This tire center is great. I have taken all my cars here for tire related service. Have gotten tires replaced as new purchase and under warranty, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) checked and replaced, tire condition examined, tire rotation, and even bought my replacement car batteries here.Their service is top notch. Always friendly and able to answer any tire related questions. Pao and his staff are great to deal with. I've never had a bad experience.I highly recommend planning ahead, going online, and making an appointment. The place stays pretty busy and it would be difficult to drop in to get work done unless you're okay with leaving the car there for several hours. With an appointment, you go do your Costco shopping while they work on your car. When you're done with your Costco shopping, your car will be ready for you. I had a great experience here after a bad experience at the Expo Costco.A tire from we bought from Costco had some sidewall damage, and when the Expo location said it was cosmetic only and gave us an attitude, the Rancho location replaced it no problem and even said customer service first. Cosmetic or not, it was debatable, but I would not have felt comfortable having my wife and kids drive on it for another 50,000 miles.

The level of service this Tire Center delivers is worth a Costco membership, by itself. I got an amazing deal on 4 Michelin tires, and when one of them picked up a nail, they patched it, checked and filled all 4 to the proper tire pressure, and got me back on the road in less than 25 minutes. They do what they say, and they do it right. Always watch for their next promotion, because it's absolutely worth it.

Excellent service!! When I had a flat tire, I thought it would be a terrible day. But Alex was super friendly (despite being busy with other customers), and helped me find the right tire for my truck. Amazingly, they had it in stock and went ahead and changed the tire for me right away, even though it was late and almost closing time. Very fast service and they even put the spare tire back under the truck. I left feeling so lucky and grateful - great experience all around!!

I used to like coming to the Costco Tire Center in Rancho Cordova because they were seldom busy and you could get new tire installs or tire rotations done quickly, in and out. Bada-boom, bada-bing!I took my car in on Thursday, still not busy, guy said it would take 2 hours since I didn t have an appointment. I looked over into their garage and there was only one car being serviced at the time. He said a lot of people with appointments would be showing up any moment now. I was thinking hmmm really?I proceeded to Costco to kill some time. After spending probably 30 minutes in the store, I came out and saw my car was still outside. I waited for about 45 minutes before I received a call saying my car was done. I asked the girl, who apparently was the supervisor, why it took so long to call me. She said she had to put out fires, that s why she didn t have time to call me.This is the absolute worst run Costco tire center in Sacramento. I saw one employee sitting on the computer, who could have called, and a couple others not doing much else. I definitely won t be buying my tires here again!

Went in on a Monday needing tires. They were running a special and Frederick was super helpful and looked for ways to save me money. They didn t have my tires in stock so they ordered them and I was surprised to receive a call later the same day saying they received my tires and wanted to schedule an appointment for installation. Went in at my scheduled time, they were busy but the supervisor stepped right up and took care of me! Couldn t ask for better customer service and faster installation! Very professional and Courteous crew! Thanks for everything!

Went in today with a damaged tire... no appointment. They got me in right away and had me out the door in no time! Friendly staff. Very responsive. And the best part... NO CHARGE! Thanks Costco! I'll be back when I need new tires. Excellent customer service!

When I picked up my car from getting a flat repaired, first sign that I received substandard service was when I opened my car door and a bloody napkin was on the drivers seat. Second sign was not everything was put back in place in the trunk. Third sign was the TPMS system was only working on 2 out of 4 tires. 4th sign was the tires were overfilled. I called the manager, ended up talking with Brian, he flat out denied responsibility for a bloody napkin on the drivers seat. I can t believe that a paying customer would call to complain about something and the manager would fail to accept any responsibility. My mind is blown. I find the managers response completely unacceptable. Unfortunately that scratches Costco off the list of companies who I can trust to install or maintain tires.

Zero Stars ..Avoid This Location came in for tire rotation under warranty had appointment @10 was told a 10 min job should take 1 hour , waited the hour and came back and said something and then they want to start and Fredrick proceeded to say I m not going to work that fast while laughing like my time is a joke

Highly recommend this shop for the great service and tire knowledge. They were accommodating and mindful of my time and needs. Supervisor Alex specifically went above and beyond, and made sure to keep me updated with the status of my car.

Bought 4 tires online and set up an appointment to have them installed. I went my SO to drop off the car and arrived 5 minutes before the appointment instead of the recommended 15 minutes before (though my appointment was at 10am and they open at 10). Place looked fairly clean.Not a surprise there were already 2 people waiting ahead of me. It took about 20 minutes to set those two people up since they were walk-ins and the front service looked like he was new. We didn't mind as the he seemed to be doing his best to work fast and acknowledging that he will get to us after the customers ahead of us. Nice friendly, and professional guy. Brian I think was his name. After checking in for our appointment and leaving the keys, he said they would call us when our car was ready.After an hour they called us and said the car was ready. We went to pick up the car, the car was parked in the lot with new tires and they gave me my keys and a sticker for the next service date. I haven't driven the car on the highway yet to test the balancing but they do service it all for free throughout it's lifetime so long as we bought the tires from Costco so I'm not worried.Overall good experience and we will be looking forward to to similar experiences for servicing and possibly new tires on our other car in the future.

