast and super nice. I got to my vacation destination like a breeze and I look forward to getting more services done by them like new brakes knowing this place is super reliable is worth my money and I appreciate them and their hard work. Thank you Rancho Firestone

Not too happy with these guys today. Currently renting a car which at a blowout on the freeway. Had my rep call amd confirm they had my tire before coming here.Come here to find out that they evidently don't have the tire in stock and effectively tell me it's too much work to get that tire size in.Thankfully the Big O down the way is willing to put in the work to get it in shop within the hour. Recommend skipping this place as it doesn't seem to be sympathetic towards it'd customers.

Very helpful and friendly. Wasn't pushy when I refused upsells. Prices for 2 tires were comparable to other businesses. Had a blowout on one tire and replaced two so they would be same wear. It was an emergency and I was out the door in about an hour. Also being open at 7am was extremely helpful. I will be going back and wd recommend this business to anyone who needs this type of quick service. 3 thumbs up

The employees were nice enough however, it took three hours for an oil change once they got it on the rack. The synthetic oil change was an outrageous $125 after a $15 coupon. You can get the exact same oil change at Walmart for $60, and it s usually done in 30 minutes.

car alignment scam...they first had to check for problems that would cause it not to be able to align properly, so i informed them it had damage to a specific part of the frame and they determined cant be aligned due the same damage i already told them about before they checked it and still took the keys and checked it and charged me for something i already knew about... Dont go they are slimey.

Returned yesterday for an oil change and was denied because my truck was too large, an f-150 extra cab with a long bed a regular work truck. I have had an oil change done on this exact vehicle just a few months ago and brought a co worker to have the oil changed on his truck just a few weeks ago as well. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Everytime I try to get my vehicle serviced here they are rude and tell me the wait is too long. When I try to make an appointment they say just drop my car off and let them have it all day. Who can leave their car all day? I am willing to wait a couple hours for the work to get done. The service writers up front just don't want to deal with the paperwork. A DM needs to put pressure on this team. My company has a fleet contract with them. Jiffy Lube never gives me hassle.

Customer service is a joke especially that bald tall guy. I schedule a time we i got there got me a 2 hour backed up time and to make it worst the service i placed wasnt even what i schedule my car for. Guy seemed irritated and bad responses so i was lost a customer to jiffy lube

Good with getting car done same day and customer service. But price for small issue was excessive. Part was 3 time the amount of what I had before. I believe it was a rip off of cost when / if I could, I would have waited to go to my normal mechanic for hundreds of dollars cheaper.

We take both of our vehicles here for tiers, oil changes, and other repairs. All the staff has always been very helpful. I can't remember all the techs names but Adam had almost been the person who we check in with and is always very pleasant. Today he even explained why something originally failed on inspection but was actually fine. He had no problem admitting what happened. It was an honest and harmless thing. I feel like other places would have tried to cover it up or replace something that didn't need to be since it was approved to replace. We will definitely continue to come back. Firestone is good for tires but they lie about stuff that not wrong with your car they wanted about 3,000 dollars to work on my car i brought it home and picked the parts on my car for $350 dollars and my car runs great