It's my go to shopping destination. Ordered tires online made an appointment when they arrived at their warehouse and now I'm on the road with new tires. Good tires fair prices and great service isn't that what Costco is all about.

I just wanted to take a moment to reach out and recognize an exceptional experience I had with a Costco Tire Center employee this evening. Tonight, I called into the Costco Tire Center around 7:30PM and asked if I could get in to have a tire that seemed to be losing air looked at.The gentleman who answered the phone stated that they would be closing soon and I would need to be quick; I told him I'd be in within the next 10 minutes. Upon arrival, they were quick to accommodate me and get me in. They took the tire off and found the leak. By this time it was 8:00PM, but they were understanding on getting it repaired so I could get back on the road and off to work the next morning.I know Costco takes pride in recognizing their personnel and I just want to say thank you to Xavier and Ben in the Tire Center. Your willingness to assist even when it was late in the evening means a lot to me as a customer and I hope they recognize the hard work you do as the face of the company.I'll absolutely come back to you in the future for our automotive tire and battery needs! This level of customer service is why I'm a loyal Costco member and fully expect to be so for as long as I'm buying groceries or tires!

Made an appt for 9:30am. Christopher made the process quick and easy. He said they would give a call when finished and gave a time estimate of 1 hour. Waited all day for the phone call, no phone call. I went to pick up my car before closing. First they gave me the wrong key. Second, they didn't even check my papers to verify it was my car. So anyone can just come in and say they are picking up a car and be handed the keys? I should try that next time I see a nice car outside. I asked if I get any paperwork of the work they done. Nope. And I why I wasn't given a phone call when it was ready. He just shrugged his shoulder said they must've forgot. Maybe I'm just used to better service like when I go to Toyota and Les Schwab. I walked out so confused of the service I was given and not sure what to make of it. I'll try a different Costco next time and see how that goes.

Costco Tire, what can I say. These people don't mess around. Like the store and gas station, they offer excellent efficient service and products at a great price.I have always found that the tires cost a little more than other tire stores, but Costco offers high quality brands at reasonable prices. If you factor in the frequency of replacing the other guys tires I think the cheaper tires cost more.In addition Costco offers free rotation and nitrogen fill. They will top off low tires.The tire center is also where you purchase car and truck batteries. No question that Costco batteries are the best quality for the most inexpensive price.

Very slow. I have 9am appointment to fix a tire. It took them over an hour to look at and tell that tire is not repairable. And hour and half more to put on new tires.

This is my conversation this morning with the Costco tire guy:Me:I need two tires pleaseHim: ok that will be $384Me: do I have any options?Him tapping on the keyboard,.prints something out: please sign here.Me: is there a warranty on the damaged tire and again, do I have options?Him: I can't find the purchase of the tires so no warranty. (Never bought tires anywhere else for this car)Me *signing paper while the hole in my soul forms*: What am I getting with this?Him: the two tiresMe: I know, but what tires?Him: the two rear tiresMe: *thinking I'm getting punked or something* No, can you tell me the brand, warranty, etc and again, DO I HAVE ANY OPTIONS?Him: those are the same tires you already have on there.Me: *giving up on life* how long is the wait?Him: 45 minutes, we'll call you when it's done.Me: *noticing an hour later my car is sitting outside so I walk over and go inside.*Him handing me my keys: Here you goMe: Do I get a receipt?Him: 'Yeah' staples receipt and hands it to me and walks away.Me: *died a little on the inside* when I look at the tires and they're, in fact, NOT, the same tires I have on the car already.The customer service at this shop is atrocoous. In the last 15 years, this is the ONLY place I've bought tires. This will most likely be the last time as the customer service just keeps going downhill and it's now hit rock bottom. I'd rather pay a little more elsewhere than deal with such poor customer service.

Most unhelpful incompetent people I've ever met. I had a low tire pressure light and stopped in to see if they can check my tires to see which ones needed to be fixed. They charged me $10.99 for the nitrogen tire inflation and tire repair for my left rear tire and told me to come back in an hour once they fixed it. An hour later, I come back and they told me that the tire is not able to be fixed and that I would need a whole new tire but they said they did not have any tires for my car. It's a 2014 toyota corolla s. It does not take any specialized type of tire. Just a standard 16''. They put the old tire back in after I told them I did not want to wait to special order a tire. They did not even tell me why it wasn't able to be repaired. They just said they can't repair it and sent me on my way. So I basically paid 11 bucks for them to tell me they couldn't fix it and no actual tire repair or inflation was done. I want my money back and I will never go to this place again. Employees are lazy and not very helpful. They rush you through checkout and the receipt did not even have my vehicle information entered correctly.

There are 3 times that I require the service and they only say that the manager is busy being racist, I had a flat tire and he told me that I had to make an appointment, everyone there is bad-tempered and lazy they should change the manager or boss

My tire had a nail in it and I had to take it in to have it repaired. They took the tire in and had it ready for me in 30 mins. Pao was very nice and even helped me load the tire in the trunk of my car.

Poor customer service. I called and ask for a price on 14 " tires. Said come on in. I go in. They say we don't stock 14 " tires. Total waste of my time. Pep boys had them......