FIRESTONE HAD SO MANY MISTAKES DEALING WITH MY VEHICLE BUT I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE.THIS YEAR DECEMBER 11, 2023, I HAD SOME ISSUES SO I CALLED AAA TO TOW MY VEHICLE TO 10407 FOLSOM BOULEVARD, RANCHO CORDOVA CALIFORNIA 95670 FIRESTONE ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE AND COMPLETE, THAT WAS A LIE! MY RADIATOR WAS FLUSHED BUT THERE WAS NO COOLANT! IN THE RADIATOR! AND THE RESERVOIR! I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I PAYED $1,544.35! THEY COULD HAVE BLOWN MY ENGINE! CALLED JOHN THE MANAGER AND REPORTED WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND HE BLEW ME OFF WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT, LIKE I WAS NOTHING! THEREAFTER JOHN THE MANAGER SAYS THAT I CAN'T HELP YOU TODAY WHICH WAS A SUNDAY, SAYS NO ONE IS HERE @ THE SHOP, AGAIN, HE LIES AGAIN! I'VE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE! THE WAY JOHN TREATED ME. HE REALLY SHOWED ME THE REAL HIM. I WILL NEVER IN LIFE GO BACK TO THAT PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT EVER!!!! NO WAY! THEY TREAT WOMEN LIKE WE'RE SPINELESS! FIRESTONE WILL NEVER GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY EVER! I THOUGHT JOHN BEING THE MANAGER WOULD RESOLVE THE SITUATION PROMPTLY BUT HE DID NOTHING BUT RAISE HIS VOICE & I FELT LIKE I WAS UNDER ATTACK! YOU WORK IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE PEOPLE COME & GO BUT TO TREAT ME WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT, WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL @ ALL! HE TALKED TO ME LIKE I THE CUSTOMER WAS WRONG FOR TELLING JOHN THE ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE, SO SAD YOU WOULD THINK ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DIDN'T PUT COOLANT IN MY RESERVOIR & RADIATOR, YOU WOULD SAY, OH I'M SO SORRY THAT THIS HAPPENED TO YOU BUT I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY FROM JOHN THE MANAGER @ FIRESTONE. I PAID CASH MONEY IN FULL. I THOUGHT HE JOHN WAS A NICE INDIVIDUAL BUT HE REALLY FOOLED ME I'M NOT HAPPY HOW ALL OF THIS TURNED OUT. HE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I MAY NOT KNOW A LOT OF MAINTENANCE ON MY VEHICLE BUT I DO KNOW WHEN YOU FLUSH A RADIATOR, YOU MUST PUT COOLANT IN THE RADIATOR OR IF YOU DON'T, YOUR ENGINE WILL BLOW.

Not your neighborhood store, had a tire I needed patched. They refused and offered $125 dollar new tire. Asked about changing spare and they refused with some garbage about we don't do that. Took my business down the road and got my tire patched for $20 in about 30 minutes. I wouldn't buy tires here if I had to.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Do not go to this location. I have taken my truck to several shops and never had a problem taking the tires off, yes there is a special tool to get them off, but if you are a mechanic you would think to have one. So needless to say the job I took it in for couldn t get done. Also my A/C worked when I took it in there and when they couldn t do the front end inspection I called them back to tell them not to do anything because they are incompetent. Now for some odd reason my A/C is blowing warm, they claim they did nothing to the A/C but it isn t a coincidence that now it s blowing warm. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP THEY WILL SCREW IT UP.

I took a Mini Cooper here on aug 2nd to repair a leaking valve cover gasket that had just been replaced by another Firestone store which charged me a massive amount. They put in a new gasket but said the cover was cracked, still leaking, and it's not their fault and they will do no more. The staff here is rude and condescending, especially to women.

The rude man mentioned in the reviews is real. I don't get it. We choose this place for a service and you treat us like !xscsc! and with an unreasonable attitude. I will never visit the location on Folsom Blvd again. I went to another competitor after my recent visit. I am going to cancel my credit card with this company. You don't deserve my business if you can't teach your front desk employees how to be nice and kind. Extremely disappointed.

After today I wish I could give a Zero star review. A Firestone tech preformed labor to center up tie rod ends to realign the steering wheel on 5/14/23. The tech didn t torque the retaining nuts to proper specifications. This caused the retaining nut to work loose causing a popping noise during turning of the steering wheel to make turns into parking spaces and u turns. This drivability issue had gotten worse over the last few weeks and caused me to have another shop diagnosis the steering and suspension systems on 8/28/23. The second shop noticed the problem and to my displeasure I approved the repair order. The second shop took pictures of what they found and attached them to an online repair order approval request. I have copies of the pictures. The lack of task thoroughness on the technicians part could have cause a major safety issue with the drivability of the vehicle that transports myself, my wife and seven kids on a daily basis. The labor charge that Firestone charged me didn t include a warranty on the work preformed. The charge from the second shop to preform the work that Firestone didn t thoroughly complete made me pay for the job twice. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Firestone ever again and that is sad because I ve been a Firestone customer for over 20 years and now no one in my family will be returning to this Firestone. Be careful with this place, they'll do the work you ask for but they'll also try to upcharge you left and right for things you don't need because they "feel like it might be a good idea" which I suppose is technically right because having brand new everything on a car is always good, but is it necessary? No. They try to take advantage of people's lack of knowledge and you really can't trust anything they say, it almost feels like maybe they'll get in trouble if they don't try to sell you another service, I'm not sure, but just take what they suggest with a grain of salt...Service: Oil change

Went there for broken light bulbs. The Advisor Johnny took a look and found the connection was loose and fixed it for free. He also adjusted the tire pressure complimentarily.
